We arrived tired and ready for a nice room and rest, we waited and waited to get checked in. SORRY service. After finally getting our room we took a shower, guess what no wash clothes. Called front desk and they said we had to come get them. I forgot my razor at home, called front desk for a complimentary razor, told they were out. That figures. It […] won't happen again. The entrance to the hotel off the street is not well marked. There is another hotel across the parking lot and it is marked, but there is no sign for the Holiday Inn. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The resturant was not well staffed. At times one person was bartender, waiter, cook, and server. Many people weren't even sure the resturant was […] open. i am picky about the places i stay and this one was great i did not want to get out of bed because it was so comfortable

The hotel is very nice especially for the price range! It was nicer than some of the more expensive hotels. Good location and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend it!

My Mom, Sis and I stayed at this hotel in Tulsa for the first time and we will be going back!! It was newly renovated, clean, the staff (especially Michael) was very helpful and professional. We have nothing bad to say about it. The room was very roomy even with all our stuff--like I said, we will go back to this hotel on our next visit!!

Teh hotel itself was fine. Pretty new so things were fresh and clean. enjoyed having a refrigerater and microwave in the room. Got snacks down stairs in the snack room that were fairly priced. My complaint would be solely on the dining end of things. I witnessed a customer get turned down for ordering dinner after a long day at 9:02 when the kitchen […] closes at 9pm. This was not just a everday customer but a platinum member of their Holiday Inn program. On my last day there I went down stairs and asked to see the menu as I had the two proevious days but was told they were too busy and I would have to eat the buffet. This hotel was extremely comfortable, pet friendly, great rooms, very friendly staff, close to everything, great price, we really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend!
