힐튼 뉴욕 패션 디스트릭트 (Hilton New York Fashion District) - 뉴욕

여기서 5일 동안 머물렀는데 정말 좋았습니다. 고층, 킹 사이즈 방(정말 돈 값했습니다!)을 얻기 위해 추가 요금을 부담했습니다. 하지만 우리가 도착했을 때 이런 스펙의 방이 없어서 첫날 밤은 더 작은 방에 있어야 했습니다. 하지만 직원들이 빨리 조치해 주어서 다음날 아침에는 Empire State Building이 인상적으로 보이는 더 큰 방으로 옮길 수 있었습니다. 그들은 수기 노트를 남겨, 숙박에 조금이라도 불편한 점은 없었는지 물었습니다. 다른 많은 호텔들은 실수에 대해 이렇게 반응하지 않았을 것입니다. 한편, Hotels.com도 실수에 빨리 대응해 주어서 첫날 방 객실료간 차액을 24시간 내로 환불해 주었습니다. […] 호텔 그 자체는.. 새것입니다! 정말 깨끗하고, 디테일이 살아 있고, 설비들이 모던하고, 위치가 좋았습니다. 호텔 레스토랑을 이용해 볼 기회는 없었지만 동네에서 가장 좋다고 하는 걸 들었습니다. 꼭 이곳을 다른 사람들에게도 추천하겠습니다. 더 보기

모든 사람들이 지금 쯤이면 Fashion District가 Penn Station에서 가깝지만 NYC의 정확히 가장 시적인 부분에는 가깝지 않다는 사실을 알 것이다. 하지만 호텔 직원들은 숙박을 즐겁게 해 준다. (NY의 다른 많은 호텔은 이런 말 할 자격 없다!) 레스토랑/바에서 한 바탕 소동이 있었지만 방은 조용하고, 편안했다. 풀인 파킹이 됐는데 이것도 New York에서는 기적이다. 단점은 무선 요금이 하루에 14달러라는 것이다. 거기에 대해서는 이미 많은 사람들이 얘기했다.

철저히 배려하는 서비스. 이용 가능한 직원들. 마음대로 하면 된다. 방은 가격에 비해서 약간 작았고, 에어컨은 소리가 났다. 호텔 위치는 완벽했다. (게으르지 않으면..) 걸어서 도심 대부분의 장소로 갈 수 있기 때문이다.

직원들은 나를 정말 열심히 배려해 주었다. 항상 웃는 얼굴로 맞이해 주었다. 유일한 문제는 전망이 좋지 않다는 것이었다. 내 방에서는 다른 별돌 건물 안이 들여다 보였다. 침대는 크고 정말 편안했다.

호텔은 좋았지만 오해하지 말자... 킹 베드 값을 지불했는데 업그레이드된 방을 주겠다고 했다. 그래서 대신에 전망이 좋은 퀸 방을 얻었다. 침대는 더 작아졌고, 그들이 말하는 "좋은 전망"이라는게 기껏해야 1인치 밖에 열리지 않는 창문 밖으로 보이는 급수탑의 전망이었다. 그리고 화장실 팬은 동작하지 않았다. 방에는 미니 냉장고가 없었다. 이미 물건이 차 있는 냉장고는 있었는데 값이 말도 안되게 비쌌다. 게다가, 호텔에 아이스 머신이 전혀 없었다. 프런트 데스크에 전화를 해야 했다. 자려고 왔고, 그게 필요한 모든 것이기 때문에 난 이 호텔을 그다지 좋아하지 않았다. 지불하는 가격에 비해 얻는 게 적다. 너무 비싸다. 아. […] 그리고, 무료 Wi-Fi도 안 된다. 사용하려면 하루에 14.95$ 지불해야 한다. 더 보기

정말 도움이 되고, 웃고 있는 직원들. 잘 장식된 미니멀리스틱하고, 깨끗하고, 편안한 방. 방에 공짜 커피 메이커도 있다. 좋은 옥상 바. Rare 바의 맛있는 칵테일들. 위치가 정말 좋다. 장단기 숙박 모두 좋다. 적극 추천!!

