Riad El Mansour - 마라케시

We stayed for 6 nights at Riad El Mansour in January 2012. It was our first time in Marrakesh and everybody told us to book a Riad instead of a hotel and so we did. The experience was terrific from the moment we were picked up at the airport. The Riad itself is fantastic: luxurious moroccan decoration, comfortable rooms, Wifi access, private hammam […] and massage room and a lovely terrace where we have breakfast everyday (the breakfast itself was wonderful too)...... But the best for us was the way all the staff treated us. The managers are very kind and they would do anything they can to make you enjoy your stay ("No problem" is their motto...) while the ladies who served us the breakfast and take care of the room are very helpful. All of them are very friendly too. We really felt like sultans in the riad. An special mention should be made to the map Abdess, one of the managers, gave us upon our arrival. As l am sure you will read in previous reviews of this Riad the staff are most welcoming and attentive. I feel almost disloyal to say this, but take them out of the equation and you are left with a small Riad, located down dusty alleys, in the less popular northern Medina. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was a real pleasure and we would definitely return. The staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. We were well cared from the start to the end of our visit. Riad El Mansour arranged the roundtrip to/from the Airport. This is especially a blessing on arrival. The Riad and the rooms look wonderful. Take […] a look at their website. There's a nice touch during the day the beds are setup for lounging and prior to evening changed again for sleeping with slippers ready by the bedside. The location is within the narrow streets/alleys in the north part of the Medina region. About 15-20min walk to the famous Djemma el Fna, 10-15 to the Souks. Its also 10mins to the Jardins Majorelle. First night we dined in the Riad for a real home cooked Moroccan Tajine treat. It was just too much for just us 2 to eat all of it. We loved the breakfasts on the roof terrace. La visita a marrakesh comenzó excelente, nos estaban esperando en el aeropuerto, nos trasladaron al hotel. El hotel y el personal del mismo todos superatentos, coordiales, solucionando hasta lo más increíble (Mustafá nos llevó en su coche a comprar las escencias que había en el bañoporque nos encantó el olor), solucionaron, paseos, traslados, comidas, […] reservaciones, todo.
