Fantastic clean hotel with friendly staff. If there's anything you need, they'll take care of it. We stayed, swam, and visited the Crayola factory.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short weekend vacation. I loved the location! We shopped on Main St, dined in the area and were only a couple of minute from the Sands Casino. We would definitely go there again!

My husband, 6 yr old daughter and myself stayed overnight for New Year's Eve. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, including their extremely comfortable King size bed. Not to mention a sectional sofa. A two minute walk to scenic Main street and the indoor pool was a plus. I reserved this hotel to treat my kids to the pool over the holiday break. In the photos the pool looked large. I also called beforehand and asked about the pool. Needless to say, there were three families in the pool and we felt crowded in. Also, the continental breakfast ended at 9am! The hotel was perfect access to shopping on Walnut, dining at Reading Terminal market and walking distance to major historic sites. The immediate surrounding streets are slightly on the rugged side but it's totally a convenient location to visit the town. One thing of note while the front desk was always helpful and polite. They gave up our king bed […] in exchange for two doubles because we had checked in late in the evening. Also when we left for a later brunch the cleaning crew must have already passed by and when we returned to our room in the evening our room still wasn't cleaned. 더 보기

Bethlehem is a nice place to visit. very historic and nice people. the hotel was perfect for our short visit. the pool could be a little bigger.

We loved it. Comfortable and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location for walking around main street, enjoyed the free breakfast. Only complaint is ee didn't use the indoor pool because thought it was too cold, but that may be a matter of taste. All in all, very happy with it.

Fantastic location. The only negative was that the tv kept losing it's signal. Staff said they would send someone up ot fix it while we went to dinner. I don't know if that was done or not, but the tv still didn't work when we got back. Other than that, it was a great hotel. We will be staying there again the next time we go to Bethlehem.

I chose this hotel because it had the best ratings for this star range, and was relatively close to Dorney Park. The neighborhood is not nice. The room was clean, but VERY small. It was narrow. The bathroom was very small. The sink was in the room, not in the bathroom. There was cereal and yogurt and fruit for breakfast, but when we went down for breakfast […] at 9:00 am, the oatmeal was finished and the muffins were all gone. My wife and I stayed at this hotel on a Thurs and Fri during Musikfest. it is situated 2 blocks from Main St, but out of the noise area. The staff and Manager were extrememly accommodating by putting flowers in our room, recommending great eating places and taking care of just about anything we threw at them. Great hotel - great service - but we were not able to get there with our GPS - apparently there's an issue with their address - so follow directions on website don't depend on your GPS.

our recent stay at this hotel was wonderful. the location was right near all the activities we came to town to enjoy. Service was excellent. room was very clean. beds were extremely comfortable. great breakfast in the morning. would recommend to anyone.

Very close to Main St and all the restaurants and shops however right across the street from the bus station. Rooms are in good condition but have say I am not a fan of the cafe style of these new Hyatt's. Lobby, bar and breakfast area are all squeezed into a tiny space and there never seemed to be enough staff around to service pTrons

One of the best hotels i have stayed @ in a long time. The only thing that i did not like about the hotel was the bathroom design, being that the sink was outside of the bathroom. was a little awkward for me as far a privacy. however the hotel was excellent and I would stay there again!

The Hyatt Place is well located to enjoy a walking tour of Bethlehem, both the trending shops and restaurants and the historic sites. I found the layout of the room to be unique and it felt boutique.

Front desk customer service was excellent. Room was clean Continental breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of food.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in bethlehem for a food and wine festival. The staff was so warm and welcoming, what a pleasure they were all to talk to! The room was clean and spacious and there was food and drinks available all night. There was a big LCD TV in the room for entertainment. Main street was only a block away with multiple unique shops. […] This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this location and highly recommend this hotel. 더 보기

The hotel staff went out of their way to recommend great places to eat. So let me say that if you are going to Bethlehem, stay at the Hyatt and eat one meal at least at Mama Nina's BYOB right near the hotel. We had such a good time. Tom & Mary

The only problem we had was that the TV did not work the whole weekend. We did call for maintainence and they came right away, within 10mins and fixed it. But it stopped working within 15mins after he left. He was very friendly and fixed it quickly but I guess the cable was bad and not something simple that could be fixed. We called again and they […] offered a discount for it. I was in a rush leaving and haven't checked yet if a discount was applied. Outside of that, I was VERY happy with the hotel. Very clean, GREAT ammenities, friendly staff, walking distanced to Broad and Main where all the festisvals are held in Bethlehem. I would definitely go there again. 더 보기

Huge rooms, very pleasant staff, for a smaller hotel it had more than most. I stayed there twice and both times were great.

This establishment was wonderful. I called the hotel to inform them that I was running late and they graciously held my reservation even though I didn't arrive until after 10pm. The 24 hour cafe service was just what I needed. I was able to enjoy a fulfilling snack and a cappuccino before going to my room. Thought it was a great hotel ESP. For families. Convenient location, clean and good service. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Convenient location, walk to dinner, clean rooms, ample parking across street, and friendly staff. Liked the small bar with snacks in the lobby too.

This was our first stay in a Hyatt Place. Very comfortable, nice products and convenient location to shops and restaurants. The free continental breakfast is a notch up from others. Friendly and helpful staff and overall a great stay. Parking across the street will be validated if you bring your ticket to the front desk.

We checked in late afternoon and were received by a friendly receptionist. All the staff that we met were extremely helpful. The hotel exceded my expectations in decor, amenities and helpful staff. The room we had was large with a sectional sofa, mini-refrigerator,and a large flat screen TVl I would definately recommend this lovely downtown hotel. My husband and I have stayed in the Hyatt twice in the past six months. We would never stay anywhere else in the area. The staff is friendly and multi-task with a smile on their face at all times.
