친구들과 서울로 여행지를 정하고 마땅한 숙소를 물색하게 되었고, 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 편안하게 쉴수 있었고, 조용하고 객실에서 서울의 남산타워를 볼 수 있는 등의 시설을 갖추고 있었습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 호텔내부나 주변에 편의시설이 없어서 조금은 불편하기도 했습니다.

친구들이랑 연말 파티겸 해서 1박 하게 되었습니다! 우선 위치는 다들 역에서 멀다고 하셔서 걱정했지만 동대문 역사공원역에서 보일만큼 생각보다 멀지 않았구요. 전반적인 서비스나 무료 조식쿠폰! 감사했습니다 : ) 아침 뷔페도 가볍게 먹기에는 잘 준비가 되어있어서 좋았습니다. 객실의 청결도나 화장실도 깨끗했구요. 다만, 건물이 오래되었는지 방음이 잘 안된다는점, 벽지에 낙서가 많아 놀란 점, 그리고 주변에 장 볼만한 대형마트가 없다는 점 이외에는 ㅠㅠ ...가격대비 만족입니다! 저랑 친구들은 앞에 시장도 구경하고, 현대 레지던스에서 즐거운 하룻밤 보내고 왔습니다 : )

한 가지 애로가 있었다면... 정문앞에서 주차장입구를 알리는 표지판을 찾을 수 없어서 헤매었어요. 더군다나 일방통행이 되다보니 막상 입구를 찾아도 멀리 돌아가야했구요...

훌륭한 위치. 동대문에 걸어갈 수 있는 거리. 또한 명동(다른 쇼핑지역)에서 별로 멀지 않음. 우리는 대중교통 수단을 사용하기 보다는 걸어서 돌아왔다. 방은 꽤 편안하고 넓었다. 방에서는 완벽한 와이파이가 됐다. 직원들은 매우 도움적이고 영어를 구사했다. 전반적으로 다시 이곳에 숙박해도 괜찮을 것 같다

위치는 지하철 역에서 약간 멀음. 편리한 점은 편의점이 아래층에 있다는 것. 어떤 직원들은 매우 친절했지만 어떤 사람들은 신경도 안씀. 주방도구를 준비해 주었는데, 주방 시설이 있어서 훌륭했다. 호텔에서 공연을 예약도 해줌. 근처 지역시장에서 집으로 사올 훌륭한 말린 음식들이 있음

We would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and represented excellent value for money. The only disappointment was that the microwave which we believed was part of the package was available on a nightly rental basis. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed in a family room B type early Apr 2012. The room has 2 big windows so feeling v comfortable, can see N Tower from day to night. Ha a well equipped kitchen though utensils & table wares need to pay rental. This comfortable stay was more than our expectation.

Location seemed to be in a printing district but we found a few markets, restaurants and karaoke bars in the area. 7-11 is in the lobby. Staff was great, they gave us complimentary breakfast for one day. They spoke English and helped us with maps and directions. Wifi free only in lobby. We had the family room for 4 adults and one child. It came with […] a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa that pulled out into a twin bed. The child had an air mattress that we brought for him. The room had a kitchen and washer and slippers. Unfortunately I got a stiff neck from the bed. It was a bit hard. Overall it was pretty clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked strong. Make sure you bring directions/address to the hotel in Korean for taxi drivers. 더 보기

Very good location and subway nearby

We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only minus for in our opinion was the small breakfastrestaurant. But otherwise we highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 5 nights with my wife and 2 tween kids. Location was excellent - 20 minute walk to Dongdaemon or Meong Dong. 3 subway stations close by. Lots of restaurant options. But the cream of the cake was the service at the reception. When we checked out my son left his knapsack at the lobby. The hotel staff, upon discovering, tracked down our taxi […] driver on the way to the airport to inform us. And then proceeded to make arrangements for another taxi that happened to be travelling to the airport to bring the knapsack with him. They went out of their way to help solve our problem. Did I also say that they were exceptionally courteous and helpful? They helped us with theatre bookings, taxi bookings, sightseeing advice, etc. I highly recommend this hotel. 더 보기

Hyundai Residence is a well-maintained apartment-hotel near to Dong-daemoon shopping district. 10-15mins walking distance from the nearest bus stop from the Airport Express bus-drop. Great walk if you do not have heavy luggage or carry-ons. Room with good amenities, and hi-tech security system.

and more importantly, you are able to communicate with them in English.

We had a great stay in Korea. the hotel is great. Near shopping areas, just a short ride. we had a family room complete with all the amenities. short walk to Eulijiro Station, reasonable price for a buffet breakfast, the hotel staff are very helpful and speaks english very well. We only had a bad experience with the taxi cab when we arrived so late […] at night from the airport. The Hyundai Residence is a 12-13 minute walk from the Euljiro 4-ga Station and a 14-15 minute walk from the Chungmuro Station. The hotel is a bit difficult to find the first time around because it is not located on the main road but in one of the minor side streets. The location is good, is not hard to find and the front desk staffs are very friendly. they change the room towels very day ane tidy the room on normal days.

Location is good, just a short walk from 3 diff subway lines. Room is functional, was not well cleaned. Service was exceptionally good.

The Hyundai Residences is for me, very highly recommended. You need taxi, just ask the frontv desk and the taxi is right in front of the lobby. Need to go somewhere? Just ask the front desk for computer printout of your intended destination, complete with map and location in Korean. You even get a print out of Hyundai, with Take me to Hyundai written […] in Korean for the taxi driver, who can't speak english. Rooms are clean. They change beddings, put fresh towels everyday. We got our room at 1 pm. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk is very helpful and friendly. They speak good English. We had a good stay at this hotel.

