2 더블 베드를 선호한다고 선택 했는데, 바퀴가 달린 2개 싱글 침대를 받었다. 매우 도움 적이지 못한 직원은 2 더블 침대 방이 없다는 것이다. 그럼 왜 선택 가능한 옵션 이었는지 미스터리다. 이런 곳에서 동행과 떨어져 자야 했다. 다른 투숙객은 더블 대신에 접이식 침대를 방었다고 한다. 직원이 침대 두개를 붙이 는 것 말고는 다른 선택권도 주지 않았다고 한다. 이것 말고도, 부탁한 셔틀은, 이미 꽉 차 있다는 것을 알려 주지도 않았다. 또한 마찬가지로, 직원은 어떤 다른 선택도 주지 않았다. 태국의 별4.5인 호텔에서 받을 거라 생각을 못한 서비스 수준이다. 아침 식사는 좋고, 필수품도 좋았지만 서비스는 형편 없었다. […] 다시는 안간다. 더 보기

케이프 세나는 카말라 베이의 파통 북쪽에 위치해 있다. 도착했을때, 맛있는 레몬 티와 함께 샴푸, 린스, 바디 로션선택을 위한 샘플이 준비되어 있었다. 카말라 베이가 보이는 발코니와, 세사람을 위한, 킹 침대 와 싱글이 하나 있었다. 싱글은 꽤 편안했다. 이 호텔에 딱 하나 불만은, 얇은 벽이다. 다른 방의 소리나, 틀어 놓은 음악 소리도 들렸다. 호텔에서 먹은 것은 아침 식사 뿐인데(포함되어 있던) 완전히 대단했다. 국수, 볶음밥, 오믈렛, 프렌치 토스트, 크레페, 시리얼 등등의 많은 메뉴들이 있었다. 7-11이 있는, 길 아래 식당에서 식사 했다. 카말라 지역은 너무 지루해서, 다시는 안 올 것이다. 푸켓도 너무 비싸고 […] 지루해서 안 갈 것이지만, 케이프 세나는 내가 가본 좋은 곳 중에 하나다. 더 보기

2010년 10/14~10/18일까지 케이프 세나에서 보냈는데 참 좋은 호텔이다. 내 포인트: 카말라 해변 다른 위치에 비해서 교통수단이 너무 비쌈. 파통까지 편도가 400bht이다. 파통까지 매일 오후 5:30분에 가는 호텔 셔틀이 있지만, 하루 전에 예약해야 한다. 나는 사용안했다. 호텔 음식은 너무 비싸고, 식사도 아니고 에피타이저 정도다. 아내와 나는 훈제 오리 요리를 보고는 15분 동안 웃었다. 배부를 만큼 머먹으러면 7000bht는 있어야 했다. 저 같이 큰 남자분들은, 절대로 훈제 오리 요리를 드시지 마세요. 하루는 화장실과 샤워실의 지독한 냄새 때문에 불평했다. 강한 세정제를 사용해서 문제 해결을 한다고 했지만, […] 해결되지 않았다. 이것이 이 호텔의 가장 단점이다. 반대로 경치는 훌륭했다. 자쿠지는 훌륭했지만, 내가 예약 한날은 너무 바람이 불었다. 호텔측에 유리문이나 어떤 것이 든지 바람을 막을 수 있는 것을 좀 만들라고 제안 했다. 그렇지 않으면, 바람만 즐기게 될 것 이다. 디비디 시설은 환상 적이 었다. 무료 디비디와 로비 옆에 무료 넷 피씨를 빌릴 수 있다. 방은 매우 좋고 편안하다. 수영장은 매우 좋지만, 오전에는 보수중이 었음. 아침 식사 하는데, 드릴 소리가 들렸다. 숙박은 즐거 웠다. 다른 신혼부부에게 권장 한다. 이슬람인으로써, 아침 식사는 햄들이 많아서 너무 제한 적이 었다. 한번 정도는 가도 좋을 만 한 곳이다. 더 보기

