여자친구와 나는 8월 초 Siripanna에 머물렀습니다. 신혼 여행이었기에 리조트 도착 전 로맨틱한 장식을 해달라고 이메일을 보냈습니다. 직원은 이메일에 즉각적으로 대답하면서 로맨틱한 장식 뿐 아니라 무료 신혼 여행 케잌을 제공했습니다. 직원의 능률과 친절에 충격을 받았지요. 솔직히 리조트가 그렇게 편하리라 기대하지 않았습니다. 하지만 상상한 것처럼 나쁘지 않았다는 것입니다. 야간시장에서 툭툭을 타면 10분, 55바트가 듭니다. 또한 리조트는 매일 자유롭게 계획된 셔틀 버스 서비스를 제공합니다. 리조트는 전혀 어떤 것에서도 실망시키지 않았습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편의 시설은 새로우며 직원은 호의적이고 잘 훈련되어있습니다. […] 가장 놀란 것은 리조트가 좋은 밤을 위해 2개의 퀸 사이즈 침대를 한 개의 수퍼 사이즈 침대로 결합했다는 것 입니다. 여자 친구와 아는 Siripanna에서의 시간을 정말 즐겼습니다. 이 호텔에 대한 모든 것이 당신을 특별하게 해 줄 것입니다. 전 직원에게 감사를 전합니다. 나무를 손질하던 직원부터 프론트 직원까지.. 메니저, 벨보이 등등도 다 포함해서 말입니다. 조식과 저녁은 항상 평균 이상이었습니다. 더하건데 만약 택시 기사 번호 222를 본다면 당신은 축복 받은 것입니다. 호텔로 돌아와서.. 성공을 향해 계속 가는 것을 어려울 것인데 말입니다.

진정한 인간적 감동이 있는 최고의 서비스를 제공하는 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 좋은 서비스로의 헌신은 전직원의 태도에서 명백합니다. 부페는 훌륭하고 호텔 내에서 편하게 얻고자 한다면 값어치 있는 점심을 제공합니다. 위치와 전체 분위기는 아시아 리조트 호텔을 대표하여 아름답고 이상적입니다. 시장 혹은 Siripanna 근접 호텔 선택을 고민했으나 후자를 선택 한 것에 대해 모든 가족이 기뻐했습니다. 단 한번 가볼 필요가 있는 시장에 5분에서 10분이 걸리는데 그들은 모두 다 같은 것들을 팝니다. 단연코 여기 리조트에 다시 머물 것입니다. 전문적이나 사랑스럽고 집같은 감동을 주는 호텔이라는 느낌을 가졌습니다.

I like the place but the hotel charge for wifi in every room. The only place where it's free was at the front lobby.

Hotel was good value for money, comfortable with a great pool. Evening dinner was tasty but expensive by Thai standards

From the minute we arrived we knew we had chosen a great hotel. We were given cold drinks and towels on arrival and checked in swiftly. We were given a guided tour on the way to our room, and once there were talked through how everything worked. The staff were really friendly and helpful - they even taught us some thai words. The pool area is lovely […] - but the number of sunbeds are limited. The hotel is a tuk-tuk ride away from the centre, but we did not find this to be a problem. There are free shuttles from the hotel at certain times, so it is only the return journey you need to pay for - don't pay more than 120 baht. There was a good selection at breakfast time and afternoon coffee and cake was delicious! The night market is a must for any tourist and there are lots of good restaurants and bars around here. There are also some great places to eat in the old town. We would highly recommend this "little oasis". 더 보기

The hotel is amazing... From the moment you walk in the hotel invites you to sit down relax and unwind with a welcome traditional tea drink and a nice cold towel. The hospitality front staff welcomes you with a full Thai welcome by ensuring your paper work are complete then escorts you to your room with full details and outline of the hotel facilities. […] Amazing welcome like your own personal host. The rooms are huge and amazing layout with great design. We stayed in the villa and friends stayed the one lower with both offering amazing size beds and room space with a Nice bath tub. My only con is that as a VIP guest we got offered complimentary cocktails during happy hour but there was no alcohol in them... Ill rather pay and enjoy 2 drinks then having to have 10. Even happy hour of buying one for one the alcohol becomes half so it's not really appealing and kind of upsets the drinking mood. 더 보기

We stayed in Siripanna for 5 nights on our honeymoon. The resort is simply beautiful & the staff are warm & welcoming. The resort driver picked us up at Chiang Mai airport which we had organised in advance. The drive was only 15minutes to resort. Our room was beautiful & we were sent a cake and bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon which was a […] lovely touch. The resort runs a free shuttle into Chiang Mai night market each night which is very handy (10 min drive max) and a tuk tuk back cost no more that 150 baht any night (€4) The buffet breakfast that the hotel offers is not to be missed; so too the happy hour at the pool bar! The reception staff organised a day trip for us to go elephant trekking and rafting which was wonderful! We would highly recommend Siripanna for those wishing to stay a little bit outside the hustle & bustle of Chiang Mai- yet it is very accessible too! Nice garden and pool. Happy hour and sometimes free snacks for aperitiv. Near downtown (8 min by cheep Tuktuk). The airqualitiy at the hotel location is much better than downtown. Very nice and helpful staff.

