우수한 호텔이고 훌륭한 직원입니다. 아주 좋은 객실, 좋은 음식, 훌륭한 오락 프로그램이 있습니다. 연인이나 가족에게 아주 좋습니다.

2011년 9월 3일을 묵었습니다. 호텔은 공항에서 아주 멀었으나 호텔에 도착하자마자 화려함과 서비스에 놀라고 말았습니다. 신혼 여행으로 추천할 만한 호텔입니다. 조식은 모든 손님에게 포함되어 있고 선택의 여지가 많습니다. 주 식당의 Joel(관리 연수생)은 우리를 돌보아 주었고 우수한 서비스를 제공해 주었습니다. 그에게 특별히 감사를 드립니다. 호텔은 아주 좋은 수영장이 있습니다. 수영장에 붙어 있던 바 개념이 아주 신선했습니다. 물 속에 있으면서 수영을 하면서 쉬고 마시니 말입니다. 전반적으로 Goa에서 휴가를 즐기기 아주 좋은 곳 입니다. 이 리조트를 강력히 추천합니다. 건배!

1.호텔 피자가 끝내줬습니다.2. 5성급 호텔이기에 공항 무료 픽업 및 하차 서비스가 있어야만 합니다. 3.이 환상적인 서비스를 해 준 Egnel씨가 있었습니다. 거기에 Goa가 있어서 심야 파티가 있습니다. 음식은 24시/7일 있어야만 합니다. 화려함 면에서 장소는 아주 좋은 곳이었으나 살펴야 할 2가지는 룸서비스가 아주 늦다는 것과 체크 아웃 서비스도 늦다는 것이었습니다. 그들이 계속 전화를 받았지만 거의 비행기를 놓칠 뻔 했습니다. 방에서 체크아웃 하는 옵션이 있어야만 합니다.(데스크 대신) 그것이 덜 방해 받고 시간을 아끼는 방법입니다.

This is my favorite hotel in Goa! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The food is great and so is the atmosphere....

Resort Rio is the best resort in Goa, the stay was awesome and the people are so helpful. Beautiful room, view from the room, service, clean. If you are looking for a getaway from noisy city life, this is the place to be.

The pictures look decieving on the website, especially for the cosy room. If you are going to book a room here, make sure you book the deluxe room, they are very nice. The deluxe room has AC, nice view and very spacious. The service was okay, the staff are very chilled and can take time to recieve your request. The breakfast buffet is okay. The shuttle […] bus takes people to baga beach, which is useful. Baga beach is very busy. If you want to go to a beach nearby, go to Anjuna but it is a rocky beach. If you are going to book a hotel in Goa, go down South if you prefer the quiet surroundings. 더 보기

Go somewhere else, for the money you are paying at Resort Rio you can find much better: the facilities (pool, garden) are borderline shady, the staff is horribly incompetent, and overall the venue doesn't offer much (no free Wifi, no flexibility in requests, etc.). Hygiene is not an issue, but could definitely be improved. Staff woke us up every single […] morning even though we clearly asked not to be disturbed. Even the room service requests on which the hotel would make money took half an hour or were not serviced at all/forgotten about. I really enjoyed my stay in RIO as it has nice property near BAGA and very convinently located. Staff are very courtous and smilling. SPA was also great experience I will suggest this place to friends and others..

the pool area is bad, there ar not enough bad and the poll is not welcoming at all. at the shwer the hot water comes and goes.... food is not good at all! no attention to details , there is a feeling of eat sleep and go somewhere else... not recommended at all.

Simply the best resort around, and I have been to many, many different countries. ALL Staff are brilliant and welcome you with open arms, Perfect Location and you can just come to GOA on holiday for this hotel. Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, great concierge helped us map out an itinerary of sight seeing. The taxi cabs were there waiting for us whenever we needed to go for a ride or rent one for the day. The food at the restaurant is impressive and the spa and pool were great. I went to Goa to celebrate my second anniversary, and resort rio added beauty to it. The staff is so gud, helping and courteous. Hotel was very beautiful an apt for all ur needs. If u r looking for a class stay, resort rio is just a great option...I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend rio.

