From check-in to check-out I experienced numerous problem. When inserted my key card into the lock of my room door. I was immediately knocked back from the sight and smell of the room. Front desk put me in a room that had not yet been cleaned but this room was not just dirty, it was horrendous! The room isn’t any paper, towels and free pure distilled […] water. This is by no means is an exhaustive list of the poor customer service I during this stay. This stay at Salil Hotel was costly and it is unacceptable to be treated in this manner. I hope that this is a one-time experience that I will never have to endure again. 더 보기

I was very satisfied with this hotel because the location was great. Thong Lor is a very cool and hip area close to the skytrain station. Soi 38 has excellent food at night, so it was easy to pop over there for a midnight snack. The rooms was cute, super clean with a nice view of the pool. The staff was nice. booked 3days and finally, left 1day earlier as: - rooms with servious defects: day 1 check-in a room with water leakage in bathroom day 2 changed a room with water leakage from air-conditioner over ceiling day 3 no choice but to leave

The is physically a very attractive hotel. I checked into to an usually small (for BKK) room, but that was fine. Soon I noticed that the toilet had not been cleaned. I complained & it was cared for. Later I turned down the sheets & there was hair & a spot of BLOOD. The linens has not been changed. It was late & there was no housekeeping staff so I […] got moved to another room. I was expecting a minor upgrade for my trouble but was told it's not possible. The breakfast buffet is good. There is a nearby Tops market, Burger King & Starbucks. That was handy. It's a 5 min walk to the BTS. There is a free tuk tuk, but it really didn't seem worth the trouble. All in all, the 1st day overshadowed the experience. In future BKK trips I'll stay elsewhere. 더 보기

The Salil is one of the new (and welcome) "budget boutique hotel" category: the rooms are small but comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasant. The service at reception is generally warm - not five-star, but adequate. The best thing about the Salil, besides the quality of the rooms for the price, is the free shuttle between the hotel and the BTS […] skytrain station. This is important since the Thonglor area offers little of interest to travelers. Unlike some other hotels that provide shuttles, the Salil's shuttles are actually almost always available without delay (or at least with an acceptable wait of around 5 minutes or less). The drivers don't expect tips but do appreciate them. The Salil now has free wifi, too, which makes it a better deal than before. The only downside to this visit was the fact that they were doing construction, adding a new wing and a swimming pool - hence the low rating for "maintenance" this time. 더 보기

Friendly staff and stylish, tasteful decor, in a small, quiet hotel. Only negative, sink was clogged.

Definitely recommend this hotel ...

前回宿泊したときの部屋はベッドの横が玄関のドアなので廊下の音が聞こえてしまうが、今回の部屋はﾄﾞｱの近くが洗面所になっており問題なかった。部屋によってあたりはずれがあるようだ。

15時頃にチェックインしたが、部屋がまだ片付けていなかった。それ以外は特に問題無いと思います。トンロー駅までの無料のトゥクトゥク送迎は良いですね！

裝修好靚,好別緻,房屋入面也很整全,又有免費wifi~~ 浴缸也算寬敞,可以好好浸浴relax~ 酒店有免費車接送往返Throng Lo BTS車站~其實步行都唔算遠,大約5分鐘啦~ 不好的就是泳池小了點,仲有飯堂的地方衛生不太好,有好多蟻和蚊,但D員工好似唔會點理囉,早餐款式都唔多...

Fint lille hotel, der ligger i meget stille omgivelser. Kort gå afstand til skytrain. Gastronomisk byder lokal området ikke på noget. Hotellets menukort er begrænset. Hotellet er velegnet til enlige eller par, der sætter mere pris på ophold i byen frem for afslapning på hotellet.

少し中心から離れているが部屋はできたてのようで非常に綺麗でメルヘンチックでした。