We stayed at Siripanna for 3 nights, but wished it could have been longer. The hotel exceeded all our expectations on all accounts. Service was excellent and the staff was very gracious, lush greenery all around, beautiful and elegant architecture, modern and very comfortable rooms, and delicious Thai food, which was reasonably priced. They also allowed […] us to bring our own bottle of wine to dinner without a corkage fee. The pool was lovely and unique as it goes around the insider perimeter of the hotel in a square. Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The hotel is a few minutes away from the night market and the old city, but the hotel offers a one way shuttle and it was easy and cheap to get a tuk tuk ride back. Good hotel with nice environmet and not too inconvenience places, because it's a quite place which a bit far from town.

We stay three nights in the Siripanna Chiang Mai and we enjoy so much.The hotel is beautiful,well decorated,very charming.The room is wonderful as the breakfast too.I enjoy the BBQ dinner on friday and saturday.Very good food and romantic and good price too(20,00american dolars with tax pp).Well recommended.

Grear spot do go! You'll spend a little more on transportation But it's worth it

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel, staff were very attentive and friendly, staff spoke ehglish and went out of their way to make our stay the very best. Features were beautifully maintained, luxury at every point. A very relaxing place to be. Food excellent offering a wide selection to suit everyone. We booked for the weekly BBQ which was simply […] stunning, again a wide selection of dishes. Our only negative was the immediate surrounding area, only a 20 min walk to town but the road was not very safe, and definately not a night, however tuk-tuk took only a few minutes and cost very little. This would certainly not put me off booking again, the peacefull hotel by far made up for the surrounding area. Would recommend this hotel. 더 보기

My husband and I (Americans) recently stayed at Siripanna for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with a peaceful atmosphere filled with authentic Thai elements. Some of our favorite elements: *The breakfast buffet! Great food--lovely mix of western and Thai foods, and the open air dining […] room is backed by these walls with water trickling down them--very peaceful. *The staff. They were so attentive and so patient in offering advice on restaurants and in arranging excursions and tuk tuk rides for us into the city. And they taught us some Thai! *The ambience! Siripanna has very peaceful, traditional (as far as I could tell), Thai music playing in all the public spaces. They also have fountains and walls with water trickling down them throughout the public spaces. The back part of the property contains rice fields, which you can walk through. The effect of all these elements is a very serene, distinctly non-Western setting. In addition, we also enjoyed a massage at the spa (a pretty good value considering spa massages were much much more expensive in Phuket), and we found our hotel room to be very comfortable and spacious. Despite having a more Thai feel to the hotel, the rooms did contain all the amenities you'd expect from a very nice Western style hotel. The location is the only element that might possibly deter someone from a stay here. You can't walk to the main city and you probably wouldn't want to go for a walk in the surrounding neighborhood. Not because it's dangerous, but just because it has that hectic, chaotic feel that much of the less touristy parts of Thailand have. However, Siripanna offers complimentary open air van rides into the main city (maybe 2 km) and can arrange tuk tuk rides (motorized rickshaws) into the city very easily and cheaply. I found the tuk tuk rides to be another one of the highlights during my stay in Chiang Mai because they're really a lot of fun. In short, we never f 더 보기

This is a very comfort, clean resort. Staff are very friendly & helpfull all the time.

We felt we'd hit the jackpot with this hotel. Admittedly we were given an upgrade to one of the amazing rooms around the pool with it's own patio and fantastic bathroom (I have never seen a bath that size!) The pool was stunning (although ideally could have been heated as it was a bit too cold for comfort) and the spa music played by the pool just […] added to the atmosphere of relaxation and calm. Breakfast was nice, although not as amazing as the other elements of the hotel and we wished they had ice creams added to their pool menu ;-) Highly recommended. The Siripanna was a lovely accomodation. The staff were so kind and hospitable. The room was very comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the grounds. My wife and I stayed here in Dec 2011. We found it to be one of our favorite hotels. The staff was helpful, friendly and very professional. The Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai is an excellent choice to stay in Chiang Mai albeit not in the old part of the city or the night Bazaar area. Access to those areas require transportation which is provided by the hotel at certain times of the day. All amenities and breakfast were outstanding.

