너무 예쁜 방과, 홍콩에서 찾아보기 힘든 맛있는 조식. 그리고 친절한 Step들까지 모두 감동적이었습니다. 객실이 좀 작지만, 거실과 침실을 분리해놓았다는 면에서 점수를 줄만 했습니다.

It is a fantastic location for the ladies who could do all their shopping and then drop their bags off and head off to another shopping trip :) Sorry guys! However, due to the "excellent" shopping location, it can be a litttle noisy from the traffic. But when u are tired from your shopping trip, u cant hear anything :)

This hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The ambience in the hotel after days in the bustling Hong Kong environment was very soothing. We loved the fact that the reception area doubled as the breakfast room, and then turns into an alfresco afternoon tea area. To make some improvements to the hotel, I would suggest that some of the window furnishings […] are removed or replaced, the curtains should be laundered. Superb location, stone's throw to Times Square and Sogo in Causeway Bay. Rooms were clean, well appointed, microwave in room, free wifi, free laundry/dryer, complimentary breakfast and evening tea. Excellent deal. Have been staying at JIA for the last few years when I am traveling with my family.

Found staff very accommodating and room comfortable and creatively furnished. Much nicer hotel than anticipated for the price. If we're fortunate to return to HK, will stay at JIA again.

Overall was a pretty pleasant stay, except that we were given the wrong key and wrong room number during checked in. thankful the hotel staff came up in time to resolve the situation and my partner pressed the door bell before opening the door. Staff werent as friendly as I expected. There should be some room of improvement on the breakfast & counter […] space. Could have been better for the price that we are paying. 더 보기

Couldn't fault the staff - they were absolutely first class. Always helpful. I stayed in a studio on top floor. Hotel says all rooms have a kitchen but mine didn't (not that I cared). Instead it had a really large bathroom, almost the size of the room! I did expect the room itself to be large with a sitting area as it was called a studio but really […] it was a glorified bedroom. Personally, this style of hotel is not for me. I was in HK over Xmas and New Year so it was very well priced and I think is good value. I prefer a hotel with more facilities and buzz. 더 보기

We checked into 2 rooms with a party of 4 adults and 1 child and we were very surprised by the efficiency of the staff and the comforts of the hotel. The staff were almost invisible, very discreet, yet when we needed extra pillows and such, they were very prompt with delivery. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay

Don't go by the photos on the website - very misleading. The studio room is cramped and hotel amenities are very few. For the rate per night, you can probably stay at a much much better hotel, more centrally located and with more spacious rooms. The WiFi service rarely if ever works, and "breakfast" merely means muesli and fruits only. All in all, […] avoid this hotel. 더 보기

Overall experience is acceptable, good location and you can find the many restaurants surrounding the hotel. However, the hotel exterior looks old and the air con is quite noise. It was not really reasonable for my stay and I was sure that I could have a better option while pay the same price.

Though small in size the hotel packs a lot in style and comfort. It's as though your staying in a Phillip Starck showroom plus Frank Gehry. Being an architect I enjoyed surrounded by these iconic works of art. Great hotel, great staff! Bravo!

Comfortably cool retreat in causeway bay. Moments from all the action with friendly can do staff.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous from check-in until check-out. Our one-bedroom room was excellent and made us instantly feel at home--as though we were staying at a friend's apartment! Nice amenities like free use of washer/dryers 24/7 and complimentary continental breakfast, snacks and drinks.