Hyundai residence hotel has very accomodating staff, room is clean and spacious, no difficulty in locating the hotel even if were first timer in seoul because we brought along the location map provided and we give it to the taxi driver and their taxis have computerized locator so no problem

Hotel was hard to find, the Taxi drivers could not find it and it was not well know. The instructions in English are not adequate, since the addresses are complicated. Service from the staff was exceptional and very polite, with that type of service in the airlines, i'd start liking flying again. Staff was excellent, friendly courteous, and helpful. The service was above and beyond. The Hotel itself is not the greatest, it needs updating, a little work and it would perk up the place.

The hotel was perfect. The location could have been a little better, closer to the subway stations but I did not mind walking. Only suggestion I have is to have a more detailed direction on the web. All shopping place are there ... Next to our hotel like 3 mins walk there is a wet market if u need to buy any seaweed or any food from Korea there is many ... レジデンスの部屋がとても綺麗！！　フロントの方々もとてもフレンドリーでかなり親切ですごいよかったです！　　レジデンス近くの中部市場は、のりもチャンジャもすごく安くて・・・街中では買えないです・笑　　　また近所は冷麺街と言われるくらい冷麺の専門店が多くとてもおいしいです。特に冷麺と一緒にでてくるやかんに入ってるテールスープは絶品！　このレジデンスは、明洞からも東大門からも近くてとにかく便利！！　　次回もぜひこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

The hotel seems to be like old Korean standard of a company hotel for employees. Large room, kitchen like apartment. Korean ondul flooring and simplicity of furniture provides simple, clean standard room without any gadgets. Very priceworthy for low budget travellers. 市内中心部にあって主要観光スポットに行くには便利な場所にありますが、空港リムジンバス停留所から少し歩くことになるので荷物が多い時は不便を感じます。部屋料金からすると相応の部屋の設備だとは思いますが、床の傷や壁紙の継ぎ足しが目立ったりしましたので残念でした。部屋の清掃は毎日してくれますがシャワーの足ふきマットがないのが如何なものかと思います。ホテルスタッフは総じて親切丁寧に対応してくれますので（日本語OK）助かります。

キッチン付きのサービスアパートメントです。 シングルルームでの宿泊でしたが、スペース的には充分広く、日本のカプセルホテルに毛の生えたようなビジネスホテルとは比べ物にならないくらい快適でした。 室内はオンドルで暖かいです。 風呂はシャワーのみ。 アメニティは石鹸とスキンクリームくらいしかありません。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、歯ブラシ、歯磨きなどは持参が必要です。 （建物1Fにセブンイレブンがあり、そちらで必要なものは販売しています） 冷蔵庫はあります。 冷蔵庫内に、500mlの無料のミネラルウォーター2本が入ってます。 洗濯機付き、但し脱水までで乾燥機機能はなし。 パイプスペースを兼ねたストレージの中に室内に置ける小さな物干しがありました。 （洗剤も持参が必要です） 室内LANは […] 有線、無線端末（スマホ等）はロビーで利用可能です。 フロントは日本語対応可。 더 보기

今回、1月28日～2月5日　8泊9日で友達3名と利用しました。 前回（2010年11月）も現代レジデンスに宿泊して地下鉄の駅にも近く、移動しやすく、ホテルの立地条件が良かったので、今回も宿泊しました。 １泊の料金も安く、部屋に洗濯機や大きな冷蔵庫もあって、フロントの方が日本語が話せるという事で安心して宿泊でき凄く快適に過ごせました。 寒い時期に行ったのでシャワーだけではなく温かいお風呂につかりたいと思ったけど、湯船がないのが少し残念でしたが、それ以外は文句なしのホテルです。 今回、色々とフロントの方には、お世話になりより楽しい旅行となりました。 有り難うございました。 韓国旅行を満喫する事ができ友達も喜んでいました。 また、訪韓する機会がある時には、現代レジデンスに宿泊したいと思い […] ます。 더 보기

位置方便, 鄰近中部市場 及 地鐵站。 周邊有食市。房間內有洗衣機，非常方便。 但房間清潔度不足。

元々、社員寮を目的に作られたのか広くてキッチンも付いており、ホテルと言うよりはワンルームマンションの様な部屋でした。一人で泊まるには広過ぎますが、夫婦や家族で泊まるには大変良いと思います。 朝食はビュッフェ形式でしたが、どれもおいしく満足でした。

部屋には大きな冷蔵庫や洗濯機もあり、長期滞在には便利です。駅や空港バス停には少し遠い感じもしますが、明洞なら歩きもしくは２６３番のバスで。 往十里までも２６３番バスで行けるので、Eマートもバスで1本。5分毎くらいにバスが来るので、買い物も便利でした。

從飯店走到最近的地鐵站約7分鐘,離明洞只有一站的距離,不過因為飯店為在巷子中,地點比較不明顯,旁邊剛好就是中部市場,可以採買很多當地食材,飯店設備ok,空間寬敞,服務也不錯

初めてこちらに泊まりました。 値段を抑えて泊まりたい人、レジデンスであることを納得していれば快適に過ごせます。それなりに清潔で必要最低限の設備はあるため、部屋にこだわりを持たなければ良いと思います。 立地はそこそこです。歩くことに抵抗がなければ便利だと思います。リムジンバスの停留所からは少しあるため、荷物をもっての移動は多少面倒です。

初めての個人旅行で心配でしたがスムーズにチェックイン出来、部屋も思っていたより快適でした。 洗濯をしたら、次の日の朝には乾いていたので便利ですね。 一階のコンビニにはキンパやおにぎりも売っていて役に立ちました。 ただバスタブがなくシャワーだけだったのが残念でした。
