부띠끄호텔 (Baume Couture Boutique Hotel) - 제주(시)

제주 시내에 도로변에 위치 하였음에도 불구하고 시끄럽다고 느끼지 못하고 조용하고 깨끗하고 가능한 고객의 요구를 충족시켜 주려는 친절한 스텝분들 ,,,특별히 불만없이 무난하게 잘 지냈습니다. 단지, 하나 아쉬움은 호텔을 소개했던 시설 이용의 홈 페이지 내용과는 달리 지금은 중단하고 있다든지(수영장 시설말고),회원만 한정이라든지의 부분이 있었습니다. 하루빨리 홈페이지를 수정하시어 더 좋은 이미지의 호텔이 되기를 바랍니다.

별로 기대도안하고 갔었던 호텔인데 갈때부터 기분이 좋았어요~ 바닷가에 있으면 더 좋았을텐데... 아무튼넘 좋았던것같아요...

전반적으로는 좋았고, 아래는 장/단점입니다. 장점 1. 친절한 리셉션 2. 깔끔한 객실 3. 접근성 좋은 위치 4. 편의점, 마트, 약국, 노래방, 커피 전문점, 다양한 종류의 식당 편의 시설이 주변에 있음 5. 무난한 아침 식사 6. 넓고 큰 화장대 단점 1. 화장실/욕실 문이 불투명 유리로 됨 2. 개방된 공간에 놓인 욕조 (가족이라도 이건 좀..) 3. 불편한 구조의 세면대 4, 세면대 앞 바닥에 물이 떨어질 경우 많이 미끄러움 5. 사우나를 이용하려면 최소한 3시간 전에 요청해야 함 (게다가 아침 9시부터 밤9시까지만 가능함) 6. 수영장은 여름 일정 기간 동안만 개방함 7. 주차장이 협소함

무료 WIFI가 되지 않아 아주 불편합니다.

제주 공함에서 5분 거리에 있는데 이 호텔은 교통에 불편함이 없는 아주 숨겨진 보석입니다. 식당에 둘러 쌓여 있어 먹을 곳이 아주 많습니다. 대형 브렌드 상점들이 있는 쇼핑 거리가 거의 2개 거리에 걸쳐 있습니다. 주차는 무료. 식당은 수리 중이어서 저녁과 점심이 제공되지 않으나 조식을 포함한 가격이 장점입니다. 아주 편리한 super king size 침대가 주어졌는데 아주 편리하고 숙면을 취할 수 있는 딱딱한 베개가 포함되어 있었습니다. 욕실과 화장실은 아주 잘 구조화 되어 있습니다.

I stayed in Jeju for a couple of days. Even though the hotel is located is Jeju city, it was on a quite street. I like the room, - the room is spacious, the toilet is cool. The front office was also very helpful, from assisting us to sort out our day tour to arranging taxi, great service.

Yes, located 5 min away from airport but main interest of happening is not near this hotel. It is the old town area. Surrounding got nothing interesting . Didn't feel warm welcome by staff. This hotel is beautiful - very stylish and modern, and the rooms very comfortable. We initially checked into a standard room, but was later given a free upgrade to a suite - so we have seen the different types of rooms. All are tastefully furnished, just remember to bring your own toiletries as they charge 5000 won if you use theirs. Breakfast was included […] in the rate, and when we were there, the cook-to-order choices were american breakfast, abalone porridge, sea urchin soup and beef rib soup, the latter 3 being Jeju specialties. Location-wise this hotel is in the heart of Jeju city, walkable to many restaurants and shops. It is however far away from most of the tourist sites - you'll need an hour or longer by car to get to Mt Hallasan, the Lava Tubes or Sunrise Peak. Also, the hotel staff don't really speak English, so they are not much help if you have any queries. All in all though, we enjoyed our 2 night stay, and would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again when we visit Jeju. 더 보기

Do not stay at this hotel. This is not a luxury hotel. The hotel charges you 5000 Korean won to use their shampoo and conditioner. For the price that we paid per night, the hotel should have given you free shampoo and basic bathroom items to clean yourself. If it was truly a boutique luxury hotel that charges luxury rates per night, the hotel should […] have given you shampoo and conditioner. The only thing that was free was the hand bar soap. Hotels.com should have put this notice on their website or the hotel should have provided the notice prior to booking the hotel. Also, the showers were full of black mold and looked like they had not been properly cleaned. I could not use their shower. The showers were also very small and the rooms smelled very musty. 很小的一个酒店，开始看网评觉得是个butique酒店应该不错，但是房间小，窗户外立面不太干净的感觉。一般了，这个价钱不建议定。

I definitely recommend this hotel when you go to Jeju island. The room was clean and spacious. Staff are friendly, kind and polite as well. The location was also good - some convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops around in walking distance. Only the problems are; They always have the same four breakfast menus if you choose a continental breakfast […] plan, and There were no room or doors around a bathtub, they only have bathtub itself and it was not separated from common space in guest room. 少ない人数でサーブしているので朝食が出るのに３０分もかかりました。また、英語と日本語出来る人が少ないホテルです。 室内プール、サウナは10月から使えなくなっていて残念。部屋は大変綺キレイでサービスも良かったと思います。 ホテルの規模が小さいので建物はビジネスホテルで部屋は一流ホテルという感じです。

ホテルはダウンタウンの中にありますが少し歩くと 飲食店やBarがあり夜遅くまでやっているのでとても 便利でした。 ホテルの前にはファミマもあります。 私たちはレンタカーで移動をしていたのでダウンタウンでも 全く問題ありませんでした。 スタッフの方は皆 親切です。 ホテルはデザインホテルで決して大きくはありませんがシンプルで 清潔感がありモダンです。 お部屋はとっても大きく2泊快適に過ごせました。

部屋のインテリアだけでなく、スイッチや洗面台など細部にまでこだわりが感じられるホテルでした。スタッフも親切です。日本語ができるスタッフがいます。もちろん英語も大丈夫。 大理石の床なので、上の階の宿泊客が歩くコツコツという音や（おそらく）椅子を引く音が少し響きますがたいして気になりません。 プールは小さいですが清潔で、周りから目隠しの植え込みがありとても気持ちよく泳げました。子供も大喜びでした。
