방은 냄새가 난다. 춥고 시끄러웠다. 그렇지만 저렴했다. 위치가 좋았고 내가 필요한것 다 있었다

밤에 호텔에 도착 했을때, 내 예약을 찾지 못해서 문제가 조금 있었다. 3명의 다른 직원들이 내 예약을 찾었는데도 찾지 못했다. 내 이름, 이메일, 지불한 가격이 적혀있는 예약 확인증을 보여주었다. 30분은 다시 찾은 후에, 나를 숙박 시켜주기로 결정했다. 뭐가 문제였는지도 누가 책임이 있는 건지도 잘 모르겠지만 기다리는 것이 유쾌하지는 않았다. 또한 밤에 휴지가 떨어졌는데, 여분이 없었다. 리셉션에 새것을 요청 해야 했다.

방은 매우 깨끗하고 잘 관리 되어있다. 침대는 오케이. 호텔과는 좀 문제가 있었는데 가장 주된 이유는 직원 때문 이었다. 우리 방 가격은 아침 식사를 포함 한 것이 었는데, 프런트 데스크 직원은 아침 식사 제공 하는 것을 거절했다. 메니저를 불러달라 했고, 메니저는 유럽의 올시즌 호텔만 그 가격에 아침식사가 포함된 거라고 했다. 호주 올 시즌에도 숙박 했었었는데 전혀 사실이 아니다. 어쨌든 아침 식사도 좋아 보이지도 않았다. 방이 좀 추워서 방에 난방기가 필요 했는데, 프론트 직원은 다른 방 키를 주고서는 그 방에서 가지고 가라 했다. 방에는 난방기가 없었다. 다시 돌아 갔더니 다른 방 키를 주고선 하는 소리가, 만족 스럽지 […] 않으면 언제든지 체크 아웃할 수 있다고 했다. 무슨 저런 태도가!! 문제 없이 지내고 싶다면, 이 호텔을 피하세요. 싸우는 것이 괜찮다면, 지내볼 가치는 있는듯 합니다. 더 보기

Had an Awesome Stay at the All Seasons Hotel. For the Price you pay its well worth the stay..Queen Street is One street Over and Sky city about 2 blocks away! The street of the Hotel also has a few clubs so Fri and Sat its LIVE! didnt have any issues and will be booking again.

party every night, didnt sleep until three. bad elevators, minimum of everything, but also lowest prices. very nice location. overall: a good choice if you are looking for a cheap room in cc.

The all seasons was very uncomfortable the staff weren't great there was only one lift working and everything seemed to be to much of a drama for them. Granted it is not a 5 star place and it doesn't claim to be but it does not need to live up to it's reputation.

We booked a week at this hotel even though we had read comments about the size of the room and noise. However, when we got there the room was very clean. Yes, it's tiny and fits a lot into that small space, but it is great value for the money. We were on the 18th floor and as all the other comments say there was only 1 elevator working and sometimes […] the buttons got pressed to stop at every floor, but again we met some nice people to converse with in the elevator so it became a joke about how slow it was. Apparently it was broken for the past 6 months. The location is amazing for this hotel. There is always someone in the lobby. From the 18th floor we can't comment on any noise, but I would definitely stay here again based on price and location. We asked for help getting the tv working and they were ready to send someone up immediately, but we cancelled that request as we figured it out after the call. If you're looking for good pricing, great location and we were comfortable so no complaints there, this is a good choice. The bus stops are all just around the corner to get yourself around. I was also really happy to see that you do have a little kitchenette in your room (need to purchase utensils separately) and a little fridge. We were very happy with this hotel! 더 보기

Room size of a shoebox. You can take a shower while sitting on the loo. Dirtyish rfurniture. Only good things are the price and the fact that it is superclose to Queen Street.

The airport shuttle to the hotel was rather deceiving. The bus did not stop in front of the hotel at all, but instead at the bottom of the hill which was a rather steep climb up, lugging our luggages. My only consolation was I wasn't the only one looking rather silly, but a few others who happen to be staying at the same hotel. The room was the smallest, […] most compact design I have ever seen or stayed in! It had everything in the tiniest space ever. Salute to the interior designer. Although it was clean, and had all the amenities I needed for my stay, the one thing it absolutely lacked was usable space in the room. I was making a round the world trip and had 2 big luggages which I didn't know where to put when opened. Thank god it was only for one night, and I didn't need much from my luggage. Its not big but it has great veiws, service, price, and location.

Great for a one-night stay. Room size of cruise cabin. Fantastic location in the heart of the central business district, nearby public transportation, great food, tourist sites and the wharf.

