베이징 싱하이치 홀리데이 호텔 (Beijing Xinghaiqi Holiday Hotel) - 베이징

위치는 파악하면 정말 가깝고 좋습니다. 다만 처음가서 위치를 몰라 마지막 돌아오는 3일정도쯤 되어서야 어느정도 알게되어 위치 정말 최고란 생각을 했습니다. 걸어서 5분정도에 십자해가 있습니다. 그 부근을 좀 더 둘러보지 못한 것이 아쉽습니다. 우선 청결상태는 모텔수준이며 수건도 모자르다며 갈아주지 않더군요 지금까지 중국에서 묵었던 호텔 중 최하였습니다. 물론 금액도 가장 싸기도 했습니다. 하지만 직원들은 친절하고 좋았습니다.

프런트에 도착 했을때, 우리가 미리 지불한 예약을 찾는데 한참 걸림. 영어도 조금만 함. 마침내 방에 갔는데, 방에는 에어콘은 리모콘이 없었다. 데스크에 내려 갔더니, 방에는 리모콘이 제공되지 않는다고 올라가셔 켜주냐고 했다. 우리 생각대로 진행되지 않아서, 다음날까지 제대로 되지 않는 다면, 환불해 달라고 나간다고 했다. 다음날 리모콘이 준비되었고 부족했던 화장실 휴지도 주었다. 주요 역사지와 메인 광장이 도보거에 있다는 좋은 위치를 제외하고는 이 호텔을 추천하지 않는다.

편안하고 편리하다. 호텔에는 여행사가 있다. 직원은 영어를 구사하고 방은 좋다.

꼭 추천합니다. 장점: 인터넷을 통해서 높은 품질의 호텔을 예약할때, 베이징에서 가장 저렴한 호텔인곳. (리셉션 가격은 훨씬 비쌈) 좋은 방, 티비, 에어컨, 노트북 사용할 수 있는 무료 인터넷(선도 있음), 좋은 샤워시설, 어두운 색의 커튼(빛이 안 들어옴), 조용함, 지내기에 좋음, 로비에는 합리적인 가격의 편의점이 있음. 단점: (거의 불편한 것은 없었지만, 적어 놓으면, 나중에 놀라지는 않을 것 같음) 샤워실과 나머지 화장실 사이에 벽이 없음. 즉 화장실 전체 바닥이 항상 젖는다는 것. 변기는 몇번을 눌러야 모든 것이 다 내려감. 영어 티비 채널은 딱 하나임(CCTV뉴스). 침대는 더 좋았으면 함(이불은 좋아서 아기처럼 […] 잤음) 직원들은 영어를 아주 적게함. Received a fake 100RMB note from the reception upon leaving the hotel. And the hotel even checked all notes as they came in. Very unprofessional.

I've stayed here loads of times and i've been happy with what you get for the price. However this time I had a ground floor room and it wasn't a good experience. The heating has just gone off so the room was a bit cold, it has an air con unit which provides some heat but as it goes off when you leave the room its difficult to get the room heated. I stay at this hotel a lot mostly because its easy to find cheap and consistant quality. Its not luxurious but for a few nights its good value. The last visit however the room was a bit cold. This is unusual for hotels where i normally complain that they are airless and over heated. Only the towel not so clean.

I'm writing this review from the hotel. Laying in what is possible the hardest bed I have ever used, and scratching one of 7 fresh mosquito bites. The hotel was difficult to find with local taxi drivers (the map on this website and agoda is wrong) and once we found it on our midnight arrival it quickly became clear that this may be a love hotel due […] to some of the characters lurking around the lobby, vibrating condoms available in the room, mood lighting, and a carefully placed mirror which allows you to watch the person in the shower. The pros: - cheap The cons: - too far from the subway station - dirty room (walls especially badly marked with crushed mosquito bodies) - staff can't speak english and not particularly helpful - worst bed (very poorly rested to go sight seeing) - bathroom floor becomes saturated when taking a shower - water is warm not hot. I like this hotel, its cheap, its easy to find, its clean and its near the places I like to visit. Its not a luxury hotel at all, just clean and simple. The receptionists speak some English and while there is no restaurant there are numerous cafe's nearby. You can buy some pot noodles and a cold beer to eat in the room if you need something quick. Firstly this hotel is very well priced and for that price i was not expecting luxury. The rooms are ok, not great but not bad either. Rooms are cleaned regularly and to a good standard and some hotel staff speak english although it i broken. It is located in central beijing - good transport links around and very close to major sites such as jingshan […] park, nanluoguxiang street. other than cold service and so so location, you have no control on the air-condition in room, after a hot day outside, you return to the room and you need to ask hotel to send people to your room to turn on the air-con every time, once they set it on, you will not be able to adjust the temperature even if you want to. Best bang for the buck hotel in china. I have been hotel hopping around every few days and this one is the best/cheapest in the range. Hotel staff are incompetent and cant speak any good english. Rooms aren't the cleanest but house keeping was very good at listening/catering to your needs.

