My daughter and I stayed here while visiting the Christmas market in Dresden. The location is the hotel's best feature (right next to Fraukirche) and parking is available for an extra 15 Euro per night. Neither breakfast nor housekeeping/linen changes are included in the rate. The outside of the building is charming; the apartments themselves are functional […] and complete with kitchen, but have much less charm than I expected from the appearance of the building (inside appears to be bland 80s design/decor.) I would give this hotel a more positive review, primarily because of its location, except for the fact that the elevator was not working during our visit. Our apartment was on the 4th floor, and the parking garage 2 floors below ground, meaning that we had a 6 flight walk up to the apartment. As I have serious physical limitations, this was a huge problem for me and greatly diminished our experience in Dresden. I was most concerned that the staff had no remedy (either another apartment closer to the ground floor, or referral to a different hotel) and seemed indifferent to the fact that this was more than an inconvenience for me. They did offer to carry our luggage to the room, but seemed disgruntled when we asked for help in carrying it down when we left. Another guest told me he was traveling with his mother, who had a knee problem, and had the same difficulty accessing their room because the elevator was not working. Although I cannot confirm it, he claimed that he had learned that the elevator frequently broke down. I have written to the hotel to suggest that they warn potential guests that they may have to walk up several flights of stairs, or that they set aside apartments on the lower floors for guests with physical limitations in case the elevator is not functional. If I had known that I would have to walk up so many flights of stairs, I never would have considered staying at this hotel. 더 보기

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. An einem besseren Ort kann man in Dresden wohl nicht übernachten - vis a vis von der Frauenkirche. Von hier aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigekeiten fussläufig udn schnell erreichen. Die Hotelzimmer ähneln eher Suiten und sind sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. De slaapkamer in het appartement is net iets te klein. Het bed is daarom tegen een muur geplaatst, wat lastig is als één van beiden in en uit bed wil of 's nachts wil lezen. Bij vertrek vergat de receptioniste de uitrijkaart voor de parkeergarage te verstrekken. Daardoor bleven we met de auto achter de slagboom staan. Wel is dit daarna keurig opgelost. Отель расположен буквально в нескольких метрах от Frauenkirche. Для нас это оказалось большим преимуществом, т.к. мы с мужем были в Дрездене всего три дня и, конечно, хотели увидеть главные достопримечательности. Понимая, что до отеля "рукой подать", мы с удовольствием гуляли и любовались городом. Не было необходимости бежать, сломя голову, из одной […] точки в другую. Думаю, мы сэкономили немало времени и сил - на перемещение, и на поиск места, где можно пообедать или поужинать. Вокруг отеля - море ресторанов. Нам понравилось не только местоположение, но и концепция обслуживания. Фактически, мы получили в свое пользование апартаменты, оборудованные всем необходимым и полную свободу в своих планах. В течение 3-х дней нас ни разу не потревожили, что отрадно. Апартаменты компактные, чистые, функциональные. Персонал ресепшн весьма внимательный и любезный. В итоге, пребывание было приятным и мы с удовольствием приедем еще раз, если появится такая возможность. 더 보기

Hvis man vil bo centralt vis-a-vis Frauenkirche med alle seværdigheder i behagelig gå-afstand er dette stedet. Veludstyret 2 værelses-lejlighed til meget rimelig pris. Kan anbefales.