Recently i stayed at Resort Rio and was very happy with the service,cleenliness,location,food & the room. I would highly recommend my friends to stay in that resort when ever they visit Goa.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights.staff was excellent and rooms were clean.One of my friends had lost his wedding ring. he thought he lost it in the pool. The lady lobby manager in the morning on 1st and 2nd was kind enough to get the maintenance staff to have a diver in the pool for over 3 hours looking for the ring> the maintenance manager was also […] very polite and professional and willing to help. we didnt find the ring but were impressed by the quality of service at the hotel. everyone was polite from front office staff, housekeepers, bell person, pool attendant, life guard and the room service staff. great job 더 보기

Nice and clean room.staff very helpful and have great communication skills, like it so much that i extended my stay for another 3 days. would really recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, wonderful staff! Its a relatively new property, so they have all the good things going for them. First things first, I must say that my choice of stay in Goa was just perfect! I loved how all staff were friendly and so efficient and how it was obvious that the comform of their guests lies in the service they offer. we did not stay much in hotel and did not utilize hotel facilities, so i can tell you about only the room, common spaces and restaurant... very spacious rooms and amazingly designed. Feel of luxury you find when you stay. amazing lobbies and very friendly staff.

This hotel is great. It lives up to the photos on the website. We did have a good 'deal', but nonetheless, we'd have paid normal price anyway. Room was very comfortable, spacious, clean throughout - and cleaned daily, bed was large and very comfortable. Mini bar well stocked and water - as is usual with better hotels - complimentary bottle each day. […] Shower was roomy with consistent pressure and hot water - usual complimentary shampoos etc also replaced everyday. Pool was great. The restaurants are all very good, particulalry the main restaurant downstairs where the service was better than good and the food made you want to go back again. This far outshone any resort of this price I have been to before in Inida. There is a good gym and spa plus hairdressing and the usual spa/massage type facilities - all of very high standard. Laundry is prompt and reasonable too.Staff are appropiately dressed with uniforms etc at all times. It is not right on the beach (though not far away also) - but it made no difference. Being 30mins from Panjim is no problem - the A/C taxis available right outside the door - and booked through the hotel front desk - are well driven, new/comfortable and well priced. When you add in the friendliness of the Indian staff we couldn't have asked for more. We are already planning to return next time we visit India. 더 보기

RIO RESORT - FIVE STAR RESORT ... Luxury Home away from Home ... It was the most wonderful time we spent from 26th to 30th OCT 2011 at RIO RESORT. The Resort was Excellent - Larger than Life , Well Designed Resort with Italian & roman look interiors and exteriors , 3 Bars , 4 Restaurants and Special Gujarati n Marwadi Food at JALSA Pure Veg Restaurant […] .800 Square Feet Deluxe Rooms with Marvelous Interiors & Huge Bathrooms and each balcony facing wonderful view of back waters or pool side. Since our entrance we were greeted by each staff members as if Guest is God... Each Staff Members treated us as VIPs, Mr Durgesh at Hotel Reservation was very very kind n co-operative to make my wife birthday on 28th Oct very special arranging complimentary huge cake along with Romantic Decoration of Flowers, Laser lights Effects, Towel Art Work in my room making our day romantic, They also organised Pool Sight Dinner at 12 Evening for a couple to celebrate the Birthday. The Food starting from Morning Breakfast, Evening Buffet with numerous Buffet items was mouth watering,, The Food Court Members Mr Joel & Mr Bosco were very friendly and always smiling making our food special . The Swimming pool was beautifully designed with a Bar on it n Mr Manigopal the swim pool incharge was very friendly.... When the staff members of resort are friendly, it makes our stay special and comfortable. We really enjoyed our Aroma Therapy Massage & steam bath at ZAARA the massage lounge. I was told by staff members that the owners are Gujarati like us and the owners treat all their staff members as family members which motivated each staff members to work devotionally to their Resort which is special... I would definitely book my next stay of Goa at RIO RESORT only as it was Excellent to stay in that FIVE STAR RESORT. 더 보기

Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Für uns war es ein Albtraum Woche in diesem Hotel. Zimmer schmutzig und laut, das Personal war nicht für ein Vier-Sterne-Standard Hotel, unmöglich, an den Pool sich entspannen, weil den Gäste sehr laut waren und personal total überfordert war. Frühstuck nicht zum enpfehlen

Jag och min pojkvän hade bokat detta hotell i 3 nätter, som sedan blev 5. Ett helt underbart hotell som ligger i Arpora, några km från Calangute Beach. Rummen är stora, rymliga, rena och lyxiga. Badrummet är helt fantastiska. Rummen städas varje dag. Inredningen märker man har man lagt ner mycket tid och pengar på. Servicen var grym och personalen helt […] underbar. Poolen är stor och ren, där kan man bland annat kan spela vattenpolo, frisbee, volleyboll eller varför inte ta en drink i baren. Gick till SPA:et och fick massage, lite överpris - men det var värt det. Receptionen och caféet var öppet 24/7 så de var lätt tillgängliga. Sedan hade de flera olika restauranger att välja bland. Hit återvändet jag gärna och jag rekommenderar det starkt!!! Blir nog snart ett 5-stjärnigt hotell, utan tvekan. Mycket prisvärt. 더 보기