The room looked clean to start with however.... We accidently moved the bed slightly and saw the clums of dust and dirt in between the bed and the cabinet. Not a too big a fault however.... the bed covers were slightly loose so we went to adjust this by replacing them unfortunately the mattress was absolutely disgusting. It appeared various previous […] guests hair was left on the unclean mattress protector and sheet below the main bed sheet. It made me feel physically sick and would recommend you check this if you choose to stay there. The room walls are VERY thing.. The people staying in the hotel while we were there were extremely loud and every word was heard throughout the night... if you know what i mean. I would recommend ear plugs. The bathroom is a wet room so if you need to go in there after you've used the show I suggested you use the provided "slippers" which are actually a old pair of flip flops before you enter. The Hotel is about a ten minute walk from zangzinghulu subway station, there is a lovely bakery called DIY just next to the station you have to try the Orange and Tea smoothie. Overall the hotel was good, but the mattress was very hard, the shower put water all over the bathroom floor, and the room was too hot and could not control the temperature. So for the price, I would say it was worth it.

Other than the bed being a little too firm, all else was OK.

Hvad man kan forvente af et 3-stjerners hotel. Kineserne ynder at ligge på meget hårde madrasser, det skal man lige vænne sig til, og de rutter ikke med toiletpapiret, men leverer gerne mere, når man be'r om det. We ordered a room for 2 persons, and a room for 3 persons - and the 3 persons was placed in a room with one dobbelbed, and supposed to sleep together in this one bed. It was a problem to get an extra pillow and towels for the third person, although we had confimation of af 3 persons room.

Condition of bathroom is not really good as it's shown in picture. The bathroom door can't be closed because it was soaked in water previously and no longer fit the door frame. Luckily, I got room changed later. It's also inconvenient to have air-conditioning as the staff keep the remote control!!!! El hotel está sucio, las habitaciones no responden a las fotos y pagué un suplemento por una habitación con cama de matrimonio más grande que después no estaba disponible. La cama estaba sucia cuando llegamos, las sábanas no las cambian en toda le estancia (estuvimos 6 días), las toallas tienen unos agujeros tremendos, el baño no está limpio, el papel […] higiénico parece papel de lija y las habitaciones no diferencian entre fumador y no fumador. El hotel es ruidoso al estar en una calle principal y rodeado de obras durante nuestra estancia. Los clientes gritan habitualmente y hay un cartel en la recepción en que pone claramente en inglés que no se aceptan masajes en las habitaciones, drogas y prostitución cuando, una vez alojado allí, es lo más normal que te puedes encontrar. El suelo de las habitaciones está sucio, es de parket y está viejo. Los muebles de las habitaciones están muy deteriorados. La habitación no tiene ningún tipo de armario. La ducha no tiene plato y se inunda el baño cada vez que te duchas. La ubicación del hotel no es la más idónea, ya que tienes unos 15 minutos andando al metro más próximo, aunque puedes coger con voluntad los autobuses. Los recepcionistas no hablan inglés y no le ponen ninguna voluntad. La tarjeta de la habitación requiere dejar una señal de 100 RMB que sino solicitas se quedan (debes entregar la tarjeta y el resguardo original). Hotellet ligger ca 15-20 minuters promenad från närmsta tunnelbanestation. Servicen var bra. Sängen var stenhård och städningen dålig. Men tycker absolut att det var prisvärt. Kan va bra att hänga ut "Do not disturb"-skylten om man inte vill bli väckt kl 8 på morgonen av städerskan. Vi bodde där i 2 veckor, och det funkade jättebra. Hotellet som sådant är något slitet men detta uppvägs av den enastående servicen och det varma mottagandet. Personalen i receptionen talar god engelska samt är mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående! Mycket prisvärt hotell som jag varmt kan rekomendera!

Hotellet var helt ok - kungligt läge bra personal och service. Men bilderna stämmer inte alls, rummen är ganska smutsiga och kalla med hårda sängar. Jag rekommenderar det till okräsna resande, då är det helt perfekt!

Mycket trevlig personal, rent och städat hotell även om det var lite slitet. Ytterst hjälpsam personal i receptionen som löste problem när vår hemresa blev ombokad. Nära till Förbjudna staden och centrums sevärdheter. Bra kollektivtrafik, nära både till bussar och tunnelbana, enkelt att få tag i taxi.