두 켤레의 새 신발이 있는 쇼핑 백이 있었는데 방을 청소하면서 사라졌다. 이건만으로도 정말 당황스러운데 호텔 경영팀은 그 상황을 정말 끔찍하게 처리했다. 내가 이 사건을 보고한 사람들 각각에게 몇 번이나 불려가서 "신발이 들어 있는 쇼핑백이 있었다는데 정말인가요? 혹시 못 찾은 건 아니에요?"라는 질문을 받아야 했다. 사과를 한 번 받고 나서는 다시는 받지 못했다. 정말 불만족스러운 숙박이었다.

좋은 위치. 좋은 품질. 훌륭하고, 도움이 되는 직원들. 방은 정말 깨끗하고 편안했다. 호텔의 다른 부분들도 잘 관리되고 있었다. 여기 다시 오겠다!

호텔은 "웅장한" 'Hilton' 마크을 붙이고 있지만 정만 안락하고 친근한 느낌입니다. 방은 정말 깨끗하고 설비가 잘 갖추어져 있고, NY기준으로 괜찮은 크기입니다. 정비원부터 벨보이까지 모든 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 정말 조용한 곳에 위치해 있습니다. NY에서는 흔하지 않습니다. 호텔은 fashion district에 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 이 지역에서 인턴쉽을 찾고 있는 Fashion전공 학생으로서, 이 곳은 내가 걸어가야 하는 모든 장소에 가깝습니다. 또한 FIT 바로 옆에 있습니다.

Very nice and updated hotel. Nice restaurant downstairs. Convenient location to subways and safe area. Laundry mat across the street if you need it like I did. Comfortable room. Would definitey stay here again.

The room was fantastic and the employees were quite helpful. The only thing I didn't like about it was having to pay $15 a day for internet. That kind of thing comes free most places.

it was a very comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay. a little pricey for size of room and location. restaurant is fabulous!

I stayed at the Hilton in the Fashion District on W 26th St. For the high cost per night of this room, I would expect that to include internet access (they charge a ridiculous extra rate) and I expect a real, full sized ironing board, not a miniature toy one. A mini fridge would also be reasonable. Rooms are very small. I also noticed the maid service […] doesn't wash or replace the glasses, they just wipe them out, and not well either. wasnt my first time to stay in this hotel...both were the tail end of my business trip..which started out in different nyc hotels. both times..i was reluctant to book stays in a 'hilton' -in nyc - specially when there were other potentially more exciting and compelling choices. All the times i stayed here made me realize that it was a very well maintained […] hotel..with great room sizes..and very very clean bathrooms. it was a hopping location and the lobby was buzzing w/ a cross demographic of biz traveller and young, hip people....the location is soo convenient to midtown, chelsea, meatpacking..and most of all ..whole foods..lol..all in all....very solid choice 더 보기

Have been to NYC many times as my daughter went to FIT and is now a resident. So, I've stayed in many hotels here. My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel---sparkling clean, very courteous staff, close to everything, VERY reasonable rates--who could ask for more? It's not your parents' Hilton! This Garment District Hilton was remarkably stylish and attractive. I choose it because I came in from Newark Airport and it is only 5 blocks from Penn Station. I paid extra for an upper floor room, and while only on the 20th the view was good and I was farther from the street noise (lots of young partiers out on a Friday […] night). Prices in New York vary by the day. This was the best price for a room with two doubles.(not queens, but adequate for our purposes) Hotel has restaurants and room service. IT is walking distance to penn station. I would chose it again. .

I recently spent a week and weekend at the Hilton New York Fashion district. It was a great location for both business (proximity to my office) and leisure (Nice walk to Times Square and Central Park). The hotel is clean and has lovely decoration. Very comfortable room. Definitely would go back and recommend it as a great value.

