아스톤 쿠타 호텔 & 레지던스 (Aston Kuta Hotel and Residence) - 발리

이틀동안 호텔에 물이 안 나왔다. 무료서비스도 없고 끔찍할 정도로 불편하다. 투어 서비스는 너무 비싸고, 환율로 형편없다. 좋은 비즈니스 호텔이 아님

쿠타 지역 호텔에 대해서는 주의를 듣기는 했는데, 불필요 한 것이 아니었다. 에스턴에서 지냈는데, 동행이 자금이 넉넉하지 않아서 였다. 발리휴가에서, 해변쪽을 안 본 것을 후회하지 않는다.(나는 Ubud의 메이슨 호텔 앤드 리조트에 몇일 있었는데 놀라웠다) 호텔 자체는 별3개인데 괜찮지만 쿠타 해변에 있지 않았지만, 지도에서는 보인다(쿠타 해변에 대해서는 쓸 것이 없다. 많은 투숙객들은 좋은 이웃이 되지 못해다. 약간 이상해 들릴 수도 있지만 내 경험은 그랬다. 돈 내는 만큼 가져간다는 연관성은 어쩔수 없는 것 같다. 이번에는, 이곳 저곳에서 온 투숙객들이 내 숙박을 망쳐 버렸다. 어떤 투숙객 팀이 다른 투숙객들은 망각하는 […] 듯한 행동들을 했다. 수영장은 자기 뒷마당인 듯이 행동하고, 속옷은 자기들 1층방 밖 건조대에 걸어 놓았다(수영장에서 보이는). 아침 식사때는 새치기 하고 공동 지역에서 소리 질렀다. 어느 나라 사람들인지는 말하지 않겠다. 결론적으로는, 열심히 벌어서 간 휴가를 몇푼 아낀다고 망치지 마세요. 돈 낸만큼 댓가가 있는 것이고, 별3개 짜리 호텔 경험을 원한다면, 이곳에서 숙박 하세요 더 보기

이곳에서 3번째 숙박. 직원들은 언제나 사랑스럽고 환영해 준다. 어떤 직원들은 우리를 기억한다. 우리는 이 지역이 좋다. 남 쿠타에 해변 끝에 조용한 곳이다. 이제는 주변 상점들과 커피샵은 친숙하다. 호텔은 심플 하지만 모텔같다. 그렇지만, 우리가 필요한 모든 것은 있고, 여행하고 해변가를 구경하기에는 아주 좋은 위치다. 다시 갈 것이다.

The hotel is nice but we did not get a family room with three single beds as promised. We were given a room which had a large queen size bed with a single bed. We then asked for three singles which is what our reservation said. We then were given two single bedroom and a cot brought in for one of us. Room was too small but then but stayed in it but […] very unconfortable. Later in the second week of our stayed we attended a western style diner on 2nd floor of hotel. The beef used was so hard that diner was not eaten, but had to pay 490,000 rupias. complained no compensation offed. We were suppose to meet manager prior to leaving but he did not show up. Allover is great place to stay

We stayed in this hotel for a week, and we are very satisfied. Nice breakfast and great service!

I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel at all. My husband & I went there for my belated 40th along with 10 friends. The management were excellant in helping us with all our requests,including upgrading our rooms and placing us all close to one another. The pool was beautiful and the pool bar even though small, was just right to serve […] up icy drinks. The staff were fantastic and a lot of fun as well. the room was clean, comfort and too big for me. At the first time, I only booked for a night in deluxe room, then I need to stay for another night, so I booked again with superior room. But with the kindly receptionist, they finally give me the same room, so I don't need to move. Thank you very much for the hotel management !!

