편안하고 모든 편의 시설 다 만족합니다. 그러나 12박을 하는 동안 한번 청소 해주더군요. 그것도 몇번이나 요청을 했는지... 수건도 세제 사다가 매일 빨아 썻어요. 그것 빼곤 다 괜찮았어요

Perfect location, and the apartments are bigger than usual rooms. But the service and cleaning was very bad. We stayed for 6 days, the room was not very clean when we got it, and they didnt clean it before the 6th day.. Even though we talked to them about it. We had to bring fresh towels from the lobby and up to our room by ourself. We aint picky but […] when its a 4 star hotel who claims they are luxurious we demand more. And by the way, very often when we came and went the desk in the lobby was empty.. Strange... 더 보기

Although the hotel was nice and the room was good. I was expecting the room with the Bath as that is the picture of the Studio apartment. Didn't get what I was expecting.

The hotel had a really great location with easy access to trams and shopping! THe service at the hotel was also very impressive, everyone took their time to help you out with directions, taxi, advice on where to go etc. Really enjoyed our stay, and the apartment was really nice :)

The last time I stayed in Manchester I saw the Light building and knew I HAD to stay here. So when I came back for a gig in the MEN I booked a 1 bed apt for my daughter and myself. On arrival we were delighted to find we had been given a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment with an enormous balcony looking over the Arndale. Our stay was absolutely brilliant. […] The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well equiped and spotlessly clean. The staff at reception were always friendly. The only reason I haven't give 5 stars to everything was because in one of the bedrooms the vertical blinds were incomplete and didn't actually cover the whole window. Also if there was supposed to be a hairdryer it was missing (there was a randon diffuser in the hall but it may have been left by a guest?) Also the TV in the living room didn't work - but this wasn't really a problem as there was a tv in each of the bedrooms. As for the deposit - I paid the £100 in cash and got it back as soon as the room had been inspected after checking out so it wasn't an issue at all. For grocery shopping there is a Tesco directly beside, a CO-OP on the corner and the Aldi in the Arndale. Overall we didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. In fact if I win the Lotto I want to buy an apartment and live there :) 더 보기

Room was extremely large as this price range, with an excellent view. Location was not so bad as quite close to city centre and there's a Tesco Express at the next door. However, our room was not well prepared when we checked in. Safety box didn't work, there were no towels, no toilet tissues and only two tea bags. Nice apartment with a high standard, quick elevator and nice balcony. Friendly staff. We were four lads living there for two nights - Sat-Sun and Sun-Mon. There were two double beds (not the largest ones, but a bit too small for two lads) and only two large duvets - for four guys. We couldn't believe how close the hotel to the shops was! Definetely will see us again next year! Value for money

Having stayed many times in Manchester, I thought I'd try this place, advertised as 5 star. It isn't quite simply, the place needs a good clean (certainly the rooms do). Dust everywhere, iron burns on the carpet, stuff splashed up the walls in the kitchen area, windows, sofas, balcony all felt dirty and not somewhere suitable for a romantic (or any […] other type for that matter) getaway. I was offered an alternative room (which I was told I would have to pay an upgrade fee for). Had a look at the room (family room), it was larger and better laid out than the first, but the cleanliness is the same....su unless you like hair around the sink and on the floor, probably not for you. The Light Boutique Hotel is classified as a 5* Hotel, but is not worthy of this service category. Staff at reception have no consolidated view of what the apartment rules are. The apartment is spacious and wel fitted. the rooms and bathrooms were not clean. The room carpets looked as though they were not vacuumed for a few months. The toilet in the […] en-suite bathroom had a leak and the smell from this was unpleasant. Hotel maintenance did sort this out eventually, but never cleaned the floor. Hence the smell persisted. The rooms are not serviced daily (this was never mentioned). You are expected to use the same bath towels for 4 days and if you request for clean towels, there is a charge of GBP26. Good central location, well presented apartments but could do with being a bit cleaner.

The room (upgraded!) was an amazing surprise and a great room for the price! The only thing that let it down was no curtains in the living room and lack of plugs in the living room if trying to use a laptop etc. Oh... and strange tv channels - Al Jazeera etc but no BBC... But that wouldnt stop me using the hotel again, especially for 1 night visits […] to Manchester as it's ideal for city centre and MEN. 더 보기

I stayed in a two bed apartment for work and a friend came over so it was part social and part work. The apartment definitely has a wow factor with beautiful city views, a luxury bathroom and comfortable double beds. All the things you need like oven, microwave etc. and a nice welcome pack with a tiny fresh milk etc. which was great. The bed was comfortable […] with nice linen. My only complaint was that the apartment wasn't that clean - some surfaces were sticky to touch (like the dining table) and there were some hairs here and there on the floors. The windows were smeary which spoilt the view a little. I couldn't find a welcome folder with details about the wifi but I'm sure there must have been one somewhere in the apartment. While the rooms look very nice, every member of staff I encountered was rude. At one point we were asked to "stop screaming" and that it was "definitely us, because [he] heard us" at around 10pm when there were 3 of us sat chatting normally in the room, no screaming what-so-ever. The bed is probably the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. Rock solid. There's […] no mini bar and you don't even get a bottle of water, which I thought was bizarre, I've never stayed at a hotel which didn't provide a bottle of water (whether it be for a charge or free). What they do have is a bottle of overpriced wine in your room... I wouldn't stay here again as the staff/service is shocking and bed was terrible, wanted some water and could get none, etc. Would pick somewhere similar like Roomzzz any day, but unfortunately they're not on Hotels.com so can't take advantage of welcome rewards. 더 보기

