When we arrived to check in there was no one to greet us... had to wait for a while; must be short staffed. This seemed to be a newer hotel but the quality of attention to detail for the people that built is sad... the bathroom floor had screw holes in it. The shower had screw holes in the tile. Hotel is close to everything. Short (10 minute) ride to Park. Alot of stores and restaurants in area. Can not beat location. Clean and well kept. Nice staff. Pool was good with hot tub. Only negative is that breakfats ends at 9:30AM. Breakfast was good but ended to early.

Can't say anything negative about our stay here. Will defenently call to book here first. Off the beaten path a bit but so very quite with none of the major Rt. noise!!!

We loved the hotel, very trendy decor, very clean, mattresses very comfortable! Would definitely stay there again! Only occasional loud noises from rooms above-sounded like they were doing gymnastics-may have been the cheerleaders upstairs!

I always try to book a suite if it's reasonably priced, and this stay satisfied my expectations. Because of it's location away from traffic, it really was a quiet & relaxing overnight stay. I had the pool & hot tub to myself in the evening while my daughter used the treadmill in the fitness room by herself. The decor is definitely on the weird side, […] but so what? Breakfast was adequate, but not outstanding. I wish more hotels would offer whole grain, healthier options, but at least they had a little yogurt & some fruit. 더 보기

I could not have been happier with the choice of this hotel! I wanted to stay an additional night just to appreciate what the hotel had to offer! Clean and trendy, excellent service and the best continental breakfast I've ever had! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here over a weekend and absolutely loved it! Staff was super friendly, hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was a really great bonus! very clean hotel. great location right near colonial williamsburg. friendly staff. free breakfast was a little disappointing, and some of the items seemed like they had been sitting out for awhile. but other than that, great stay. would definitely stay again, as the hotel was nearly empty with no screaming children running around.

Very nice facility Breakfast was not among the best. There was a waffle maker and syrup but no sugar-free syrup. There was not much choice for someone on a low-sugar diet. Pool was a little too cool for our taste but the hot tub was really nice. Would be happy to return to this hotel in the future.

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised. We went for the black Friday shoping at the outlet mall and surrounding shops in Williamsburg, VA. The hotel colors were black, white and red. Magnificent combination of colors and decor. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Very nice, clean hotel. Large room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet with make-your-own waffles. The only problems we experienced were not really the hotel's fault - we went to the pool at night and it was overcrowded and full of rowdy, unsupervised teens. There was a lot of noise in the halls and the room above us very late into the night... again […] not really the hotel's fault. If we went there again I would ask for a room on the top floor to avoid noise from the room above. 더 보기

The hotel was newly decorated, a little garish in red and black, but extremely crisp and clean. The rooms were spectacular with those high beds, super-soft pillows, a microwave, pretty good-sized fridge and coffeemaker. Very new and mod! So clean with quiet neighborhood. Excellent staff. It was like a 5 star hotel with a 2-3 star price. Hope they don't raise the prices. We loved it and plan to go back next year.

My girlfriend and I just stayed here for our homecoming. It was very nice and the staff was accommodating. It was also an odd fusion of Asian and ultra modern decor, if you are into that kind of thing.

For a quick visit to see our son at W&M it was convenient place... decorating has new higher quality materials and finishes although not our favorite color schemes... since that was our only negative, that says a lot compared to other places we have stayed for short stays at a good price...

This was a very new and modern hotel. Will definitely stay here again! My teenage daughter and her friend loved the decor!!

We enjoyed our stay -- room was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was great! We would stay here again.

We and our daughters family found this to be a good choice economically and for its location near the Williamsburg Antique Mall. Unfortunately we did not get to the hotel until midnight and missed what looked like a very nice pool. The room was clean and our grandchildren only complained minimimally about sleeping on the sofabed. We will definately […] be back. 더 보기

The Comfort Suites Hotel in Williamsburg, VA is close to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. We had a room with double beds. The sheets on both beds were dirty. One bed had a red spot on the fitted sheet and the other bed had a brown spot on the fitted sheet. That was a disgusting thing to see in a room where you are staying two nights. I did notify […] the front desk and two clean sets of sheets were given to us but we had to put the sheets on the bed ourselves. I also notified the manager the next morning. Hotel was nice and clean. Will need to find a breakfast somewhere else though. Very limited slection and stale cereal. If you would like to stay next to a friend, call to let them know at hotel, not during reservations. Other than those, would stay there again

We stayed here one night before checking into Great Wolf Lodge -- this hotel was a little vacation all by itself. The decor is funky and fun. The staff was great (even the overnight staff which can sometimes be less than attentive). The black light pool was a big hit with the kids. And it was heated to a real temperature! The hotel is brand new - and is a great place to stay. Rooms are large and well appointed, clean and non-smoking. I was very pleased and would stay there again!

My mother, 8 yr old daughter and I stayed, just overnight, over her Spring Break and enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The only thing that bothered me was the apparent chlorine level in the pool. It was so bad that just walking into the pool area caused my eyes to burn. We totally enjoyed our stay. The Hotel is retro decorated and beautiful. My teenage girls loved it. Black light swimming pool with fountains was fantastic and warm. Mini-Belgium waffles for breakfast were wonderful. Thanks for a great stay.

beautiful, modern decor - great indoor pool with hot tub. VERY clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the soccer team that made the continental breakfast area a little --okay, a lot -- to be desired as far as seating, but that was a fluke.

This is a great property and not at all what you'd expect to find in Williamsburg. The lobby and decor looked more like NYC or Chicago than Colonial Williamsburg. Great staff, great stay.

This hotel is fairly new, so the modern decor was really nice. The beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Also, when I booked this, I chose non-smoking. We had a very nice time. Rooms were very comfortable, clean with very good beds. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything was very clean. Our only complaint was the staff working behind the counter. They just didn't want to be there.

This hotel is brand new, thus is in excellent condition. Rooms are very comfortable and entire hotel is nicely decorated. Very good value.