We stayed at the Siripana Resort in early November 2011 and loved our stay. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff we amazing! We were in a deluxe lanna twin room was very comfortable. Bed was huge. Only downfall is that it's not near the night bazaar - but then it was only 80tb for a tuk tuk each way. Breakfast was good - nice range of food. Didn't […] try the pool - but looked nice. Free wifi available in the lobby and the pool area. If you ever plan on going to Chiang Mai around October November - look into when the Loh Krathong festival is - they release laterns into the sky and floating flowers into the water way - chiang Mai is huge at this time of the year. Other than the location which has u questioning ur decision as u drive into the hotel in the neighborhood, this hotel really is the jewel of chiang Mai..this is the best stay I've ever had at any hotel especially considering the cost..!!

What a superb hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with perfect service and accommodated in the most perfect accommodation. Everything about the hotel exudes quality - from the construction through to dining, to the fantastic quality of service. The hotel has a beautiful design, with a lovey pool, and wonderful Spa. The reception staff […] cannot do enough for you - Kate in particular was brilliant at answering all our questions, meeting our Trip and Tour requirements and ensuring our stay was perhaps one of the best 5* experiences we have experienced in the world, ever. The locaion of the hotel is very convenient to both the Train Station and the Airport, and the town is only a short taxi or Tuk Tuk ride away. The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle into the Night Market each evening, which takes just a few minutes. All the tours and activities will pick you up at the hotel, so all in all, location is great. The restaurant is superb - while we were there, they had a lunchtime special - any lunch menu item 39 Baht. 5* quality for 39 Baht was the best value we had in Thailand. Food was lovely. We ate in there in the Evening too, and had a wonderful meal. The staff even baked us a special cake as a surprise one evening to help us celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. My only regret about this hotel, is that we did not stay longer. We will go back to Chiang Mai, and we will use this hotel again. We a Swiss family living in Singapore stayed for 5 days as a family with two kids (9+13yrs), and enjoyed each minute; the beautiful swimming pool, the smell of the flowers, the big garden, and the externior and interior architecture and last not least the service of the staff. The resort wonderful and very comfortable. The rooms were large, clean, with good beds, pillows and nice bathrooms. The staff was very helpful, spoke good English, the food was great. We had the breakfast buffet everyday for 4 days and they offered a variety of new items every morning. We had room service one night and again... it was excellent in taste […] and price. The location was a bit out of the way, but not bad. The hotel did offer free shuttles to the market a few times a day and it was approx. 80 Baht to return with a taxi. Exelent service and the best hotel i have been to ever! Glupe have been s bit closer to the town, but no problem to find a taxi. Very very good!!!

クーポンを提示し、部屋の確認をしたにも関わらずランクが下の部屋に案内され、２日目に部屋のタイプを聞いて確認したとろやはり手違いだったことが判明。少し部屋のランクをあげていただけました。朝食の際、３日も宿泊していたのに、笑顔なしで何名か？ときかれたり（その女性は滞在中ずっと無表情でした）ワッフルを作っていた女性も笑顔なしで施設はよかったのですが、サービスがよくありません。もう少しサービスの質をあげたらまたぜひ泊まりたいホテルになると思います。

The resort is excellent although the location is a bit far from night bazzar! However, the service and spa is excellent! And we love the bacony so much!

Unser Aufenthalt im Siripanna haben wir sehr genosssen. Das Receptionspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen genial in seiner Vielfälltigkeit und frische der Produkte. Utroligt serviceminded personale. Er altid i nærheden uden at man bemærker det. Smukt hotel, såvel reception, restauration, poolområde, have - gælder reelt hele hotelet. Dejlig morgenbuffet. Man føler sig hjemme fra første øjeblik, og glæder sig til at komme tilbage igen.

Excellent hotel. Fantastische kamers, omgeving, zwembad ontbijt etc. Ligt net iets buiten de stad dus rustig. Hotel regelt TukTuks voor 2euro per enkele reis. ZEKER aan te bevelen!

市中心街からは少々遠いが、ナイトマーケットまではホテル専用の無料大型トゥクトゥクがあり、便利。プールが正方形の辺沿いを泳ぐ形で非常に大きく、緑にあふれていてまるでジャングルの中を泳いでいるよう。水田もあり、チェンマイ市内にいながら田園風景を思わせる。ホテル内どこにいても水の音が聞こえる設定で、あらゆるところに噴水や池がある。ヴィラは、自宅のように個別のスペースになっており、プライベートガーデンもある。バスタブは、４人は入れる大きさで、横には噴水が。。。従業員は非常に親切で、洗練されたプチホテルである。忘れられない思い出になること必須！！