We stayed at this hotel in April for 4 nights, after coming from south of Phuket, and was extremely impressed. The view is amazing, and the food in the poolside restuarant is tasty and affordable. The pools in both the hotel and Sienna Rocks are fantastic, especially the infinity pool watching the sunset. The room was left clean, however we were not […] given face or hand towels only bath towels, which was a bit disappointing. Another big issue for me was the smell in the room when aircon was turned off, near the sofa. It smelt like urine, however it disappeared when aircon was turned on. The smell and lack of towels were the only issues, besides that we had a great stay. I was there over my birthday, and the restaurant had arranged for a cake, and came and sung happy birthday which was a big surprise, and so very sweet. Hotel has got very good sea views. Breakfast is good and pool looks very nice as well. Rooms are clean but theres a stench around the toilet area probably the drainage isnt too good. Doesnt look like a new hotel but it still fits a Asian 4* hotel.

Hotel has great views from just about every place you look and is in a relatively quiet location (near other hotels but not on a teeming strip). However, it does not have beach front access so you must walk 10-15 minutes to reach the beach. Very nice breakfast buffet by the pool. Rooms are fairly stylish and spacious. Service was mixed. We checked in […] late and did not receive the very warm and personalized service we saw being extended to other guests who arrived in the day time. Also, there is no avoiding stairs completely to get to a room and the hotel representative basically offered no help with the luggage and later gave an unfriendly response to a general question regarding the fitness facilities ("Go see for yourself at 7 a.m."). We arrived to this hotel when we first got to Phuket and although we had to wait by the pool for a couple hours till our room was ready, they upgraded us several levels for free! They gave us a deluxe oceanview room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. It was so beautiful and quiet to wake up to. The breakfast buffet were absolutely amazing! The staff was […] very friendly and we were able to take several trips using the concierge there and they were some of the best times. The hotel was fantastic! The hotel its self is seperated into 5 different buildings. I say request to stay in one that is close to the lobby. Like i said the hotel was great but kamala beach was not clean .when we come back we will stay in or by surin beach.

Stunning design with beautiful calm atmosphere. Sienna Rocks was a daily paradise for us. The views from our room were outstanding. The welcome upon arrival was unique (choosing own scented oil against a backdrop of the most amazing view). Food was excellent with wonderful staff who were friendly and pleased to help. This hotel looks absolutely incredible, but has a lot of shortcomings. 1. It's located next to the water, but you can't get to it and the beach is 15 minutes walk away. Not much around the hotel either. 2. I got a ocean view suite, but the view was mostly obstructed by palm trees. 3. Lights in a few places are out, so people are stumbling on stairs. 4. […] No hot water in the gym was very upsetting. 5. Internet is slow. 6. Massage at 2500 baht is a bit much. 7. Had read the reviews prior to booking and despite some sub standard reviews related to ants in the room, water pressure and out of the way location, booked anyway based on more favorable reviews. We booked this hotel because of the nice pics online through the 360 cam, and the hype about it being the most romantic hotel in Asia. But we were thoroughly let down. I don't know how they got the high ratings, but I suspect they are using a PR tactic of having people vote and rate it to increase business. The elevator to the lobby wouldn't be a problem, […] but it is so tiny and smelly inside. It feels cheap right away. Then, we entered the lobby at 1am, and recieved a very cool reception. Not expected after a late night flight and when tired. We were checked into a room with a tree obstructing anything of a view, and I had to call after 20 minutes when our bags did not follow us. Thankfully they changed the room the following afternoon. The cheap materials used and poor design (water basin splashes everywhere, light switches are hidden all over, USB music hookup doesn't work, cheap metal frames, balcony railings etc) are apparent after just an hours stay. Service never improved during our stay. We had booked a hotel driver, and he never showed up, prompting us to be late for our show. I would say this is a 3-3.5 star hotel at best, masquerading as much better. The view was nice and that was about it. If the could substantially improve the service, it might make up for the shoddy amenities. Don't be taken in by the hype like we were! 더 보기

