이정도 가격으로 이정도 서비스와 시설을 이용하기 힘들것입니다. 하지만 장소가 너무 외진 곳이라 단점은 있으니 잠깐의 왕같은 삶을 누리기 위해 찾는 곳이면 나쁘지 않을듯

호텔은 훌륭하고, 하야트에서 기대 할 수 있는 그래도이다. 홍콩에서는 좀 멀지만, 지하철 역에 쉽게 갈 수 있다. 결과적으로, 내가 가고싶은 곳은 어디든 가기가 쉬었다.

도시 중심에서는 좀 멀지만, mrt역까지 가는 것은 좋다

Overall impression of the hotel is good, but one thing they have to improve is the asses to the internet. Since they didn't provide free asses to internet and the charge is extremely high, therefore it's very inconvient for me.

The hotel is one block away from the East Rail Line "University Station" which connects to the MTR subway system. It will take you about 50 minutes including a few transfers to make it to CENTRAL in Hong Kong Island. The hotel itself is one of the best that I have been to in Kowloon and Hong Kong. The bedroom size is big compared to others in the city […] and so is the bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower room. Odor-free, clean room with large LCD TV and 2 Full Size comfortable mattresses with very good linen. The service is 5 stars by international standards and hard to match by HK standards. Did not try the buffet restaurant since you can eat outside the hotel for half the price. The taxi to the airport is a quick 40min drive that will cost you about HK$275 / US$35 더 보기

Hotel was fantastic, and relatively inexpensive for Hong Kong. Very far from Hong Kong (maybe 35-40 min by subway) and 20 min by taxi to Kowloon. The university is only steps away, as is the subway station. Staff and restaurant were excellent, as was the gym. Internet access in the room was expensive $20/day.

The room and personnel are great, as expected for a Hyatt. the only and most important inconvenient is the location.

Great rooms and service. Location is not the greatest but easy access through MTR. Great value for money.

Out of the center (a positive for me) and right on the metro - University stop. Very nice workout facility, especially for a hotel. Even got a free upgrade to a suite! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place or stay there again myself.

Generous sized rooms (particularly for Hong Kong), very friendly service staff and a great buffet breakfast. Convenient location next to University KCRC for connections to Shenzhen or Kowloon and great if you want to avoid the chaotic hustle and bustle of the downtown areas. We upgraded our room to a suite to share with my parents who were also travelling with us and it was absolutely beautiful...size, view and comfort. It wasn't cheap but worth the money and the MTR is practically at your doorstep. There needs to be improvement on the handling of hotel guests when they are arriving and leaving the hotel. Good hotel with good and polite hotel staff even from the hotel cleaner, who greets you with a smile. However the free shuttle service timing is not useful. Hotel should have provided every 1/2 hr shuttle service to nearest shopping centre at Shatin cCentral which is only 2 mtr stops away.

It really depend what is your purpose of your trip. If you want to shop (esp. branded and latest goods) and for see sight, This may not be a hotel for you. This hotel is very far to downtown. It is very quiet. people wear casually. Excellent hotel, however, it is very far from the harbor. There is subway connection just a min walk from the hotel. It is also far from the airport.

Family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. Nice airy rooms, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui and the MTR is 2 minutes away. Nice gym and swimming pool. Staff very helpful.

the hotel is clean with great view. It is only few minutes walk to MTR. With the transfer, you can practically go anywhere. After a long day in the city, it is nice to go the quiet place for resting. I will go back to the same hotel again.

This has some pluses and minuses-- you are in a beautiful, tranquil area and prices are lower; however, there are not a lot of amenities (restaurants, stores) nearby and you'll need to cab or take the metro into the main parts of the city. With that being said I would definitely stay in Sha Tin again, as I enjoyed being able to relax and feel peaceful while staying there, and loved the value of this hotel for its high quality. When staying in Sha Tin I would 100% choose the Hyatt Regency, as I was very impressed by its facilities and staff. We found many dust near by the bed side and have a stain mark at the bed side carbernet. Also, sticky mark on the upper top of mini bar. It seems the housekeeper never clean.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, and despite the not very convenient location, it suited us perfectly. Takes about 45 minutes to get into Central. We would definitely stay again.

This was the most incredible experince that I have ever had at a hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff were helpful, friendly yet professional. The only positive criticism is that the rooms lacked enough drawers to put clothes in.

Nice & quiet, because its located away from the city center. Transportation is convenience, as the train is only steps away. The room is spacious and provide a nice view.

Great quality hotel. The rooms were large and well appointed, the resturant was excellent and the front desk spoke excellent english and were very helpful. The location is right off the MTR line and you can walk from the University Station to the hotel. This hotel was very nice. Big luxurious room, swimming pool, workout center (no extra charge). Clean, new and well maintained with good amenities. Everything I expected. Most importantly the staff were very, very helpful, kind and friendly. I was in Shanghai and found the hotel staff to be sullen and rude. The Hyatt people in Hong Kong Sha Tin were […] the opposite. The only downside to this hotel is the distance from central Hong Kong. You'll ride the metro about 25 mins and two changes to get to central. great value hotel. just in front of MTR. stayed there for couple of days and had no problem. rooms are clean and decent sized (actually huge in Hong Kong standard!). I suggest this hotel instead of staying in Kowloon and pay more for an old hotel.

If you ever find yourself looking for a hotel in the New Territories, you will find that you are not spoilt for choice, particularly if you want a decent stay. Hyatt Regency is the best if not only 5 star hotel in New Territories. But bear in mind, this IS Hyatt Regency, not Grand Hyatt, so it is more like a 4 star plus with all the facilities that […] you would expect from an Hyatt establishment. It is situation in the middle of Kowloon and Shenzhen, it is perfect if you are there for The University or Science Park, convenient if you want need to go to Shenzhen, and only 30 mins by car to HK International airport. Close enough to New Territories, without being too far from Kowloon. Taxi ride from Wanchai to the hotel was around 150HKD. A spacious outdoor pool in HK is rare to come by, if you do not mind it right next to the Cafe/restaurant. They have shuttle for guests to all the important and surrounding places, but run not so frequently. To sum up, not quite a Grand Hyatt, but a very good hotel in the New Territories of HK. This is a 5 star hotel with all the services and quality of customer care expected. It is located 20 minutes out of central Kowloon which is reached easily on the MTR from the station close by to the hotel.

室內佈置清淡而幽雅，非常舒適。特別欣賞泳池及健身地方十分寬敞，設備不錯。餐飲方面，自助餐廳的環境、服務及食物質量都不錯。
