주변에 London Eye, Big Ben, 수족관등 이 도보 5분 거리에 있고, 피카딜리 광장, 트라플가 광장 콘벤트 가든 이 약 도보 20분 거리에 있어서 편리한 위치에 있는 호텔로, 내부 시설이 최근에 지은 호텔이어서 실내 조명이 잘 되어 있으며 아주 깨끗한 편입니다. 호텔 컨시어스에서 히드로 공항 터미날4로 벤츠스용차로 모셔다 주는 서비스도 있습니다. 생활 필수품 (음료수 등...) 마트 가 있어서 편합니다.

런던의 다른 호텔은 모르겠지만 동양인들에게는 최고의 호텔이에요. 지어진지도 2년밖에 안 되고, 특히나 전자렌지가 있다는 것은 거의 모든 한국음식을 먹을 수 있어요. 아침 조식을 드시지 않으실 거라면 금액도 아낄 수 있고 한국음식(햇반)을 매일 조리할 수 있다는 것은 정말 최고인 것 같아요. 저는 아이 두명이랑 4명을 예약했는데, 가운데 화장실을 기준으로 마치 2방으로 나누어 진 것 같아서 특히나 더 편했어요. 하지만 런던물가가 비싸서, 여기는 거의 중심이니까 물가는 고려하셔야 되요. 다른 곳보다 앞의 편의점이 그래도 싼 편이에요. 제가 다른 것을 다 알지는 못하지만요. 가족여행을 고려하신다면 최고의 호텔이에요. 교통도 아주 […] 편해요. 처음에는 조금 헤매었지만 시간이 지날수록 교통이 편하다는 것을 느낄 수 있었어요. 멋진 런던여행되세요. 더 보기

I stayed for 3 nights with my family including a 9-year- old boy. We all very satisfied with all the facilities in the room and the location which is easy to go every travel spots. Highly recommend to all to stay at this hotel.

Wow what an amazing hotel, loved everything about it. The rooms are great, they are clean and very comfortable. Fantastic view of big Ben and the London eye. Staff were friendly.I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very helpful with information about the city. We went to one of the Theaters and got back kind of late at night and they had a late night room service. The staff was very professional and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! Overall, we were very pleased with our experience!

This hotel was excellent value, considering location and that it had a swimming pool. Employees were super-friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the price for breakfast, it was unjustifiably high, had to go out every morning to get something and missed the buzz of sitting with other guests preparing for an exciting day.

I stayed here in April 2012 with my girlfriend and had the best weekend in London, and I have been lots of times. The facilites were outstanding and the hotel overall is just amazing. My son and I stayed in a studio suite for 6 days and had a great time. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The room was plenty big enough for a small family, if the kids don't mind sharing a pull out sofa bed. Free wifi was fast and worked great in the room and in the lobby. Beautiful and modern hotel, so close to local amenities. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and have excellent facilities. The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is in an amazing location, I was only in London for 2 days and managed to walk to many major attractions from the hotel and jump on clsoe tube station for others. Defninitely Recommend.

Very nice hotel.Big clean room and hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. You can't ask for a better or more classic view. The hotel looks out towards Parliment. This is the view you have seen in every movie ever set in London. I will definetly try to stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in London.

Given the location, one would have thought it would be noisy but, alas, it was the most peaceful hotels I've ever stayed in! It's the perfect place for unwinding and for conducting business! The staff were extremely polite and professional, the entire place was sparkling clean - one could eat from the floors of the bathrooms - and the restaurant & bar […] were excellent. This was a very comfortable modern hotel with good sized rooms. All the staff were very helpful, especially at reception. It was only let down a little with the queues at breakfast. The dining area was not big enough to accommodate the volume of guests. However staff worked hard to keep the flow going. However I would definitely stay here again.

One of the comfiest beds I've stayed in, with both a foam mattress and foam pillows. Very pleasant stay with an inviting pool (though can get quite overrun with children during the day at the weekends), steam room and sauna. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The only (minor) gripe is that breakfast was not included in the price. Recommended.

Beautiful, ideally situated hotel. It is just a few minutes walk to either Waterloo or Westminster tube station ( I would suggest Westminster due to construction around Waterloo). Our room had a wonderful view of Big Ben. Be aware though that there is no parking. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We ordered room service and the food was perfect. […] Excellent quality and brought precisely when we asked. We did have a problem with a faulty safe. They eventually had to drill it but they were apologetic and offered to move us to a different room. If you stay, do try the Mandarin Spa. I had an express massage there. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely and peaceful. Over all, the location is excellent, the staff exceptional, and the hotel itself beautiful and comfortable. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL TO CELEBRATE MY SISTER'S 40th BIRTHDAY. WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. VERY FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE STAFF AND THE UPGRADE TO USE THE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE WAS A TRUELY DECADENT TREAT.

It was our first visit to London and the acomodations at the Park Plaza were much better than we anticipated. We upgraded our room to a top floor with a view of the Thames River and the Parliament / Big Ben, and had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and not noisy, even though it was completely booked. Excellent in every way plus reasonably priced

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of London Although we had paid for our accommodation in advance we had not so pleasant experience at the Reception and we did not get the deluxe apartments We paid for our daughters were put in a different floor To us which was not ideal for a family holiday

We stayed at this hotel for new year 2011. We found everything about the hotel to be first class. The staff were were very helpfull and friendly . Obviously this was a busy time for the hotel but the staff ensured that we had a great time. Being a quite picky guest i found this to be a fantastic hotel. Great location, staff, restaurants. The cherry on the cake was the live music in the bar.- Great atmosphere! No dusty old piano player in sight! Will stay at this hotel again.

Staying at the PP Westminster London hotel was the best choice I could've made to spend new year's eve! I got to experience the fireworks at the London's Eye just about a block or so from the hotel.

I stayed for one night and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. Central location of the hotel with friendly staff. Beautiful room (suite) with bathroom in the middle.

This hotel is very central and a good choice for New Years Eve if you want to see the fireworks. Would not recommend hotel restaurant - called 9/10 its supposed to be a Mitchelin awarded... but service is very poor and they then try and charge you for service. The bar is also very pricey so we only went the once
