힐튼 밀워키 리버 (Hilton Milwaukee River) - 밀워키

It wasn't at all what I thought it would be by looking at their website. It lookede a lot more fancier and nicer. It was ok but I will never stay there agian.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to HWY 43 which actually makes it easier to get to where I needed to go than if I was staying in a hotel downtown due to traffic and traffic lights. The Anchorage restaurant inside the hotel has really good seafood and steaks. The seafood is fresh and the NY strip is very juicy.

Need to have exhaust fans in the bathroom. Otherwise outstanding. Bartender was unbelievable. Very helpful. Knew the food menu. Have valuable input on cabs. brewery tour. Brewers game. Also young gentleman who worked the front door during the day was awesome. Greeted us each time. Got the door for us when needed.

A carpet that required sox at all times, dirty walls in the bathroom, musty smelling halls. The swimming pool water was clean but the pool itself was dingy. NOT what one would expext from a Hilton.

Hotel is being remodeled and fresh paint was applied and the carpets were being replaced. The lobby and hallway was small and quite noisy - especially late at night. We could hear conversations and the television in the room next to us. The elevator was slow and it took longer to get ice than it should have. Staff was quite friendly.

We have stayed here many times. The location is relevent to our children's homes and our activities in Milwaukee. No complaints except the noise in the hallway until almost 1 am. People talking and children shouting and doors slamming, until we finally called down to the main desk and they quieted everything down. I came there after looking at the reviews online, and I must say that they were all true. I was extremely pleased with everything, especially the customer service. There was a soccer team in town and my daughter loves soccer. The front desk made sure that my daughter received autographs from them, and memories like that last a lifetime. Several of the floors of this hotel were being redone wich I didn't know at the time of reservation. Pool was cold and very shallow so I would only recommend for very small children. We had an issue with a poor toilet when we arrived. I called housekeeping but they said the maintenance guy has left so there was nothing they could do until the following […] day. 더 보기

Ive stayed a lot of places but this was probably the best. Quiet, classy, clean, tranquil, everything I needed and wanted was there. I will definitely return on my next trip to the area.

This is an ok spot. I prefer not to stay on the ground level so that was a litle dispointing being in rm 133. The hotel itself is old and nothing the staff can do to combat that. I grew up near here, and believe this hotel was originally built in the '70s. I was very nice back then, and the restaurant was actually pretty popular. The hotel has been thoroughly remodeled since then, but the public spaces still have the dimensions of a '70s hotel. It is a very clean and pleasant hotel. First room had plumbing issues with bathtub. Second room had noisey b athroom vent. Also - hotel would not give our Hilton reward points because we booked online.

Convenient for north Milwaukee business travelers, and reasonably priced. My room was clean and comfortable. On site restaurant was very good!

Easy to get to. Not far from a mall with good eating options. Not far from Marquette which is where we needed to be. Must have been fully occupied (which is tells you something) because the noise level was high, but this was expected because other posts have said this. Other than the fact that the TV remote needed batteries (which is probably inherent […] to hotel room TV remotes), which was quickly remedied by the staff, I have no complaints. We didn't get charged for an extra person in the room because the hotels.com staff waived it, but I thought it was odd that this Hilton would consider the second person in the room an extra person. I stayed in the king suite facing the river. Note that the view from such rooms on the 1st floor are obscured by large trees and bushes. Better views on the 2nd and higher floors. Hotel has been under renovation since June, 2011. Major updates? New wallpaper and carpeting in hallways, bigger TVs with more HD channels in room. Better (free) Wi-Fi reception […] in room. Updates in restaurant (which I did not observe as I did not visit). What I wish they had spent their money on: New doors to room. Current doors are metal and do not open/close easily. Was awoken at 5:50 AM on a Saturday when neighbor had to slam their door 3 times to get it to close properly. Not cool. Heard people talking and whispering in hallway until well past midnight. I wish hotel had invested in better insulation between hallway and room. Got very little sleep between the late night hallway noise and early morning door slamming noise. This is the main reason why I will not stay at this hotel again. Metal doors also hinder Wi-Fi reception in room. I could only get Wi-Fi when I stood facing the interior wall that was shared with the hallway. Why not put repeaters in the rooms like other hotels do? Also, no wired Ethernet support. Bed support was firm and bouncy, but not bad. Nice bonus: Mini refrigerators are available if you ask for them. 더 보기

Great breakfast selection and modest pricing for off the menu selectoins in an upscale hotel dining room. They also has a breakfast buffet as well. We will definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the newest and best mall in the Milwaukee region. Beats staying downtown.

Service was excellent but the facility did not match the excellence of the service. The hotel was under renovation during our stay. TV in room did not work (replacing TVs with the renovation) and shower had poor water pressure (not on list of renovations planned according to the letter in the room). The location is north of downtown; somewhat of an office-park type location, but it was a mile and a half from a mall. We were planning on going to the mall for dinner, but once we stopped at the bar and saw the pretty Anchorage restaurant (river views) and read the newspaper write-ups on the food, decided to relax and stay there for dinner--glad we […] did; good food & service. Room was nice; beds very comfortable. They are doing many rennovations; I'm sure when everything is done it will be top notch; altho' there really was nothing to complain about. Hotel is under renovation, clean room, small indoor pool (no hot-tub), very nice employees, easy access to main Interstate going North or South, Lake Michigan within 10-15 minutes, department store mall close-by. Buffet breakfast was added bonus.

Very unimpressed with the room and the staff at the hotel. Comfort Suites was a better experience! Hiltons are really slipping.

Even though your employees were extremely friendly, I was not impressed with the the condition of the facility.....alot of old looking equipment etc. Not to mention the fact that our remote didn't work, was difficult to get up 4 flights of steps with our bags......for the price I have had better.

I chose the hotel for its convenience to where I was going in Milwaukee but would return again for the cleanliness, service and reasonable price. All were excellent, in my opinion.

Hotel was ok, but not worth the price for the location. It says Hilton, but it is not HIlton quality. The hotel is rather old, the beds were lumpy, bathroom bare minimum. Not worth the price.

The room was just a little bit small with a king bed, but perhaps as time goes on and the big armoire and TV are replaced with a flat screen, the room won't feel quite so tight. Plenty of helpful people at the front desk to answer questions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful--Someone was always around. Our room have a river view that was very nice--lots of trees, the water and wildlife. Opening the drapes you didn't feel you were in the city. Stayed two nights, room was always very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room didn't have micro or refrigerator--might have to request that […] at booking. Convenient having bar and restaurant on site they had a nice ambiance with windows by the river. Food was ok. Pool and workout room were very clean and nice. Parking lot well monitored. Hotel is close to shopping mall, many stores and restaurants with a quick drive. Nice area.
