I normally wouldn't write such a harsh review but the price of the room was expensive and the room I got was in a annex of the main hotel, the room had a view of the backs of other buildings, the bedding was old, pillows flat as pancakes, sheets itchy, towels would have been better if they gave you a roll of paper towels to dry yourself. I wonder if […] this was because I booked it via Hotels dot com website and they hotel gives the crappiest rooms to those people looking for deals. Hotel rooms are small. Breakfast and Dining area is nice. Hotel location is very nice and convenient.

Room/bathroom rather small. Surprised there was no shampoo, conditioner and body lotion - only shower gel! Location was great - close to everything.

Hotel Milan ... Lac is first-rate. Great location, clean, and efficient--our room made up quickly each of the 5 days we were there. Also, the young ladies at the desk are among the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful of any Italian hotel I have stayed in. We loved this hotel right on the lakefront (Lake Maggiore) in Stresa, Italy! Right across the street is a beautiful lakefront park, also the building where you get the ferry to the Borromean Islands and elsewhere on the lake. Das Hotel ist schön und sauber, liegt zentral und die Angestellten sind freundlich. Aber es ist definitiv ein 3 Sterne Hotel und kein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Idéalement situé pour prendre des informations a l'office de tourisme et prendre le bateau vers les iles boromées qui méritent vraiment le détour. Le personnel de l'hôtel parle extrêmement bien le français et vous indique tous les bons plans. A refaire.

4sterrenhotel met klasse doch met een lichte sfeer van vergane glorie. bvb twee kleine gamele en schokkende liften, een totale opfrisbeurt is nodig, rammelende sloten aan de deuren waardoor het soms niet lukt te deur te openen. De parking was gratis maar gelegen in een ander hotel een eindje verderop. Het zwembad hebben we niet gezien. Er was geen frigo […] op de kamer wat op die warme locatie toch een must is. De muren tussen de kamers zijn dun waardoor een normaal gesprek voor de buren reeds storend is. De airco liet het regelmatig afweten. Het raam open zetten was geen optie gezien de walmen van de onderliggende keuken opstegen in het straatje. Toch hebben we een goed gevoel over ons verblijf omwille van het feit dat we de hond er welkom was en alle personeel van receptie, restaurant tot poetsvrouwen toe heel erg vriendelijk waren, hoffelijk en vaak ook meertalig. Bovendien is de ligging optimaal: aan het meer en aan het stadscentrum met winkeltjes en talloze terrasjes en restaurants. Al bij al dus een positieve ervaring. 더 보기

Idéalement situé sur le front de mer et au coeur du centre de Stresa. On a, de plus, acces au centre de remise en forme (dont les 2 piscines) du Regina Palace Hôtel. Le lac est "Maggiore", notre séjour l'était aussi.

Hôtel 2 étoiles maxi. Pare douche cassé, tuyau de douche cassé (au niveau de la douchette), pas de frigo-bar dans la chambre, Pas de verre à dent ni de verres en plastiques pour la nuit. Direkt an der Strandpromenade in Stresa ist ein Pluspunkt; die laute Straße leider nicht. Auhch ist das Hotel hellhörig & wurde wohl schon länger nicht renoviert. Zumindest das Zimmer, das wir bewohnten, hätte es nötig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. hotel le mieux placé,un peu vieillot, mais le personnel est très aimable, une superbe vue sur le lac. Surtout préféré les petits restos,en ville plutot que celui de lhotel,ni plus ni moins qu'une cantine.