Hotel is in a great part of Manhatten, within walking distance of The Meat Packing District, Time Square, West and East Villages and subway stations. Room was nice and very clean, and although some days we didn't leave the room until 2pm it still got made. The only issues I had was that one day we came back to find the ipod dock had been removed which […] was annoying as we had been using it everyday but it was quickly returned after speaking to reception. And wifi was $15 a day which I thought pretty steep! Hotel staff nice and helpful. Room was nice but on the small side for the price - one chair and not much room for it. Found some very good restaurants in the area and enjoyed the galleries in Chelsea and the high line-- but these were a good walk from the hotel (9th to 11th Avenue).

We took a bus up from Baltimore. It dropped us 2 blocks away. So easy. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff helpful. Several subway lines close by. For being a hotel, the bed wasn't half bad either. The only improvement we could ask for would be the ability to leave the fan on constantly for the HVAC as white noise. The hotel was recently built so clean & modern. Baths are done in granite with a large shower. Rooms are adequate by NYC standards. Staff were especially helpful and polite. Including WiFi with the room would be a good suggestion, as the business centre was quite small. We had a wonderful 6 day/night stay. Hotel service/staff was excellent, and there is a great little "roof top" bar with a beautiful view - nice place for a nightcap! Subway access is only a few blocks in any direction (so expect to do a little walking) and provides easy access anywhere in the city. There are numerous little bars and restaurants within […] minutes walking distance from the hotel, and also deli's, fast food, and beverage stores if you want to pick something up and take it back to the room. Everything about our room was perfect. I paid for a higher floor, and as a result had an incredible view of the Empire State building. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was very spacious (in the New York sense of the word!) The hotel bar and restaurant (Rare) was fantastic, and the service great. I have only two complaints about this […] hotel: 1) There is no handsoap in the bathroom! There are all sorts of facial soaps and shampoos, but nothing to wash your hands with! 2) We were on the 21st floor and could hear every little thing happening 21 floors below on the street. In fact, we were awoken at 7am by a jackhammer that kept going for 4 hours. We could also hear everything going on on our floor- every step the housemaids took, every time they knocked on a door, every time the elevator opened...of course, that's not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but just be wary when you book that if you're a light sleeper, you're in for a rough time. 더 보기

This is the perfect Hotel! Right off 7th ave. in walking distance to times square. Hotel is spotless. Rare bar and grill in the hotel has great food and drinks with at roof top bar. The best place to stay in NY

Great location with fantastic views from higher rooms. However be warned, if you are on the 22nd floor you can hear the roof top bar. The roof top bar is so so, not the best in the city. Overall great value hotel in a good location.

In comparison to many other small Hiltons we've stayed in the city, we found the sheets to be scratchy, the bath towel supply skimpy and the cable channels extremely limited. The lighting inside the door was so poor, we could not use the full length mirror at all. The small fridge provided no space for even one bottle of juice or soda - just the over […] priced hotel fare. Even though there are four elevators, service carts (w/ food or dishes, etc) were always in all of the elevators. And one elevator was being reserved exclusively for the roof top bar crowd in the evening, which I found to be about as elegant as a college fraternity rooftop - very cheap, wine in plastic cups, etc. Overall the hotel is clean and the staff friendly, but We would not recommend this one over the hundreds of comparable choices to make. 더 보기

Stayed 4 nights, can't remember a night where there were not fairly loud noise from the garbage trucks that seemed to take 15 to 30 minutes to finish their load and then repeats in another hour...for 2 or 3 times throughout and latest at around 3am. Window's sound isolation is not adequate. I have had experience with far better sound isolated windows […] in newer buildings in NY. This does not seem acceptable to me for the class and price of this hotel. I don't expect silence but it's a bit too much and would not recommend unless you don't care about noise. 더 보기

3 of us stayed in a room with 2 double beds and it fit us perfectly for our 4 day stay. The staff is extremely courteous and ere very helpful with everything that we needed. If you are travelling with a friend, or a brother or sister this hotel is fantastic because the double rooms have two double beds. That's pretty rare. The local is excellent. Its in midtown in the fashion district. Its about a 20 minute walk to time square. I really liked this because we were not squashed into the tourist area of New York, we had a […] more authentic experience while still being close to everything. The hotel service was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff in clean and efficient modern hotel. The setting is great for getting to midtown or further, with several subway lines within a couple of blocks.