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and size of my apartment I used your hotel for my marriage and I had to clean the toilet as there were stains behind the seat I could see where the cleaner had wiped and it was circular also bits of paper under the furniture intbe living room also your advertisement is misleading as we thought there would […] be a on suite as well as a family bathroom which made getting ready for our wedding very lengthy I all I rated it higher but to be truthful I was very deflated. 더 보기

we liked the closeness but felt that every 4 days 4 cleaning room is not good. apartment itself was okay but found tat the breakfast hamper very disappointing for a family of 5. staff were average £15 for a fold up bed was expensive and in all felt they over rated this apart/hotel of a 5star which was not a 5 star but prob a 4 star we thought it was […] expensive of what we have got we wont stay here again 더 보기

stayed on 11th floor - superb view of city centre

Modern Clean apartments centrally located for all manchesters excitement. Came to Manchester to see Take That at Man City Football ground. Easy to walk to from there. Every thing you can thnink of provided in the rooms even a washing machine. The only fault we had as we are middle age are the beds are far too low down. Security was spot on too. Loved staying here! We had a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment with balcony looking over the city. The hotel is in a very central location - seconds from the Arndale Shopping Centre, restaurants and bars. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the adjoining restaurant / bar has a complimentary bloody mary bar on Sundays! The apartments are comfortable chic trendy and are so close to shops restaurants and top Manchester attractions. Great rates ,friendly staff and the funky brasserie on site was also very good! I would definitely return to this vibrant ,modern apart hotel.

Excellent Hotel Staff, Accomodation all top notch. Originaly booked in at Light Boutique Manchester but was informed the evening before that this hotel was no longer available via phonecall. Hotels.Com representative was extremely helpful and after telling her the reason for booking a 5* to a romantic trip to see Andrea Bocelli wih my gilfirend, The […] Hotels.COm rep went away to find me somthing suitable and came back with Hilton Deansdate. Although only a 4* it could well have been a 5*, was on the 22nd floor and views were amazing. Highly recommended. 더 보기

Veldig fornøyd, med unntak av at det ikke ble vasket på rommet i løpet av de dagene vi var der. Mulig vi måtte spørre om dette, men iom at de ikke vasker, burde det vært en støvsuger eller feiebrett på rommet. Ellers veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet, service og type rom.Rommet var også veldig rent og pent når vi kom.

Helt OK rum men knappast värt 5 stjärnor. Bra läge alldeles i centrum. Smala dubbelsängar för fullvuxna män. Ingen städning på 4 dagars vistelse...

Meget slidt værelse. Låsen til døren var i stykker - hvilket man ikke ville tilslutte sig i receptionen. Hver dag måtte vi ned og have formateret nøglekortet for at kunne komme ind på vores værelse.

Veldig fornøyd med beliggenheten, og i forhold til hva vi betalte var hele hotellet utrolig bra. Bodde i 12. etg og hadde balkong med utsikt utover byen. Leilighet med alt som trengtes av fasiliteter. Syns de vasket og la ut nye håndklær og slikt litt for sjelden, med tanke på at vi var fire stk i en leilighet. vi måtte gå og spørre i resepsjonen om […] nye håndklær og dopapir. Udugelig service, ellers bra beliggenheit og mykje rom for pengane.

Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum av Manchester.. Pent hotell, men snille og greie folk i resepsjonen og ellers på hotellet. Har brukt dette hotellet 2 ganger no, og kjem til å bruke dette i framtida! Kan anbefales på det sterkeste!

Prima verblijf gehad! Mooi apartement met voldoende ruimte, nette keuken met alles erop en eraan. Het bed is wat klein qua formaat maar is verder heel comfortabel. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

3 overnatninger i lækre omgivelser tæt på alt i Manchester. Gode værelser, senge, wc/badeforhold, træningsfaciliteter. Man skal lige være opmærksom på lejlighedshotellet bliver der ikke gjort rent dagligt, redt senge etc.. som på et alm. hotel. Eneste minus er at det ikke er muligt at spise morgenmad på hotellet. Men ellers kun anbefales værdigt.

Jeg ble godt mottatt av vennlig betjening. Maten i kjøleskapet som jeg skulle lage min egen frokost av den første dagen var helt grei (frukt å få kjøpt på butikk rett om hjørnet), treningsrommet var lite, men helt OK. De kunne godt unnet seg et lite oppslag om at de bare dekket frokost den første morgenen og at det ikke var rengjøring under oppholdet, […] men bevares, helt OK for tre netter! 더 보기

I betragtning af at Light Botique hotel er et 5 stjernet hotel er det bestemt ikke godt. Personalet var uroligt uhuøffelige og direkte nedladende. Lejligheden er til 4 personer men der var ikke bestik og håndklæder nok til alle. Der var ikke rent - faktisk så det ud som om der ikke var blevet gjort rent inden vi kom. Der var tykke støv lag flere steder, […] opvaskemaskinen var fyldt og det bestik etc der lå i skufferne var fedtede og plettede. Der var ingen karklud så vi kunne ikke tørre det beskidte spisebord og køkkenbordet af. Det eneste plus er beliggenheden - 2 min gang fra Arndale. Men det er ikke nok til vi vender tilbage! 더 보기

Viiden hengen lapsiperheen kannalta loistavalla paikalla oleva hotelli. Asuminen mukavaa ja helppoa hyvin varustellussa huoneistossa, jossa oli kaikille tilaa. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Kiva kuntosali!
