Very nice place once I found it. Only thing I did'nt like was the parking lot was blocked at night by the security car leaving only one way in and out. Maybe they needed it. But no problems otherwise.

Everything was great except for the address given for the hotel, we spent at least an hour looking for the hotel because the address listed is not the actual address, even with our GPS it did not show the address, this was very frustating.

I stay here often, every 2-3 months, great staff, very nice, clean. This time they had people staying from the April Lancaster, Tx tornado, were absolutely full, but you couldnt tell except parking lot was full. Staff does amazing job!

I found this place online and decided to check this place out for myself.I absolutely feel in love with the entire concept. The room was not ready at check and even though we had to wait 30 extra minutes. We didnt let that keep the kids from having fun. So we took them swimming in the indoor pool. They were estatic. The inside of the room was spacious […] and very comfy. The hostess for the evening was bery knowlegable and pleasant to talk to. The breakfast was great because most places that we've stayed in didnt have hot breakfast. Hot breakfast is a great asset for many people. Loved this hotel. The front desk staff was very accommodating and allowed us to do early check in after an all night drive. The full kitchen was convenient and was very well used throughout our stay.

My family and I spent the last couple of days of Spring Break at this place. WE loved every bit of it.

A great place to spend temporary if you can't be home.

This was a GREAT hotel!! It looks brand new. The staff were ALL warm and friendly. They went over and above to make things comfortable for me. Every staff member greeted us when coming and going. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! It was so much better than the 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed in.

Fairly new hotel. No problem checking in early, then found out previous patron burned breakfast, so room smelled smoky. Desk offered free upgrade & we moved to another room without any problems. The surrounding neighborhood is changing. Hotel did have security at night for patrons cars & parking is free. Morning breakfast had hot & cold items.

Great place to stay. Close to mall,hospitals, clinics, restaurants, new hotel with security. great front desk clerks very polite and professional. rooms were very clean and come with small kitchenette. i wish i would of found this place before. now i know next time in South Dallas this is place to stay.

My husband's idea. Just a night to get away for a brief minute. The room met our expectations 5+. Great location. Very friendly, professional staff. DeSoto NICE: Our room had a nice small kitchen with utensils you can use, with a Microwave, Stove Top and a Dishwasher. Our room had everything needed for convenient living. HOTEL WAS GREAT, THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS, IF I NEEDED ANYTHING , THE STAFF RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE AND VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE... I STAY HERE EVERYTIME I GO TO DALLAS NOW BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE HOTEL, PROFESSIONAL STAFF, AND AFFORDABLE PRICES.. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

ONLY DRAW BACK IS BREAKFAST. HAVING STAYED HERE PREVIOUSLY, I FOUND THAT WEEKDAY BREAKFAST IS NORMALLY VERY MUCH BETTER THAN SAT. AND SUN. OTHERWISE THE FACILITY AND SERVICE ARE EXCELLENT. WE HAVE STAYED HERE 6 TIMES OVER THE PAST YEAR AND FOUND EVERYTHING TO BE WELL DONE.

Although short, we greatly enjoyed out stay. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and the room was very clean. Easy access to the interstate was a plus. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the Dallas area.

It's such a beautiful, clean, and friendly enviroment!!! Our room looked so nice for d rate that we got it... I would recommend this to EVERYONE!!!! WE LOVED IT!!!

I had to change roomsTWICE due to strong urine odor on mattresses. I had a manager to come and smell the horrible scent. The staff was very accommodating. Other issues were slow draining bath tub, and non working sink in the kitchenette. I was upgraded to a larger suite, but I doubt if I visit this hotel again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Beds were very comfy, breakfast was good and had variety, staff very friendly and rooms were clean. Love the kitchenettes with fridge, stove and dishes. Would stay again.

I've stayed there almost everytime I'm in the area - the staff is wonderful, rooms great.

I am a hotel snob so if i say a hotel is nice, you should take my wird for it. I am very, very picky about hotels and my comfort and this hotel was a great find. Very nice hotel with a good free breakfast selection. Loved the mini kitchen in the room. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. My only complaint would be the toilet items that were made available […] were not the nicest and lotion was not available in the room. Fortunately, we had our own so not a big deal. In the grand scheme of things, I would give the hotel 9 out of ten. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again. 더 보기

Nice clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. There were 2 washer and dryers on the first floor which made it nice for all the teams staying to use them. I would stay here again .

thwe room was great. with that being said, a little more attention is necessary for bugs, before and after spraying.

Overall it was a really good stay. Housekeeping was good. Front desk was responsive and helpful for my needs/requests. Breakfast was fine for those not wanting a hot breakfast, although waffle, scrambled eggs and a meat was there. Parking was easy. i was very satisfied with this hotel , I took advantage of the microwave, refrigerator and the microwave to cook for a funeral. you had all the great space, fluffy beds, large bath, lots of outlets, lots of lights. the problem we had was we expected a large ironing board instead of a mini one. the security was great and the staff was very helpful.

This is a great hotel, convienent,friendly,and clean. I will remember this style hotel when I visit Disney. We had trouble with the heat because of the weather change. But we wete able to get it to work.

I found the hotel to be perfect for us. The staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was good but would like other hot menus like eggs, bacon, sausage. Overall everything was great for us. I had booked it by mistake but it turned out to be perfect. The small kitchenette worked great for us - it had everything we needed.

This was very hard to find as the address on the internet does not exist on SatNav (Garmin). Once I found the place, everything was perfect. I stayed for a week in a very comfortable room. Breakfast was perfect for me - I like cereal, but they had eggs and sausage or biscuits and gravy, and a waffle machine. Fresh apples, oranges and bananas were available […] everyday. The TV and free wifi internet worked great. I was very pleased with this hotel and would stay here again if every working in the Duncanville area. 더 보기