Stayed at Cape Sienna from 25/9 to 6/10 with my husband. Modern decor with stunning views of the ocean apparently tower 2 has the best views. Only negatives are that the bed is quite hard but they will supply a bed topper and that there is no clock in the room. Complimentary breakfast is quite extensive and enjoyable but some of the food is not kept […] hot enough, they need to work on this.We had one dinner at the Plum restaurant which was outstanding but not large servings, it was my birthday and they brought out a Chocolate Mousse cake and the staff sang happy birthday,you can book a pod overlooking the ocean but unfortunately the weather was not good.Other meals can be purchased at the pool side and these were reasonably priced at approximately $10 AUS. All staff were pleasant and friendly but Yut went out of his way to make you feel special and impart lots of advice, he is a definite asset to the hotel.There isonly one shuttle running daily from 4.30pm to Patong there needs to be a couple more.Make sure that you book this at least a day in advance. There is a taxi rank outside the hotel with a charge of 600 B($20AUS), this is non negotiable but you could hire a scooter or walk into Kamala(5 mins) where you can hire a tuk tuk,these are usually 400B($13AUS). A Tuk Tuk driver we used for most of our time is called Man and his wife is Ang ,you can find them at Kamala Beach. Must see attraction is Fantasea,if going to Phi Phi do not go on the Phi Phi Cruiser,too many people. 더 보기

For once the reality exceeds the pictures. The hotel is situated to give every room a fabulous view. My room was fantastic - well-appointed, spacious, well-decorated. It was just a shame I was traveling on business and so solo. Very romantic place, quiet location, jacuzzi on the balcony (warning - I could see my downstairs neighbors jacuzzi from my […] balcony so use discretion). The only downsides are that it is a 10 minute walk into town, but a nice walk along the seawall of the beach at that, and that the snorkeling tour involved a 1 hour ride to the other side of Phuket, which I didn't mind because I got to see many other parts of the region, but very twisty roads - not a ride for those who get carsick easily. But Cape Sienna is in good company, right next door to Conde' Nast's 5-Star Gold Choice hotel and spa for Phuket. The breakfast buffet was fine as well. I really didn't want to leave the hotel! 더 보기

The hotel is basically closed after 11:00 pm - no room service, no one for check in. The breakfast was very poor, but lunch was excellent. The bed is hard, but the price is great and the pool is very nice. Good views. There are better in Phuket, but these cost more.

We stayed in Cape Sienna to visit Kamala Beach. Not the greatest beach in Phuket. I'd recommend Kata / Karon / Patong Beach for beach relaxation. But, if you stay in Cape Sienna, you don't need the Beach. Excellent place. The receptionists speak great English and Service is GREAT. There's a little glitch in our stay though, we were asked for minibar […] consumption that we didn't take, and the room's umbrella (which wasn't available at all in the first place). Vi är mycket nöjda m vistelsen på Cape Sienna.Fantastisk utsikt, trevlig personal, spännande interiör mycket glas o stora fönster, kändes lyxigt, frukostbuffen toppen de hade tom emmentalerost!!, gymavdelningen OK. Som på andra holell i den kategorin så är det dyrt att äta o dricka på hotellet men närheten t strand o andra restauranger gör att det inte […] spelar någon roll. Vi valde att avsluta vår vistelse i Thailand på Cape Sienna, helt fantastiskt hotell. Kan inte annat än att rekommendera hotellet. Mycket trevlig personal och vackert läge. Vi var lite oroliga för matpriser eftersom hotellet ligger ca 10-15 minuters gångväg från stranden så kanske man inte vill gå ner varje dag för att äta lunch eller liknande, priserna […] för mat var betydligt högre än på andra ställen i Thailand men fortfarande inte dyrare än vilken krog som helst i Sverige. ok, i thailand verkar dom inte bara bäst på att bygga grejjer så folk som stör sig på att allt inte är helt rakt eller att det bildas vattenpölar när det spöregnar kommer antagligen bli besvikna. alla andra som gillar thailändsk vänlighet när den är som bäst, fantastisk utsikt, bubbelpool på din privata balkong ni kommer antagligen älska det här. du […] får själv välja doft på shampo osv, dom bäddar om på kvällen och tänder ljus på rummen, flera restauranger, stor frukost. sängen var hård även i thailändska mått, men det fixade dom direkt med en bäddmaadrass. sen är taximaffian stark i kamala så bara deras bilar plockar upp folk vid hotellet, detta innebar att man inte kunde boka transfer till golfbanorna via t ex phuket golf, för deras bilar kunde helt enkelt inte plocka upp dig. inte hotellets fel, men ändå... 더 보기

