호텔관리는 청결했지만 공간이나 위치는 아주 좋지 않습니다.너무 피곤해서 2시간 쉰후 체크 아웃하고 다른 호텔 찾아 묶었 습니다.

방이 너무 작다는 후기를 많이 봐서 걱정 많았었는데, 생각만큼 작지는 않았습니다. 혼자 지내기에는 매우 안락하고 좋았습니다. 욕실도 매우 깨끗하고 특히나 욕조가 넓어서 피로 풀기에 아주 좋았고, 침대도 깨끗해서 잠도 매우 잘 잤습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고, 조식을 방까지 가져다 주시는 것도 좋았습니다. 다만, 생각보다는 신주쿠역에서 조금 멀었습니다. 더군다나 가부키초 한 가운데를 가로지르는 길이 가장 가까워서 그쪽으로 오다보니 밤에는 조금 위험하다 싶기도 했습니다. 신주쿠와 신 오오쿠보에서 오는 길을 동시에 표시해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 덕분에 좋은 여행 되었습니다. 감사합니다~^^

매우 멋진 호텔로 신주쿠의 최고의 장소에 위치하고 있습니다. 신주쿠 역에서 걸어서 10분 걸립니다. 객실을 매우 깨끗했고 편안했습니다. 가격도 정말 좋았습니다. 짐을 둘 공간이 적으나 문제가 되지 않습니다. 저희들은 다음번에 도쿄를 여행할 때도 반드시 이곳에서 지낼 것입니다. 저는 아침 식사가 포함된 패키지를 구입했으나 아침 식사는 핫도그였습니다. 저희들은 둘째 날부터 죽 아침을 걸렀습니다.

매우 편하고, 꽤 새로운 호텔 하지만 객실의 어에컨은 밤새도록 내내 시끄러운 소리가 났고, 베게는 냄새났고, 창문은 잘 닫히지 않아서 특히 카부키코의 밤에 시끄러웠다. 전반적으로 객실이 좀 더 잘 되어 있으면 추천 할 것이다.

아마도 내 인생에서 경험한 최악의 호텔이다. 무엇보다도, 이 호텔처럼 토끼장 같은 곳도 찾기가 매우 어려웠다. 호텔 직원들은 영어를 전혀 못했고, 내가 일본말로 말할 때 나는 호텔 근처에 서 있어 졌어요[X], 직원들은 돕는 방법을 몰랐다. 나중에 내가 30미터 쯤 떨어져 있었다는 것을 알았지만 직원들은 호텔 이름 근접한 것도 몰랐다. 첫 번째로 묵은 방은 토한 냄새가 나서 1층에 있는 방으로 옮겼다. 호텔 리셉션 직원은 불편하게 해서 진심으로 죄송하다고 했지만 꽤 끔찍한 방이어서 그 방 냄새가 싫지만 않았다면 페브리지 좀 달라는 것 빼고는 어떠한 요구도 하지 않았을 것이다. 호텔 자체는 내가 평생 가본 가장 더러운 장소에 […] 있다. 신주쿠에 대해서 완전히 다른 기대를 했었다. 기본적으로 백인이라면, 미국인인 척 하는 아프리카 인들이 지속적으로 반복해서 다가와서 당신을 잡으며 일반적으로 매우 매우 불쾌한 경험이 될 것이다. 엄청 많은 늙은 중국인 창녀들이 거리에서 일본인인 척하고 있었다. 성기사게 하는 것이 없는 길 하나 찾기도 불가능하다. 흑인들과 멀리 떨어져서 걸으려고 한다 하더라고, 당신을 따라온다. 나는 결국 바닥을 응시하고 영어를 못알아 듣는 척 했다. 이 호텔을 예약한 것을 매우 후회하고, 도쿄에서의 소중한 이틀 밤을 완전히 낭비했다. 가까이 가지 마라! 더 보기

And when arrive early at around 1 pm there is room available but hotel say if want to check in early will have to pay extra as their check in time is at 3 pm. They use it as an hourly rental. It was convenient, economical and fitted our purpose for the trip. Breakfast service was unexpectedly good. It would be more convenient if there was a public telephone with prepaid card, since telephone card machine was in the hotel lobby.

Hotel Location is kind of hard to find... Hotels.com should provide a much clearer map location (especially if its your first time in Japan, and doesn't speak or read the language). The 10 min walk from the JR Train station ended up being 1 hour and a half just looking for the hotel on our first night. Hotel and room was very clean with very unfriendly staff not speaking english. Not bad location though in a very dirty area and also it is NOT for families cause it is located in the area with prostitutes and pimps. The hotel was fine. It's in the middle of Korea town. Lots of nice Korean restaurants nearby. The room was small, like I'm sure most Japanese hotels are. Everything is perfect, the condition of the hotel is brand new, and location is superb, really close to shopping and major JR line about 5-10 minutes walk from east entrance. It is also used for high end love hotel though, as Shinjuku itself is a famous red light district.

This is a pretty good hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet, although they are pretty small (as I would think most Tokyo hotel rooms are). Front desk staff speak servicable english and are willing to help out with any questions or look up any information for you. The area around the hotel (Shinjuku) is pretty hectic - it's Tokyo's "red-light district", and […] has a lot of gentlemen's clubs etc. It's also a bit difficult to navigate around the area. Getting to and from the airport and this hotel is reasonably simple, as you can catch the airport limousine bus for 3000Y and get dropped off at Shinjuku station (about 10 mins walk or a short cab ride from the hotel). The hotel was very well located for what we were interested in which was walking and seeing the sites of town. Taxi service was at the door the minute the Hotel called. Information and directions given at the desk were great. Hooking up with a tour was within a 5-6 minute walk. Can't say enough good things that we enjoyed.

L’hôtel et neuf et propre. Les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain est exceptionnelle. Chose rare au japon, les chambres sont relativement spacieuses et très bien équipées. Par contre, deux points m'ont particulièrement surpris. Le petit déjeuner était offert. Bien, sauf que celui-ci consistait en une boite contenant 2 sandwich Sncf et une omelette […] et c'est tout. Je n'oserais pas appeler cela un petit déjeuner d'autant qu'il nous fallait attendre pour que être servi. Nous avons fini par ne plus le demander et le prendre à l'extérieur. Deuxième point, le quartier est très animé et impressionnant. Si l’hôtel se trouve un peu a l'écart et au calme, il est nécessaire pour s'y rendre de traverser le quartier de Shijuku. Or cela peut être déstabilisant des voir tous ces japonnais se défoulant dans un environnement type Pigalle pour les jeunes enfants. Ceci dit, informé de ces éléments, je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans aucun problème et avec plaisir. 더 보기
