Hotel was lovely, spacious, elegant and spotlessly clean. We arrived at just after 11pm as our flight was delayed and all food had finished - but the barman made us some toasted sandwiches that were excellent - really good service! Sadly the pool - which was one of the reasons we had booked - was closed (24 October). Rooms were large, well appointed […] and tastefully decorated, bathrooms very modern and spacious, but beds were incredibly hard - good if you like that, but I had severe back pain throughout my stay and don't normally have any problems. Location was very good - easy to walk into Jerez, very close to the Sandeman bodega, and we liked the fact that it was so central but also so peaceful and quiet at night. Only reason we wouldn't recommend the hotel is the beds - but if you like really hard beds, then this hotel is perfect! 더 보기

A taxi from Jerez airport to the hotel is just £16. The hotel itself is luxurious and spotlessly clean. The reception staff speak excellent english and are very helpful. The outdoor pool is lovely but doesnt open until 12 noon which is strange. There are plenty of sunbeds - all free of charge. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the town, with several […] bars on the way. A supermarket is 5 minutes in the opposite direction - great for buying water to store in your room fridge. On the day we left, we were able to leave our luggage in a safe room and still use the facilities on site all free of charge - including the indoor pool showers. I was surprised to have taxes added to my bill when I came to pay - there was no mention of this when we booked, an extra £35 in total! That aside, I would recommend the hotel, although try to avoid a time when the young spanish lads football team is there as they run amok. They take over the outdoor pool and run up and down the corridors of a night time. Not really the hotels fault but annoying all the same, and not in keeping with the hotels image at all! 더 보기

Ett hotell med mycket trevlig personal som har ett perfekt läge med bara 10 min. promenad till centrum i Jerez. Prisvärd frukostbuffé och gratis parkering, men man får tänka på att hotellet tar betalt för skatt vilket inte ingår i det pris som står i bokningen (bokningen betalades på plats).
