2012년08월18일, Hotels.com 고객 이용 후기공항과 가깝고 직원들이 친절합니다. 요청을 하시면 근처 쇼핑몰로도 셔틀을 보내 줍니다. 이 셔틀은 공항을 가다가 경유를 하기 때문에 쇼핑을 마치고 돌아 오시는 경우에는 돌아오는 시간을 말씀해 주시거나 전화를 하셔야 돌아오는 셔틀을 이용할 수가 있습니다. 쇼핑몰에는 택시가 없어 이 셔틀을 잘 이용하셔야 합니다. 아침식사는 평범했으나 식기는 플라스틱 일회용이 아니어서 만족스러웠습니다. 단점으로는 근처에 돌아 다닐데가 전무하다는 점입니다. 피트니스는 24시간 사용할 수 있으며 기구는 중상급입니다. 수영장은 없습니다.

"This place is amazing"
My fiance and I were on a Date night trip from Seattle. We couldn't find a hotel downtown Portland and were a little bummed. So we started looking outside the city and I was not impressed...until I came across the listing for Century Hotel! WOW, the lakeside hotel looked amazing. I immediately started booking a room. I was a little let down when all […] they had available was rooms with 2 double beds and they were on the street side with no view of the lake. Boo! But I went ahead and booked the room at a very fair price for what it looked like. I called and spoke with a man at century to see if there was a chance that we could get a room on the lake side with a view. I explained that I was treating my fiance to a special "date night" and really wanted to make it special. He told me that it was all booked up and the only rooms available were on the street side. When we arrived that evening we were warmly greeted by a very nice man at the front counter named Rich. When I introduced myself he lit up and said "oh yes, I spoke with you on the phone!" he treated us like old friends and was very pleasant. He said, "Since your having a special night together..." (he remembered) "...I suppose that you would like the King bed suite with the lake view that just cancelled?!?!" What, really, amazing!!! This hotel is getting pretty tired. The room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom was ok. Our room was quiet unless someone slammed their door, which happened a few times. "Charming, family owned with all the right features"
This family owned boutique hotel was a great find. Reasonably priced and very well kept. I could not have been more pleased. The staff was extremely pleasant with helpful recommendations. Nice big clean room, but the phone next to the bed did not work, there was no desk - only a table with two comfy but not practical chairs - and the toilet moaned for a good 2 minutes each time it was flushed. The room had a microwave and fridge, which was nice. Breakfast was served in a restaurant associated with the hotel, but you could not access […] it from the inside, which was unfortunate since it poured rain the entire visit. There is a pool and fitness center which were not advertised on the website, so I was unprepared to take advantage of these features.
