Excellent Fitness Center, expensive internet 2 5 for the high speed, very convenient.

The hotel and facilities were beautiful. I booked two rooms and were told that they could be adjoining. When we arrived they were not available. Our rooms were near, but not even next to or across the hall. The room that my husband and I stayed in had air conditioning that did not work and it was a warm day in Pittsburgh. We did not complain at midnight […] when we realized that it was not functioning, because it was too late to move everything to another room. For such a new hotel, I would expect all systems to be in working order. Don't think we will be staying again! 더 보기

beautiful, feels like 5-star hotel with all the amenities ; would recommend this to anyone seeking first class accommodations. service impeccable.

This was truly one of our nicest all-around hotel stays in memory. The hotel is new and quality built (the rooms were quiet) and the decor was current and "green" from what I hear. The tile and bathroom decor were lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly (I loved the bellmen's cool hats). We enjoyed a wonderful meal from their Habitat restaurant […] which we actually ate at the trendy hotel bar in the lobby area, which allowed us to watch the Penguins hockey game. My other-half and I decided to go on a spontaneous trip to Pittsburgh for a night, and we searched all over the 'net to find what hotel was the best for us to go to -- Everyone was saying that the Fairmont was the best, yadda yadda yadda. "Go big or go home" he said, so we went big! As soon as we got there, the staff, they greeted us, welcomed us to […] PA.. It was so awesome. Everything in there is beautiful, the room was beautiful, and the restaurant Habitat was delicious. It was so easy to go walk around, I took so many pictures of all of the buildings and Mt. Washington. It is literally in the center of everything you must-see in Pittsburgh. It was a very great romantic getaway, but at the same time it could be a place for the family to visit. I'm so happy with the Fairmont Hotel and there is no doubt in my mind that we will return there again in the future. 더 보기

I love this hotel. Beautiful rooms; great staff. One of my favorites in world wide travels in the last five years.

Everything was great, the breakfast was excellant, room perfectly clean..especially bathroom and staff very very helpful..out of their way helpful! Will stay here if our son goes to Carnegie Melon!!

I booked the hotel for my anniversary night. It was perfect. the Hotel has a bar/lounge that has Blues.Jazz on thursdays, the room was awsome and the location could not be better. 5 stars!

The hotel was fantastic. The only thing I would suggest to them to change would be to put real coffee makers in the room instead of the instant pod like coffee makers. They make terrible coffee.

Our entire stay was fantastic. The hotel is in a central location, the staff was courteous, parking is cheap (compared to other cities), and it's clean. The only downside is that it's really expensive. If you're ok with spending the money, then I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was amazing and spotless. However, the doors throughout the hotel slammed pretty hard to close and were troublesome when trying to get some sleep at night. Amazing view and friendly staff.

Our stay at the Fairmount was fabulous!! From the moment we stepped out of the car, we had exceptional service! We had a beautiful room overlooking the river and Market Square. Room service was impeccable, the concierge very helpful (they even drove us to Heinz Field), as we had trouble getting a cab. Their restaurant Habitat was truly a gem from start […] to finish... I'm from the area but needed some time away from the hustle and bustle of my life. I decided to take a 'staycation' from home downtown at the Fairmont, order room service and get a message. It was great! The hotel staff is VERY accommodating and the decor was very modern. The spa was also wonderful and I had the best massage of my life. The hotel is part of a modern office block situated in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Within two minutes are a number of eateries and bars including the lively Primanti Borthers. Also the wonderful Nicolas coffee store is nearby. While downtown is a bit grubby in parts, the hotel is very comfortable and has excellent service and decent facilities. […] When in town you must get a cab and go to the Church Brew Works. I loved the modern decor of this hotel and found my room to be both well-decorated and comfortable. Also, the service was great. The workout room is huge and I loved that I was able to get a good massage (as far as I know, not too many hotels in Pittsburgh, if any, have spas). I think that if this hotel was located in New York it would be a lot more […] expensive. My only regret is that it had no pool. I didn't pay much attention to the surrounding area because I was visiting family. 더 보기

The hotel was beautiful and in a good location. The price was expensive, but room was modern and very clean. Location was very good. Parking was affordable, 6 dollars per night. I would recommend if affordable to you.

We came to town for a Pirates game, great walking location. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is great and the restaurant Habitat could not have been more accommodating - and the food was very good. Had a mani-pedi at the spa which was very enjoyable and the gym is the nicest we've seen at a hotel. Wanted to book a massage but they had no appointments […] left and sent us to another spa about a block away. We will certainly stay there again. 더 보기

This is a beautiful hotel with an extremely attentive staff. From valet to check out we loved our experience here. The room was spotless and the pillows were so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Awesome hotel. Made for a great weekend. The hotel restaurant was pricey with tiny portions, but there's plenty of alternatives around the neighborhood that are worth a five minute walk.

The Fairmont was a great place to stay on my recent trip to downtown Pittsburgh. The place is wonderful, the staff was excellent and helpful, the room was spacious and had a great view of downtown and the river. The location is great for anyone having business in the downtown or surrounding areas. The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well; […] great food and service yet unpretentious. The hotel is new and fresh, the staff is totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every way. The bell staff and front desk staff knew and called me by name whenever they saw me approach. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows. The bathroom is large. The ONLY downside to this hotel […] is driving to it. Pittsburgh is difficult at the best of times and the entrance sits on a little one-way street. A friend that was joining me had problems with her GPS as a navigation system doesn't always work in the city due to the tall buildings and it can tell you to turn and the street is one way. Also, the sign for the hotel is not paticularly large and difficult to see of you don't know what you are looking for. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown, not a particularly nice area.That being said, that is a fairly minor complaint being that the hotel itself is so nice and the staff is great. 더 보기

We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was well worth the extra money. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived to when we left. Everyone was very friendly and extra helpful. They even gave us complimentary beverages and chocolates! We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Food was pretty poor in hotel. Nothing special about the room. Clean. Kind of expensive for what I received. I was in LA the day before and my room there was 100 cheaper in a nicer hotel with fantastic food. All in all this is an Ok place. Nothing special.

My wife and I came here for a short getaway for our anniversary. This hotel is near perfect. The service was phenomenal, the room was fantastic, the room service was bar-none the best I've had. The room service was very romantic. My only complaint is a big one for me, though. We wanted to access the internet to purchase some event tickets online and […] they wanted $14 extra for internet access. Given the expense of the room, internet access should be included in the price. I've stay at hotels that were literally 1/6th the cost of this hotel and they offered free WiFi. This is a 6/5 star from me if they just fix the little problem of charging for internet access. 더 보기