First and last booking for this hotel. Slept in a broom closet too small to even have a chair in the room, lift was out of order, bathroom would pool with water as the drainage and the design was poor, leaking taps, uncomfortable bed. The location was great and the room was clean.. But there are a lot of hidden costs associated if you need to stay for a longer period of time. I mean they give you kitchen with no kitchenware so you have to pay for that ($40 - $20 deposit and $20 for the actual borrowing of kitchenware) It also says you can requests a hairdryer but you also have […] to pay for that too. My window-latchwas broken but they 'fixed' it but slamming it shut harder and they looks at me as though I'm the weird one. I could not shut it properly after they left. They don't really care about what you think and will simply try and get rid of you asap if you complain. It's very noisy so you should get a higher level room as possible. The hotel is in a great CBD location, within short walking distance to Queen St and the Viaduct area. Rooms are very small but tidy with all amenities, but better pillows would have been appreciated as the bed was a bit firm. If only one lift is working you could be waiting for a while to get up and down to your room...........

Location was excellent and the room was very small but for the rate was quite reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Only two issues: first was that one of the only two lifts was out of service the entire time to getting to/from the room took a really long time (especially since staff had to use the lifts too). VERY difficult to find - no signs out to see from the street. Only ONE elevator - and it broke down. Walking the stairs to and from 14th floor was no fun. The room was very cold, and only one blanket - no heat, in the middle of winter.... I got an extra blanket second night, though. Internet access was a pricey rip-off.

the positive: location is absolutely fantastic! situated on the corner of Queen st and Wyndham St, the 'hotel' is right in the heart of Auckland. But that is as good as the hotel gets. Here come the negatives: (1) the rooms are literally bed sitters. On top of that, the shower and toilet are cramped into an area the size of a broom closet, and its very […] hard not to get the toilet paper/floor/toilet wet while showering. However, Im not going to complain too much about the size of the room/shower, coz the hotel is dirt cheap. (2) what really annoys me is the service (or the lack of it). I organized 3 wake-up calls with the front desk, to end up receiving NONE. I almost missed my airport transfer because the hotel staff did not wake us up, despite the fact that I had called to arrange a wakeup call twice just to be sure. (3) When we checked back in the hotel after coming back from the Sth Island, we were put in a room with no blanket on the bed, one towel, no TV remote control, etc. My recommendation is: if you want a cheap place to stay for a few days in the middle of the city, and do not expect ANY form of SERVICE, then that's the place to go. Can't recommend this hotel at all unless you like cheap, uncomfortable mattresses that need throwing out, bathrooms so tiny the whole floor gets wet when you shower, broken heaters, faulty lights, noise outside until after midnight...the list goes on. It's a bit noisy and pretty basic, but it's really cheap and the staff are helpful. If you need a low-cost base for a couple of days it's pretty good.

Brilliant location, right in the heart of Auckland, The room was small but had everything we needed. Could have stayed another few days happily.

This is a very bad hotel in comparison to what i experienced in Christchurch in Dec 2010-2011. Staff don't help you much. Location wise it is a good place for travelling within CBD area. All Seasons is conveniently located right smack in the middle of the city. The studio room we got though really tiny, was clean and well equipped with what was necessary. Located below is chinese restaurant making it easy it get food. In essence, All Seasons is just a grade up above back packers accommodation.If you're on a budget and its just for a […] night or two, All Seasons would do. But if staying for a longer period, I would prefer somewhere more comfortable with a larger room. 더 보기

Stayed at All Seasons Auckland for one night in April 2011. Room is unexpectedly small, although location is excellent. Would recommend others to stay at other hotels/serviced apartments. Have currently changed to Mercure Windsor Auckland. Only NZD4 extra per night, but well worth it. Better furniture, bigger room, more guest facilities.

Compact, clean & everything you might need. Only let down was Sat night on the street is very, very busy and very, very noisy and even with the windows closed you can hear everything. Perhaps request a room on a higher floor. Excellent location for shops, port, bars, restaurants & sky tower!

very tiny room. shower floor sloped the wrong way so water always around the toilet. outdated. tiny old tv, no flat screens here. Nothing like Hotel SO which would be same size but totally different experience.

The staff are rather friendly but the stench/smell is intolerable. Bewarned.

The All Seasons Auckland did not disappoint. For a low price it offered convenient location and a clean, comfortable room. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. We stayed on the 14th floor and had good views of the downtown. We felt very safe and secure with a manned reception desk and card-lock elevators. My stay at the hotel was good up until the last day,I had left a bottle of perfume in my room,it had been there for the first 2 days of my visit as was 2 Aust Coins on arriving back on the 3rd day I discovered the perfume had disappeared.No I don't think I will stay or recormend the All Seasons hotel.

clean,comfortable and good value for money. Not flash but if you want a good nights sleep in central auckland ..

My husband and I recently stayed in the All Seasons Hotel and found it to be a reasonably good experience given value for money. If your looking for cheap and central accommodation with no frills this is the one for you. Clean extremely cheap and providing the convenience of cooking facilities in your room with a tiny balcony and window to open to let fresh air in even at 15 stories high. Though extremely small its does the job for a quick 1 or 2 night visit.

room was little too small for two pepole. but well worth the money. had everything needed. conveniently located. enjoyed the stay.

Overall was alright, wouldn't want to stay longer than 1 night here. Location is great right by the pier and restaurants, coffee shows, ect.

Tidy, tiny room with limited facilities. Good location and value, in a hotel that is one step above a backpackers.
