전체적으로 깨끗하였으며, 조용했습니다. 수영장도 마음에 들었으며, 조식부페가 조금은 아쉬 웠네요. 화장실에 물 내렸을때 소리도 났는데 잘 고쳐 지지가 않더라구요.... 이 정도 제외 하고는 전체적으로 만족 합니다. 침사추이와 좀 떨어져 있긴 하지만, 셔틀버스 잘 다니고, 택시비도 30원정도? 아무튼 만족합니다.

주거지역에 위치하고 있지만 택시로 5분거리에 mon kok 쇼핑 지역이 있다. 일찍 도착하면, 오전 11시까지 무료 업그레이드를 해준다. 직원은 매우 친절하다. 객실은 깨끗하고 침대는 매우 편안하다. 이곳에 다시 투숙할 것이다.

여기에 머무는 동안 가치 있는 아무것도 할 수 없다. 모든것으로부터 너무 멀리 떨어져 있다. 나는 누군가가 공항으로 가는 호텔 셔틀버스가 있다고 하여 여기에 묵었는데, 없었다. 마지막날 공항에 가기 위해 시내에 가까운 곳에 묵었어야 했다. 퀸 침대를 요구하였을때, 트윈배드를 배정하였고, 업그레이드하지 않았다…. 주위에 아무것도 없는 이곳에 묵기 위해서 추가 금액을 지불할 가치가 없다.

우리는 이 호텔에 매우 만족하였다. 단지 도로를 건너기만 하면, 흥정하는 것을 즐기는 사람들을 위해 모든 것이 있는 "Streets Market"이 있다. 나의 유일한 소원은 쇼핑할 시간이 더 있었으면 하는 것이었다. 단지 참고하기 위한 정보: 5C 버스는 Harbor로 가나, 만약 호텔로 돌아오는 5C를 탈때, 버스는 1블럭 사이를 통과해서 (내려서 걸어야함), 노선의 종점으로 가며, 호텔 앞의 버스 정류소로 돌아오기 위해서 다시 요금을 지불해야 한다. (호텔에 도착하기까지 약 40분이 지체됨)

Not a good place for staying in HK, prices are average, rooms are nice, but the location is so far from any bus stop or MTR station, there is a shuttle bus from hotel- to kowloon hotel neat tsim tsa tshui mtr, but only from 8 am to 11 pm, if you go out at night, you must take a cab. Neigborhood is not a nice place, full of mechanical shops, at night […] so quiet and lonely. Better look for some other option.. 더 보기

Great hotel with nice Staff.. I'm defenitly come back.

My family and I had our stay here at Harbour plaza 8 degree over Chinese New Year in HK. I must say our stay was pleasant and room was comfortable to stay in. We had a baby with us and it was really helpful that they had baby crib provided in our room. Didnt get to take their shuttle bus services provided but getting a cab to nearby places is cheap […] and convenient. Location is far off from MTR stations but there are convenient store, supermarket and small cafes nearby. 더 보기

Wonderful, affordable hotel off the beaten path in Kowloon. While not near the mtr, the hotel makes up for that slight inconvenience in amenities & service. Free shuttle running often will take you to the rail line & shopping, etc. Excellent value, breakfast & service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were great, the staff quite friendly and eager to please, and concierge service, which included breakfast, tea, and snacks, was terrific. The only drawback was the neighborhood, which was too commercial, and the lack of public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is clean but it is no where near to the MTR train station. Internet access is expensive too.

The hotel is not near the rail service, although the bus service is close by. The concierge desk was very helpful, as was the laundry service. The front desk was not very polite when we tried to check in. The hotel does NOT have King sized beds, although the Queen was satisfactory. However, there was a child in the room also, and he was not provided […] a bed as requested when we made the reservation. Their solution was to charge more for an 'upgraded' room or have him sleep on the floor. As we were budgetted, he had to sleep on the floor. Luckily, he is good natured and did not complain. The resteraunt food is average, although the price is slightly above average. There are several resteraunts around the hotel, some of which do have English menus, some do not. 더 보기

I have been taken good care of during my stay.

The hotel is in the old neighborhood of Kowloon. However, the hotel provides shuttle buses to nearby Harbour Plaza Hotels and the Airport Express station, so it is very convenient to travel between cities without hassling with taxi or bus. One can save a few bucks there. Other than the location of the hotel, the overall rating of the hotel is excellent. […] The staff is friendly, and they are willing to go the extra mile to provide services. Overall, I am happy with the hotel, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Hong Kong. 더 보기

The hotel was very clean and smart, and staff were very professional and friendly, but the location is not good, as I had to take a cap to metro and express train station. There are a few local shops there, but for go to shopping, pub and restaurant, it was a long walk. Another thing is, the internet is not free. terrible hotel, no service at all. staff are really mean, its in the middle of nowhere. the rooms are small. the shower has no pressure. the only good thing was the shuttle bus service.

