This is our first time to Maldives and Holiday Inn also, we love the Hotel very much and the staff of the resort was very friendly and helpful. They gave strong mental Support to us in the time of Tsunami alert, every body was taking very good care of us and we feel that we are safe and we feel like home. Excellent for short Honeymoon travel, but exorbitantly expensive otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Kandooma. It is absolutely beautiful. The beach bungalow is very nice and the outside bathroom is great. Very clean. The staff is helpful and nice. Overall it's just like paradise. We'll be back soon hopefully.

The title saids it all. This resort is as close to paradise I have ever been. My wife and I visited the resort with our 3 year old daughter. It was simply spectacular, from the resort amenities, to the staff, to the views around the area. My great experience with this resort started a few weeks before we actually arrived. The reservation folks (Shakti […] and Ali) answered every email I sent them requesting more information to include the restaurant/bar menus and the activity options. They were great. I knew this was going to be a great vacation from the start. Our airplane arrived in Male at 10:00pm. I didn't want to take a boat at that time to the resort, therefore we stayed overnight in Male (it also gave us a chance to see Male before departing to the island-resort). I was in communication with the reservation team (via email) and they guided me to a speed boat that will go pick me up at Male. The speed boat crew was also great. You don't touch your luggage, they take care of them. Will give you water and a cold towel to refresh you. The boat ride is very smooth and with fantastic views. Arriving at the resort is magical. Pictures don't do any justice to the beauty of the resort. The staff is A++ from the start. After a short check-in, you are transported to your villa, where our luggage was waiting for us. We stayed in a beach front house that was spectacular. The first floor is open. Great place to spend the night and have a few dinks. The second floor's layout was great. Spacious, with a cool balcony and huge bathroom. The outdor shower was amazing. It felt like taking a shower in a rainstorm. Very refreshing. The room ammenities (too many to list) are fantastic! The restaurants are great. Lunch and dinner are very varied...and delicious. One more time, the staff friendliness was simply superb (to include the cooks). The pool is amazing...period. Despite having about 10 kids in the pool area, you can feel that the pool is all for yourself. You can't feel anyone a 더 보기

Most happy staff says a lot about the management. They are the most devoted and friendly staff I met in Maldives, maybe around the world. Can you believe that they sing and dance with the kids in the kids center with the same hi voltage every night as if it was the first night? We stayed a week, and the longer we stayed the more we feel about their […] conderation for details... The house reef was unfortunately not there any more, but they made it up with free snorkeling trips twice a day plus free lesson and free equipments. Other resorts we went to and are in at this point like the five star diva lux resort, they just would not tell you that they do not have house reefs and offer much less complimentary considerations. 더 보기

What should have been a small piece of paradise was tainted by poor house keeping not worthy of the hotel's rating. Don't risk ruining your honey moon... - dirty villa and cutlery/dishes with food residues - insistant early morning door ringing despite do not disturb sign and 2 requests to reception - house keeping insisting on specific times to clean […] room to fit their break times - numerous broken items in the villa requiring multiple requests to rectify. - no wifi in the room - manager promised to get back to me regarding possible compensation within 2 days but didn't. 더 보기

the hotel service is not that much good whenever we requested a (buggy) the transportation car machine in the resort always are not available and keep us wait them without use, the hotel reception not even give a call to us to apologise for not providing them.

hotel is good,well m aintained.staff r polite,kind.only disappointment is they didnt inform earlier for the departure speedboat service. they r coming at 8.30am telling the boat will leave in 10min.and it caused lot of inconvience .

Great hotel with moderate charges for everything, most importantly, the staff were genuine, helpful and they were all willing and ready to service with a sincere heart. Easy access to aquamarine water and white sandy beach. Only drawback is that the coral reefs surrounding the kandooma island were virtually destroyed post tsunami. At Holiday Inn Kandooma, my family and I have spent one of the best holidays we ever had. Hotel staff were so kind and professional, and they never hesitated at all to offer at all times their help and assistance. Quality of food was not bad, but yet acceptable since they change the buffet cuisine on a daily basis. Overall, I highly recommend it.

住宿条件好，风景优美，服务周到，住店期间刚好遇到我的生日，酒店带来的一份份祝贺让我倍感惊喜，赞。

Resort molto bello , personale cordiale e design curato nei dettagli... Qualche difficoltà di comunicazione visto che nessuno nella struttura parla italiano ma sempre molto disponibili ... Il cibo non male al ristorante intorno alla piscina , al ristorante "the kitchen" molto meglio anche se nettamente più caro .. ガイドブックには、ほとんど載っておらず少し心配でした。無事に到着した時には安心しました。 空港からホテルへのフェリーはホテルとは別に個人で依頼しておかないとダメだったのが意外でした。(もちろん別料金) 空港について、すぐにスタッフを発見。他にも乗客がいるみたいで20分ほど待つように言われ呑気に待っていたが、まったく迎えに来る様子が無い。心配になって自力でフェリー乗り場の自分たちの荷物を発見。間一髪、なんとか間に合った。 もしも、あの時に気づかなかったら置き去りになっていた(;^_^A 恐るべし。 島全体は徒歩で15分ほどの大きさ。レセプションやレストランはドーム型のヤシの葉をあしらった様な景色にぴったりの外観。 私たちの泊まった部屋はシービュービーチハウス。白い建物で室内も白が基調になってい […] て清潔感バッチリ。 シャワーが屋外になっていたのがビックリ！？ 室内に衣類を干す所が無くテラスに干していたら注意書きが入ってて「ランドリーサービス」を薦められました…。 ２か所しかないレストランは、どちらも味は最高。 お値段も最高でしたが…(^_^;) とにかく、ありとあらゆる物が高い。歯ブラシを忘れてしまって売店で買ったら、高級すぎ(+_+) 忘れ物厳禁です。 レストランでの請求に頼んでいない飲み物が入っていたり、チェックアウトの時の料金明細に宿泊代が入っていたり、みんな悪気は全くないのですがチェックは必ず必要ですよ～。 더 보기