Although the Aston Kuta seems to be a lovely hotel by the looks, modern, convenient -- it is very poorly maintained. We were without a working toilet or clean water from the sink to wash our faces or brush our teeth with. And, the problem was hotel wide. So, there was no options for moving within the hotel. The hotel reception has upgraded our booking from Superior to Premium Suite, much to our delight. However, we realized that the in-room wifi connection is not available in that room as it is situated outside the hotel's wifi zone. Well, gain some, lose some. Anyway, wifi is available at the lobby so we can just hang out there when internet's needed. […] The room is nicely decorated and decked with the modern comforts. Besides the shower curtain begin slightly dirty, the toilet is well lit and equipped with standard toiletries. The view from the room is great despite its relative distance from the beach compared to hotels such as holiday inn (that is right on the beach). From the balcony, you can see the sunset and the sunny skies. It is a pleasure to wake up to such a view. The hotel staff are attentive to details, knowing that it is my birthday during my stay and delivered a birthday cake to our room. It was a lovely surprise when we returned to the room after spending an evening at the beach which is just a few minutes walk away. I arrived late at night and feeling down due to luggage lost at airport but woke up in a very clean, sunny room at the Aston Kuta. Great and handy location, a little out of the hurly burly of kuta but almost right on the beach and so handy to walk into town, just pop down to the beautiful boardwalk which takes you whereever you want to go. This was a VERY modern, comfortable hotel. Definitely the best of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Bali. excellent room, but the washroom smelled a little because they didn't properly divert the water back into the tub so it leaked on the floor. This was my second stay at this hotel and really enjoyed myself. Staff all friendly, happy and remember me from previous stay. Room was large and comfortable and very quiet. (1 Bedroom Suite) Good breaskfast choice and a short stroll to the beach. One thing I like about this hotel senoir staff they are always on the look out to improve things even minor to ensure guests enjoy there stay. The hotel left a birthday cake in our room for me as it was my birthday while we were there, a nice touch. The bathroom could have been cleaner as there was mould under the sink and at the bottom of the wall where it touched the floor. Feel very welcome at the hotel and all the staff are friendly and polite. Buffet Breakfast at the coffee lounge not much options just average. Its very clean and modern feel. However some maintainance still going on... will be better in few more years time.

Despite confirming a non-smoking room, we were given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and sewage. Disgusting. This hotel was such an outstanding value, I went back and stayed a second time on the same trip. High-tech swimming pool and hotel newness were outstanding. Free internet seals the deal.

el hotel esta muy bueno en cuanto a las instalaciones, el tema es que para ir al centro que es donde esta el Hard Rock tenes que caminar alrededor de 25 min.. obviando eso, el hotel esta más q bueno

早朝出発だったのですが、朝ごはんをお弁当にしていただき、とても助かりました。 お弁当はパンとご飯が選べましたが、ご飯はナシゴレンなのでこちらをおすすめします！ おいしかったですよ～。 ナシゴレンとボトルウォーターとパックジュース、チップスでした。 パンもおいしかったのですが、パンと果物、ボトルウォーターとパックジュースでしたので、ボリュームは少なめでした。 今回の滞在は短時間でしたので、次の機会はもっとゆっくり滞在したいとおもいます。 スタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。 お世話になりました！

Pääosin positiivinen kokemus. Sijainti oli melko hyvä, ei kuitenkaan rannalla oleva kohde. Rannalle matkaa n. 300 metriä. Palvelu pelasi hyvin. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli lähtöpäivksi sovittu lentokenttäkyyti, jota henkilökunta alkoi järjestää siinä vaiheessa kun edellisenä iltana sovittu kyydin lähtöaika oli jo ohitettu.

Отель расположен недалеко от аэропорта, с пляжа видна взлетная полоса, но за шумом океана взлётов самолётов не замечаешь. На ресепшне очень приветливый персонал, всегда внемательно и с пониманием относятся ко всем вопросам. При регистрации вам приносят холодное полотенчико и чай со льдом. Номера чистые, уборка каждый день, правда, в один из дней нам […] забыли оставить 2 полотенца, но при сообщении на ресепшн недостатки восполнились. Да, в ванной комнате была еще небольшая проблемка, пробка в ванной западала, так что слив воды задерживался, впринципе можно вызвать сантехника, но мы просто вытаскивали пробочку и всё. Ресторан в гостинице хороший, готовят вкусно и разнообразно, на завтрак и каши молочные и жаренные блюда, и тосты, и выпечка, фрукты, в общем мы остались довольны)) В гостинице есть подземная парковка, которой мы с удовольствием пользовались, так как брали на прокат мопед. При подъезде ко входу все машины проверялись на наличие подозрительных предметов, охрана на высоте) Вобщем все соответствовало нашим ожиданиям! Из 5 баллов на твердую 4 они отработали)) 더 보기

A clean hotel in a quiter environment in between Tuban and Kuta beaches near the airport. Lovely pool with a pool bar, and a nice restaurant with Balinese dance shows etc. Would go there again and can recommend the hotel to everyone!
