A very nice stay I had with my husband. The hotel was clean and neat and comfortable.

Perfect break from reality. my boyfriend and i have stayed here twice now just as a mini vacation and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves both times. We made plenty of use of the jacuzzi, exercise room and breakfast. the beds are extremely comfortable and clean. We always come away feeling well rested. I stayed here for one night,room was a little small(king size bed) ,tv was nice but no dvd player. Hotel staff seemed nice and little store near front desk was convenient. Room was very clean and overall pretty quiet except for the occasional kid running and screaming down the hallway. Overall good stay

I enjoyed this hotel. Too bad it was only for one night but I will definitely be back. Convenient to highways and very comfy bed. I don't usually sleep well in beds outside my own and I slept very well. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Thank you.

Great hotel, service was great, near major highway for easy transportation. I was even upgraded because I was given a smoking room in error. Definitely recommend.

Everything was very good. For the price, we had hoped for a fridge and microwave, no rooms had those items. Would stay again if in the area.

The place was great. I highly reccomend it. The employees were very helpful.

Everybody, including our housekeepers were extremely accommodating and friendly. We will be staying there each time we visit CT.

The hotel was close to all the activities we were looking for on our mini vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were the most comfortable beds of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean (very important to me). The computer room was nice and private and came in handy. We thought right from the start how convenient the mobile carts were to load all our bags and bring them to the room. The free wifi was great, as well as the complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

We went for business and overall, the stay was fine. One slight annoyance was the check in clerk. We were given the wrong room number & key and had to call the desk and wait for new keys to be delivered (and had to find out new room). Also, one evening when we returned, we were locked out (???) and had to wait for a clerk to arrive with yet more new […] keys. 더 보기

Had a wonderful stay, would recommend again.

This hotel was a disaster from the start. there was only 1 staff member available on a sat night with over 200 guests in the hotel. The police had to come to assist with crowd control. They had no extra blankets or pillows. There was water everywhere from people walking out of the pool soaking wet because there were no towels in the pool area. There […] were kids using the gym as a hang out room. They ran out of food for breakfast. But the worst thing about our stay is that they discovered there was a BED BUG infestation the day we were to depart. we ended up leaving all our clothes in the hotel and driving home over 5 hours without any of our belongings. this stay was a nightmare and I'll never stay at another Hampton Inn again. As is this wasn't bad enough we received no compensation for this stay!!!! BEWARE!!! 더 보기

Great hotel. Our first floor room was convenient for unloading and loading luggage. The pool was a good size (probably 40x20 feet) for swimming laps. Breakfast was good. First class all the way.

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. We spent quite a bit of time hanging out in the lobby and were very comfortable, never felt rushed by the staff. Were surprised that there was no refrigerator in our room, we stay in many Hampton's and thought this was standard. The design of the bathroom is beautiful, but not friendly. The sink was […] quite tall and the countertop is wider than found in most bathrooms. I am 5'3" and could not get close to the mirror for putting in contacts or applying makeup. My husband is 5'11" and had difficulty shaving. My children had difficulty reaching the sink to brush their teeth. Hampton should really consider how the space will be used by their guests and not just the aesthetics of the design. 더 보기

Will definitely stay there again!

Room 125 on first floor is loud too loud. Doors slamming, folks in hall. The ceiling is like a kettle drum. When the folks upstairs walked, the room was got all the noise. Housekeeping was a little off too. Dresser drawers were all open when I arrived. One of the lamps at the headboard was missing a lightbulb. Made you feel like the place was ransacked […] before I got there. I have stayed here 3 times in the past and had no problems. Assume that I just got a bad room on an off day. Will give them a try again when I am back in town, but not staying on the ground floor again. 더 보기

Excellent hotel - don't let the 2.5 star AAA rating fool you. We have had consistently good experience at Hampton Inn hotels, so we decided to book a stay here. We got a clean, roomy and well appointed room (we booked a suite; not much more than a regular room). Very nice indoor swimming pool and fitness room. this was my second visit to the Farmington/Avon CT area for business. The hotel is large, crisp and clean. Free hot breakfast is nice touch. Signature cookies were not Steve the afternoon, but that may have been due to the kids birthday party tha was taking place in the lobby. Hotel has nice indoor pool too. Will go return again next month.

Beautiful property, great room, best free breakfast I've ever seen. Great value for the money. Definitely stay here when in Farmington area.

My only problem with this lovely hotel is its location. I was without a car and discovered a car is essential to get to and from this hotel to find shops and restaurants. The hotel provides breakfast but no other meals. There are some places to eat within walking distance but no sidewalk to get there and the road the hotel outside(Colt H'way) is busy. […] However, the hotel shuttle was made available at no extra charge to get me to several meetings, which was impressive. 더 보기

The room was everything we hoped it would be.

Nice service, extremely clean( I am very sensitive), rooms made with a great taste. Refrigerator was given upon request and with no additional cost. . Me and my husband truly enjoyed our stay.

We would recommend staying at this hotel.

Our recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Farmington was top notch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, hotel room exceptionally clean, and the overall hotel amenities were great. The only negatives we could come up with was the rooms did not have in-room refrigerators and the location was more of a business area so there really weren't many […] kids around the hotel (we had our 6 year old with us for a family vacation). The amusement park was only about a 10-15 minute ride which wasn't bad. So overall, it's a great place to stay. 더 보기

I recently stayed at the hotel in Farmington CT and it was a good experience. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was excellent and the air conditioning worked great. The only down side is you have to walk a mile to the ice machine. They should have machines in multiple sections on the floors.
