The Bezier apartments were clean, in a good location, and good price. However the sofa beds were incredibly hard and every time either my partner or I moved we woke the other one up from the creaking noise of the bed. Also there were no staff on site for the first two days were staying there, so no service or help with getting acquainted with the new […] city. "Great value and convenient location"
Lovely modern and clean apartment. Was expecting a bed settee but had been upgraded to twin apartment. Well located for bus station and main square and only 15 minute walk from train station. Fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and glasses - not that we cooked there. Also a microwave and a small dishwasher. "A really great tiem in Beziers"
Flew from Bristol to Beziers and stayed for sunny 5 days in December and had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and comfortable, warm and secure and only a few minutes walk from the bus station where the airport bus which meets Ryanair flights leaves and arrives. Do go to the Tourist Office map and take a walk along the Canal du Midi and the museums. […] Easy transport by bus or train to other places. The hotel neighbourhood felt safe but a wander, by day, through the old city is recommended for its sleazy elegance. "Give Sunday's a miss"
After travelling on a Sunday we arrived at this hotel to find the whole place shut. Reception was closed, and the front doors were locked. There is a nice sign on the door in French we worked out it said closed Sundays and bank holidays. Also closed after 7pm all other days. Ring some French number which was useless as we can read a bit of French, but […] not speak it. Blimey. Ended up having to ring Hotels.com from France on a mobile (I don't want to think how much that cost) for them to ring someone with the entry code. The bed was as it suggested - a sofa bed and as hard as it sounds. On the positive, the room was very clean, modern and had a small kitchen which was a blessing. Quality of the hotel was excellent. I did experience a problem on arrival as the reception was unattended and closed. Other guests who arrived after 7pm had received a text explaining entry procedures but I did not receive this text despite the hotel having my number. I think I was luck to eventually gain access to my room. Car parking was an extra […] charge. Hotel tres propre récent. Par contre pour moi (maman seule pour ce voyage avec bébé et enfant de 4 ans pas de lit bebe à l'arrivée comme demandé lors de la réservation) dans ce cas, vous ne pouvez joindre personne car la réception de la residence est fermée le weekend. Votre seul recours : appeler un No spécial oú vous tombez sur une plateforme téléphonique […] qui ne peut pas faire grand chose pour vous! "Super emplacement, bonne qualité, service médiocre"
Je garde une bonne impressions de la résidence-hôtel de Béziers et surtout du concept général. De plus près, le service était très médiocre (absence de matériels et de services prévu sur la fiche de réservation, attente interminable de 24h pour avoir un service). L'emplacement n'est pas pratique pour ceux qui ont une voiture à stationner en journée […] et en nuit (le parking ne peut accueillir que 40 voitures pour plus de 100 chambres, l'hôtel est en centre-ville). Malgré tout cela, le personnel est très accueillant, et les chambres sont de bonnes qualités. Question rapport qualité prix, le prix est raisonnable. Pour autant, impossible de se déplacer dans la chambre sans fermer le canapé lit, la télé n'a pas cessé de débloquer et le logement manquait cruellement de vaisselle. On aurait bien aimé avoir des serviettes propres à disposition et on trouve regrettable que ni le WIFI ni le parking ne soient inclus […] dans le tarif. Correct mais pas extraordinaire non plus. L'hôtel est récent, la qualité globale des lieux et des équipements est donc bonne. La taille du studio et de son canapé-lit est convenable. J'avais été placé au rez-de-chaussé, proche de l'ascenseur pour l'accès au parking. Cet hôtel est bien concçu, puisqu'il est distribué en deux ailes, chacune dotée d'un ascenseur. Le studio disposait d'une grande […] fenêtre, mais pas de balcon. J'ai séjourné 17 jours, chambre et salle de bain ont été nettoyées une seule fois. La situation géographique de l'hôtel rend facilement accessible le centre de Béziers et permet une sortie assez rapide en voiture vers l'est.
