Dar Fatma - 카르타고

A gem - we felt at home the moment we arrived. Their publicity gives an accurate impression of what it is like, although it is actually even better!

We placed a client at Dar Fatma who was coming to Tunisia on business. Having personally inspected the hotel on two occassions, we described the interiors and the location as charm in a Zen manner, located within the picturesque village of Sidi Bou Said. This expectation was met. However, three areas that disappointed our client and in turn, disappointed […] us, included: 1) The hotel's website says: "Each room is fully equiped with individual air conditioning, Internet and satellite television." The internet was NOT in the room and thus as a client in Tunisia on business, he was not able to have the convenience of working from his room. 2) He found the room either requiring opening the window, which meant flies, OR, closing the window and being rather warm. No AC in the room. 3) The biggests faux pas and lack of service came when our client heard a knock on his door at 6:30AM his first morning. IT was a man from Dar Fatma asking what our client would like later for breakfast! For a small, charming place where one goes to avoid the big hotel scene and distractions, to be woken at 6:30AM for such a question was truly bad form. Great little Boutique hotel. Wonderful staff and very cool atmosphere. Price is great compared to others in the area. The rooms are all designy but comfortable and the roof top terrace is AWSOME! one of the nicest hotels I stayed at in Tunisia.

Landsbyen Sidi Bou Said hvor Guest Houset Dar Fatma ligger har gode restauranter, gallerier og er trivelig med bygninger i hvitt og blått. Dette er et rolig sted. Vårt rom var rent, pent og bar preg av beskjeden slitasje. Hotellet har en takterrasse med et lite basseng og meget god utsikt til havet. Frokosten var Continental+ og ble servert av blid […] og hyggelig betjening. Oppkjørselen til Dar Fatma er under oppussing. Drosje fra flyplassen til Dar Fatma koster Max 10 Dinarer og tar 15-25 min, kjør kun med gule taxier med meter. Det var 0-15 grader under vårt opphold i februar, noe kjølig. Prisen noe stiv? ja, men stedet passet oss, vår alder +/- 50. Dette er ikke et hotell etter vår defenisjon, anbefales. 더 보기
