비나 호텔 휴 (Vina Hotel Hue) - 위에

비나 호텔에 직원 보다 더 도움적이고 협조적인 직원들은 없을 것이다. 야간 기차후에 호텔로 바로 왔지만 방은 아직 준비가 안 되 있었다. 그래도 우리가 샤워하고 잠시 눈을 붙일 수 있는 방을 주었다. 무료 아침 식사도 제공 했다. 우리 방은 다음날 아침식만 포함되어 있었다. 직원들은 매우 도움 적이고, 우리 관광 계획도 매우 협조적으로 도와 주었다. 호텔 자전거는 하루 빌리는데 2불했는데, 휴 도시를 구경하는데 안성 맞춤 이었다.

모든 직원들은 항시 좋은 서비스를 제공 했고 너무 인상 깊었다.

4월에 숙박 할때는 조심 하세요. 우리 5층방(리버 스위트)에 침대벌레가 있었음. 조심 해야 했음. 그것 말고, 가격, 위치, 직원, 방, 기타적인 것들은 모두 좋아서 불평할 것이 없음. 벌레가 망쳐버려서 너무 싫었음. ㅠ

Our stay here was really great! The room was more than nice and the crew made us feel like in a family. Go go go, you'll not regreat it!!!

Hue is known to be the wettest city in Vietnam. this was borne out by our stay at the Vina hotel. I wondered why all the windows in our room and on the landing were wide open. The hotel is set back in an alley so don't be scared if your taxi driver doesn't find it or if this makes you feel scared. The hotel has all what you need: Friendly staff, clean rooms and is nicely located (just a short walk to the major restaurants / bars).

What makes this Hotel so great, are the employees ..., from the Manager on down ... Super friendly, super helpful and all this while being very professional. The location is excellent as it is away from the street, and yet you have all the stores and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. I had some minor bathroom maintenance problems, but it got fixed […] instantly after I reported it. If I go back to Hue, that's where I will go for sure ... 더 보기

This hotel was amazingly good value. Breakfast could have been a littel better though

Every thing was just perfect except that the Train station pick up was not in time. We had to get a taxi after waiting for about 10 minutes. Other than that it is a wonderful place. Oneother thing: The breakfast wasgood but the items were really limited.

If you're looking for an travel agent go there. If you need a hotel go somewhere else! Dirty rooms and sheets! Bugs! Dirty bathroom! Lousy breakfast! But great and lovely managrd who is very helpful with any travel arrangements!

Yes, this is a "budget" hotel but we were very disappointed with our room on the top floor, which clearly had a damp problem but perhaps this was a result of recent flooding. Furthermore, the breakfast was basic.

I'm not how this hotel gets a 3.5 star rating. It's more like a 2.5 or less. Hotel locates at the end of a very little street. The entrance was flooded after a couple days of rain. Service is great but could not compensate the bad location.

This hotel was terrific! Not too far from the main sights, but far enough so it's not too busy. It's on a side street, but my taxi driver knew where it was easily. The staff make this hotel - they are very pleasant and want to help all the time. The room had a bit of an odour (???) but was very clean. The facilities - bed, bathroom, TV, furniture etc were all new and in very good shape - I like new hotels and that made this one a good fit for us. Staff were extremely helpful, polite, professional and friendly. Could not do enough for you. Hotel room was inexpensive , the hotel and room were very clean and everything worked. The building was very well maintained. Would not hesitate to go there again.

Loved the location and breakfast. I booked 2 suites for one night each. When I arrived, the hotel only gave me one suite and one regular room. This happened to another traveler while I was in the lobby, too. When I asked about it, the hotel tried to pass the second room off as a different type of suite. Trust me, it was a superior room. The one suite […] smelled so bad of mold that my allergies went crazy and my wife had a hard time sleeping. Luckily I drank enough beers that night not to notice! Outside of these incidents, the hotel staff was the best I came across in my two weeks of hotel stays in Thailand and Vietnam. Way above it’s class. If I were to come to Hue, I would use that hotel without a doubt.. Location in Alley creates a wrong first impression.

