로빈슨몰앞이라 쇼핑도 좋았고 음식점도 많아서 골라먹는 재미도있었고 역앞이라 이동하기도 좋았습니다 가격대도 괜찮았습니다

we had booked this hotel trough hotels.com and in that booking it said breakfast included ... but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that this was a mistake and that breakfast was not included after all!! This is in our opinion just not acceptable when we have it in writing that it is, and even though we tried to explain this to the hotel manager, […] he would not let us have the free breakfast but just referred us to hotels.com and that they had made a mistake on their booking site. Just so you know that if you book a night incl. breakfast you can't be sure that this actually does include breakfast! 더 보기

Good restaurant, even better service. Real value for money. Close to large shopping centre and small stores. Definately stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and accomadating. Close to Robinsons Mall. Only drawback to this hotel is no pool. Other than that my stay was great.

I was supposed to stay at Pearl Lane Hotel but since i don't have a reservation they offered me superior room which was more expensive which I didn't take. Instead, I searched the internet & found Kimberly which was also near Robinsons Ermita & booked the standard room. Blessing in disguise because i have a bigger room/bathroom & LCD TV/ complimentary […] newspaper. I was even allowed to check in the morning which was earleier than the 2pm check in time. Frontdesk was accommodating & prompt in attending to me. I would definitely stay there again in the future. Walking distance to Robinsons Ermita Mall. For my first time to the country, this was a good hotel with excellent service!

The complimentary breakfast was served by courteous, well-dressed wait staff at linen-draped and flower decorated tables from a menu of Philippine, Continental or American choices. Staff speak both English and […] Tagalog well and were unfailingly courteous. The hotel is near the Medical Center, a mall and many attractions (none of which we visited.) Eateries abound nearby of every level of formality and quality. We did not get a double bed as requested. Sleeping double in a twin bed was OK for a newly in love (and fairly slender) couple, but other couples might not fare so well. There was low pressure and essentially NO hot water in the shower. The only time the hot water even approached being warm was at 4:30 AM on the day I had to leave. I did not complain about this (because I suspected nothing could be done about it), so I cannot be sure that it could not have been fixed. 더 보기

Check in was easy, although my request was for non smoking room, single bed, was presented with two twin beds. Desk staff said that was all they had. Compounding the problem, we arrived to a smoke filled room 607. After settling, we discovered that the bathroom had a broken handle to the sink, horrible dirt marks between the shower tiles and along the […] base boards of the floors. I find it hard to believe that the hotel did not know of this condition in the room. It appeared to be the room used by their own staff. After protest, we were given another room the following morning, that was much better in every aspect. The free wifi is a nice touch, however the breakfast lacks variety. Staff in general quite friendly, the area is very busy, location to a huge mall. Would probally stay there again. 더 보기

ホテル従業員は、感じが良い方が多いです。 日本語は、あまり通じません。 朝食は、品数が少なく美味しいとは言えませんが、短期滞在なら問題ありません。 設備面で、バスタブ付きのデラックスルームにしましたが、排水栓が機能しないため結局、お湯を張ることが出来ませんでした。従業員に直すよう言いましたが、うまく直りませんでした。 ホテル立地は、周辺に大学があるため、夜は暗いです。駅に近いため、電車を利用するときは便利です。夜遅く徒歩で行動する人は、注意が必要です。近くにコンビニがあり便利です。

3月16日から20日までこのホテルを利用させていただきましたが昼間はロビンソンからペドロギル駅を行き交う人が多く日本人が歩いていても問題はないのですが夜は街灯があまりなく一人で歩くには少し危険な場所と思われます。夜の移動はタクシーを使った方が良いと思います。ホテルのレベルは清掃が行き届いていて値段の割にはいいと感じれました。

it is 2nd time to visit Manilia. At 1st time, the hotel is near by, but not good at this one. The hotel is clean and quiet in the noisy surroundings. Robinson dept is near by, very convenient to shop and dine, we had our all lunch and dinner inside.
