I was really happy with my stay. A little off the beaten trail but such courteous staff, great breakfast, clean room and affordable price, it was worth the extra distance.

You must have a car to visit SU from here.

A great place. We had no idea what to do first, traveling 3000 miles on a moments notice, flight and motel, went online for motels in Syracuse NY. Hampton had the highest ratings, a little more money but 5 nights, did not want a dump. We were so happy such a great experience for a sad time. The breakfast was great every morning a different selection, […] we had a lot to do each day and had no time to look for places to eat so nice to have something hot (did snow) to get started. Stayed two nights in the king suite, rm & staff were great. Breakfast was just right, the only negative was they had only paper cups in the rm. it's no fun to drink liquor from a paper cup.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel looked brand new! We wish we could have stayed another night. The thread count on the sheets must have been very high because they were sooo comfortable. A+ facility!!

Everything was good except the breakfast area was very un organized it was difficult to find utensils and where everything was,trash was overflowing there were no employees in the area to empty it and or to help out guests. Overall it was fine will definitely recommend and stay again.

My wife an I usually come here for our anniversary. Every time we have visited the hotel the the staff has always been very nice and willing to accommodate in anyway. The hotel is ALWAYS very very clean as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed overnight for work, the convenience of the hotel is great. Several chain restaurants near by and little shopping strip. Hotel was very clean and new, staff moderately friendly. It snowed while I was there and I thought staff could have done more for salting walkway, but overall pleasant experience.

Probably the cleanest room and bed I've ever had in a hotel!

I don't have one complaint. Everything was extremely comfortable, cozy, and perfect, including the free breakfast buffet and the 24hr free table of coffees and teas. Perfect if you are visiting Syracuse University.

It sits back from the road, so a little hard to find initially, needs a bigger sign. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and the breakfast buffet was either cold cereal and standard continental fare, or Costco style pre-packaged and reheated omelets and sausage links. But it was clean, great service at the front desk and plenty of restaurant choices. […] Go local and go to Delmonico's for true Italian fare and some great 'mob' related caricatures on the walls. Friendly staff, newer hotel that definitely shines! Found my place to stay when visiting my son at Syracuse University. Erie Blvd one way takes me to the University and the other way toward Fayetteville for shopping at favorites like Wegmans, Target & Dicks.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn because I was picking up my daughter at years end from Syracuse University. I loved the newness and cleanliness of this hotel. The hotel was convienently located although I'd recommend using a GPS if you don't know the area. The sign designating the hotel is rather small and I missed the driveway to the hotel 2 times. The hotel is 8 minutes from Syracuse University, pretty convinient. There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel, most within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious and confortable. Only minor issue is my daughter slept in the sofa couch and needed extra blanket since it got cold late at night. The service of the front desk was outstanding, […] the first night they recommended close by restaurants, kindly provided the addresses to the rest and to the university. Also the last day, I could not print my boarding passes and they let me use their office. Breakfast was pretty good. Everything was very clean in this hotel. This is the second time I stay at a Hampton Inn and this one was superior to the previous one. Highly recommended, excellent service and cando attitude. 더 보기

Well let's start with a XXX movie theater directly across the street, surrounded by all nude strip clubs. Need I say more about the area? The hot tub had just enough chemicle to strip me of my first two layers of skin. The breakfast consisted of a lot of bread products and this bin holding what they called scrambled eggs. Our studio king appeared recently renovated. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Nice! Our desk chair was broken but they very promptly brought a new one. The breakfast area staff was very welcoming, and the food area looked after nicely. Not my favorite coffee (blech), but overall the breakfast bar had nice variety. Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon, […] and a breakfast grab bag if you're on the go. 24-hour hot beverages. Complementary newspapers. The jacuzzi was not operating (and clearly had not been for a while), which was a primary draw for us. The pool was modest and could have been just a few degrees warmer, but we enjoyed a short swim. There were plenty of swim towels provided, nice resting chairs, and clean facility. Policy is no one swims alone. They have a little snack shop, with frozen meals and candy bars, etc. The location is not really a family area, but fine for a stopover or business travelers because the hotel's self-contained. Parking lot is visible from rooms. Despite all the positives, we thought it was priced about 20% too much based on location and the amenities. 더 보기

We booked this hotel because of the low cost, as well as how convenient it was to the people we were visiting. It's a new hotel and was very nice. The breakfast was good- hot and cold food. Coffee and hot water was available all day. My only concern was that the hot tub did not work the entire tiem that we were there. This was our first time staying in a Hampton Inn. This hotel is only a few months old so everything is still very new. We were given a handicap room (which we are not) but it was very spacious. The only thing that I would recommend is a bigger and brighter sign at the intersection as for first timers in Syracuse, we had a difficult time locating the […] driveway.