The hotel is great. New, clean, great people and services. The only drawback is that it is not real close to the places most travelers will want to see. I found this as no real problem as I like to walk + cyclos are abundent and cheap. The restaurant bar are well staffed and stocked but not used by most hotel clients, therefore, somewhat empty and lonely. […] Other than breakfast, which most guests attend, you will wait awhile for your food to be ready at lunch and dinner. Stayed in Vina for 2 nights and was very happy with my stay. The room was clean and well-serviced, and there was a view of the river as a bonus. The only thing I disliked was the Hue city tour that was recommended by the hotel. We arrived when it was dark and the hotel arranged a taxi or us which saved any taxi hassle and it was quite an isolated airport. The staff welcomed us and served us a cool drink. The room was very clean and well presentred altough a couple of things on the list of room contents were not in the room but the staff sorted this out quickly. The hotel was new, so rooms in very good condition. Service was a bit hit or miss (eg they did not replace daily the tropical fruit in my room, as they said the would). There were frequent power outages, which is not the fault of the hotel, but uncomfortable in the hot weather. I stayed at the Vina Hotel for two nights. It was a lovely find: the room and bathroom were clean and new with hot water, airconditioning and free wifi. The staff can speak English, and were very helpful in arranging my requests. Conveniently located, there were plenty of eating places and watering holes within walking distance, which makes it very […] convenient for an evening out. (The sights in Hue would require transport no matter where you stayed on the south of the Perfume River anyway) My room was on the 5th floor, and therefore rose above the neighbouring buildings with a view of the river in the distance. The only potential fly in the ointment: when there was a power cut (apparently a regular occurrence), the hotel's generators are only able to support lights and TV, and not airconditioning. Luckily, the days that I spent in Hue were relatively cool and so the few hours of power cuts didn't matter so much. However, you can ask the front desk to send up an electric fan. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hotel. Il correspond tout à fait à ce que nous attendions. Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. Hotellet var riktigt fräscht och personalen var jättetrevliga. Hotellet låg på 10 minuters promenad från restaurang-centrum. Kanns definitivt inte som ett hotell med 3,5 stjarnor! Framstod som ett enkelt budgethotell. Rummet var okej forutom den starka lukten av fukt. Okej frukost, valdigt gott kaffe! Hotellet lag lite avsides.

We were there in october. The hotelroom was ok but I think it could have been more clean. They only clean what is absolutely nesscary - clean bed and toilet. It is fingermarks on the funiture and some of it needs to be replaced with new ones. The wall needs a bit of painting. But when that is said so is it also nessesary to add I am picky when it comes […] to cleaness. So if you are guys on backpacking you will probably not notice anything. The staff is very friendly og cheerfull. They helped us with booking flights, private driver to hoi an and excursions. A tip is to ask for a driver that knows a little bit of english. The ones we had could not answear simple questions and did not want to use body language. We did not get far in conversations with them, but they will take you where the hotel and you have agreed on. Vi har vært i Hue før, men ikke bodd på hotel Vina. Det var derfor ikke førstevalget. I forhold til pris holdt hotellet en høy standard. Hotellbetjeningen var også vennlig. Et lite aber er at hotellet ligger litt unna de største turistattraksjonene i Hue. Det blir altså en liten tur før man når sentrum. Da vi var der, regnet det også mye, slik at denne […] turen ble lengre enn den nok var. En samlet vurdering må bli at ved et seinere opphold i Hue er det ikke utenkelig at vi velger hotel Vina igjen. Rigtig fint hotel fint beliggende. Venligt personale, og okay morgenmad. Udflugterne de tilbyder er dog (ligesom alle andre steder) meget dyrere end andre steder. Ellers kan det varmt anbefales!

Value/Price for this hotel is definitely a 5. Only minus i you have to walk 5 min to get to the center of Hue. The staff provided excellent service at our arrival and during our stay at the hotel.

Hotel bien situe dans le vieux Hanoi. Personnel chaleureux, mais qui insite un peu trop pour que l'on reserve des excursions avec eux. Bemol important: odeur de chou persistente dans tout l'hotel. Petit dejeuneur correct mais sans plus.

Et pænt og nydeligt mellemklassehotel med super beliggenhed i forhold til Citadellet, masser af flodudsigt. Fin morgenmadsbufet med både vietnamesiske og europæiske valgmuligheder. Nydelige værelser i pæn størrelse og masser af varmt vand i hanerne. Ikke et 5-stjernet hotel, men det havde vi heller ikke betalt for - virkeligt godt til prisen

Hotellet ligger centralt og praktisk for de fleste sights i Hue - gå-afstand til det meste af byen. Et ok standardhotel hvis man ikke har brug for overdreven luksus, men har nok i et ok hotel med en ok beliggenhed til en ok pris. Vi bookede et standard-værelse og har ikke set delux-værelserne. Ligger lite vid sidan om centrum men lugnt. Mycket trevlig och hjalpsam personal.

3日目の6時半出発のフォンニャ洞窟行きのツアーは朝飯が付いていなかったのですが、食堂の従業員が、「朝ごはんです」と言って、弁当を持ってきてくれた。それも、卵はターンオーバーのフライドエッグで、前日に朝飯で食べたのと同じ調理であったのには驚いた。 翌日のDMZツアーは、朝飯がツアーの中に含まれているので、ホテルからの朝飯は出なかった。

für leute die auf budget reisen, ist das hotel sehr empfehlenswert. wir waren mit dem zimmer sehr zufrieden; hatten weniger erwartet für das geld. frühstück war ok - es gab sogar pho nudelsuppe. lage war auch ganz ok, da hue nicht groß ist. für das geld, würde ich nochmal da wohnen.