The Hotel is quite new so that pretty much ticks all the boxes for cleanliness. We had a superior room, so that was slightly bigger than most rooms and the bed was nice and big. Toilet was a bit small, but more can we ask for. Service was excellent, we did not have any hassles nor did we have to wait long for service. The house keepers were great […] and very efficient! Location wise, taxi was the way to go for us; as we were traveling with a toddler, and there are always taxis waiting outside the hotel. The Hotel offers frequent shuttle buses that take you to more centralized locations, so you can continue your trip from there onwards. There is Seven Eleven down the road and a laundromat next door, so that was handy. A fresh food market opposite the hotel, so you can buy some fresh fruit or veggies and meat if you are staying longer and have cooking facilities at the hotel. There is also a "Park 'n' Shop" supermarket around the corner for other grocery shopping if needed. We would stay there again. 더 보기

Not a bad hotel with the exception if it is your first visit in hong kong, it could be a bit hard to get there. Apart from that, everything seems ok. Rooms are clean, service at the desk/conceige are polite. Variety of foods are available but no room service after 10 pm I think (cos no room service menu in my room). Swimming pool/gym/pool side bar are […] all up to the standard. Definitely stay again as the room rate are more economical then many others. Lovely niche hotel. Small rooms but considering it is HK and for the money, a good bargain. Restaurant, Concierge, Maid service, front desk, doormen, etc. were very good. A great service experience!

I loved the modern interior and the cleanliness, the shuttle bus was convenient. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff members are very courteous and helpful. Overall service is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Only disadvantage is its location. Still considered a bit far from the main activities even though there are free hotel transportation available.

Provided you are happy to catch a taxi to get into the centre of town (around HK $ 40) then this is a great hotel for the money. Clean, well equipped luxury room with friendly staff.

Last month we stayed for 10 nights at the 8Degrees hotel in a Superior room which we had pre-booked via Hotel.com in May11. A similar type room was also pre-booked for our second stay for 4 nights after a few days' absence. On this second occasion the Front Desk staff gave us a smaller room equiped with kitchen facilities which we never requested. On […] enquiring, the Front Desk staff explained that Superior room vacancies are full and that we had actually been upgraded. We determined that this is not the case and neither do we want an upgrade. We then asked to speak to the boss. A tall, slim Chinese female who claims to be the supervisor insisted that we had been upgraded due to vacancy problems with the Superior rooms. We insisted that the Hotel should keep its promise and reserved a Superior room for us. She then told us not to pressure her as there is nothing she can do. Subsequently she suggested that we accept what is then available until the next day. While we stood firm this supervisor offered us a Superior room but it is on the second floor where the hotel guest amenities are located. We refused and insisted on getting what we had pre-booked for. She finally relented and gave us a Superior room back on the 15th floor. After all that unnecessary wrangling and wasted time how did the supervisor find a vacant Superior room so quickly? In all fairness we are happy with the Housekeeping Dept and especially the Conceirge services but the Front Desk needs reforming badly. 더 보기

This hotel was better than what Im expected based on previous review by others. They had a direct shuttle from the airport for a reasonable fee of HK130 to the hotel directly. When I reached the hotel, it looks brand new with 5 star appearance. The doormen and staff there were extremely friendly. When I went to the room, to my surprise its not as small […] as I would expect like any hotel in HK. The superior deluxe room was very comfortable for a couple. Bed was clean, toilet though a bit cramp for a big person like me but the design and shower was awesome. I should say if your not bigger than 6 feet 4 inches; not more than 150kgs than you are fine. What impress me most is the free shuttle to and fro Tsim tsa tsui station opposite Kowloon & Sheraton hotel. This alone made up for its mere15mins( with the traffic and one a stop) distance away from kowloon/tsim tsa tsui. The shuttle scedule is practically almost every half and hour and is extremely punctual. Last pick up from tsim tsa tsui station is around 10.40pm if I can remember it correctly. If u decided to stay or hang on later than that, a cab will cost only around HK40-50 dollars to the hotel. The surrounding is not much but you do get a few good local eateries as well as few supermarkets which do help alot. The area is totally not dodgy at all. Then when u need a direct shuttle to the airport right from the hotel, it only cost HK100 dollars per person. I will stay here again if the price is still this reasonable. If you know the local transportation well, you feel the hotel is very convenience. So, do some studies before you travel in Hong Kong. Furthermore, this hotel provide a shuttle bus, but with limited service.

Hotel staff are all very friendly and eager to help with anything you need. It is a bit out of the way but they have a shuttle that can drop you off closer to the action. A great value for Hong Kong. I would stay there again for sure!

Stayed there for two nights, extremely expensive for a very small room, donot even have space for luggage, ridicilous amount asked for internet connection, no Wi-Fi. Breakfast not included and expensive. Beds are very small, bath and restroos is tiny, can not hang towels. Stay somewhere else for a better price and service and room.

the 7/11 store is close by for basics ,the food is good it emulates holiday inn but with a cheaper price tag

Harbour Plaza 8 degrees is a very nice hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel is pretty new so the hotel is very fresh and clean. The rooms are large with a fridge, TV microwave, soft bed and bathroom with a tub (at least in our room). The restaurant serves delicious food. The hotel is not located in down town Hong Kong and in the neighbourhood it's not much […] to see but the hotel has a shuttle that leave from the hotel at least once an hour or a taxi won't cost much. We will definitely stay at this hotel at our next visit to Hong Kong! 더 보기

As most hotels in Hong Kong the room was small, but very clean and 'efficent'/modern. Hotel Location is diffcult for me to rate as I was travelling to Wan Chai on the Island and had no business in the Kowloon area. Hence I don't really know what is in the surroundings. There was however a free shuttle to the Airport and the MTR.

Very good room for the money. The hotel is quite far away from the central areas but the hotel provides free transportation. The phone does not work if you are using internet which is annoying and inconvenient. Overall, a great value and I would stay there again.