Vi bodde på Cape Sienna i jul- og nyttårshelgene. Vi er absolutt veldig fornøyd. Tenkte å gjøre det her oversiktelig ved å liste opp positive og negative ting ved hotellet. Positivt: - rent, ryddig og ordentlig - kjempe hjelpsomme ansatte. Ordner hva enn sære ønsker du måtte ha ;) - fantastisk utsikt. Kunne sitte å bare glo i timesvis. - god mat og […] drinker i alle hotellets restauranter. Fruitshakes i poolbaren anbefales! - sienna rocks er helt fantastisk! - flott treningsrom, men er ofte fullt på tredemøllene. - sengene er skikkelig harde men likevel skikkelig gode! - barnefritt! Fantastisk å slippe hyl og skrik. Negativt: - ligger litt langt fra stranden, sentrum og "nærbutikk", typ 10 min å gå. Vet det ikke er langt så klart, men hadde vært ekstra deilig hvis det lå på stranden. - baren på hotellet stenger litt for tidlig, klokken 24. We had a fantastic time at Cape Sienna. This resort is the best, with great service, nice employees, good food(both thai and western). Prices are´nt the lowest but you are staying at a alomst 5-star rated hotel so what to expect, but over all it´s all worth it! Cape Sienna provided me and my boyfriend the REAL relaxing holiday in March, 2011. The main purpose of the trip is to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Before a month of the trip, I sent an email to the hotel and requested to reserve a table in a restaurant, the staff was very helpful and provided us with a free birthday cake. I was much appreciated […] for the arrangement. When arriving the hotel, the reception staff was very friendly and let us choose the shampoo favour. Our room was comfortable, clean, well-ventilated, modern style with matched color tone. For me, cleaniess is the most important issue. Cape Sienna provided us a very clean and cool environment to stay, with very pleasant room scent as well. The bed and pillow were very comfortable too which make me sleep very well. We like the great sea view from my room balcony. I think over 90% of the hotel had very open sea view which make the customer a very relaxing mood. The staff all over the hotel were very friendly with great smile. We had a very relaxing time during the spa. Very lucky that it promoted with buy 1 get 1 free of 90mins spa in March. Sienna Rocks is another favourite place for us. The infinity pool combine with the great ocean. We enjoy the sunset there. The only thing we would like to suggest is to increase the variety of food choice in breakfast, and to increase the frequency and vacany of shuttle to Patong city (Now just 10 vacany to Patong City each day and prior booking is needed). Otherwise, we have to go there by taxi which cost 400 thai money one way. The exact time from airport to hotel is 40mins, we still love the location coz it is not as noisy as those in Patong, it really provide a very relaxing time for us. Vi bodde 4 nätter på hotellet. Kamala är mycket lugn stad och vi tycker att upp till en vecka räcker i denna stad. Hotellet ligger uppe på ett berg har undersbar utsikt från rumet och från allmänna ytor. Frukostbuffén var fantastisk och alltid ett leende från personalen. Vuxen atmosfär. Hotellet ligger någon kvarts promenad (uppförsbacke) från stranden […] och staden. Vi tyckte att det även gick bra att gå denna promenad på kvällen, då gatan är upplyst och kantas av andra hotell. Något hårda sängar men personalen var snälla och la extra madrass i den extra sängen. Endast importerad mat i restaurangen och ganska dyrt. Det ända negativa var om man skulle ta taxi från hotellet var det dyrare än allmänt. Hotellet kan starkt rekomenderas. 더 보기
