강남 아르누보 시티 (Gangnam Artnouveau City) - 서울

무척 좋았습니다. 다만 찾기가 조금 까다로왔어요

가격에 비해 모든 면에 만족한 호텔 특별히 객실이 아름답고 안락한 분위기여서 좋았습니다. 종업원들의 태도와 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 단, 화장실이 비좁고 여성이 화장할 자리가 편치 않았습니다. 아침 부풰는 좋은데 오후에 다양한 식사가 선택 가능하면 모임이 쉽겠다는 아쉬움이 있었습니다.(주변에 유명 식당들이 많긴 하지만.) 5성급 이상 여러 호텔을 이용해 보았지만 조금도 손색없는 호텔이었습니다.

호텔에 묵는 동안에 서울과 분당에서 볼일이 있어서 일부러 강남쪽 지하철 역과 가까운 곳으로 예약했습니다. 지하철 역에서는 생각보다 가까웠습니다. 강남역 7번출구나 신분당선 5번 출구로 나오면 멀지 않습니다. 전반적으로 스테이하는 동안 편하게 지냈습니다. 따로 서비스받을 일은 없었지만 체크인 아웃할때 직원들도 친절했습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 어두운 둣한 느낌이 있어서 깔끔하고 환한 곳을 원하신다면 비추입니다. 교통 편리성만 따지면 나쁘지 않습니다.

이름은 강남이지만 서초동에 위치하고 있어서 택시등을 타고 이동할때는 목적지를 정확히 해야겠더라구요. 우선 건물은 전반적으로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 내부 가구의 청결도 맘에 들었고 주방과 냉장고도 깔끔했습니다.

객실이 일반 호텔에 비해서 넓고 깨끗합니다. 보통 일반 호텔의 경우에 바닥에 카펫이 깔려 있는 경우가 많은데, 이곳은 바닥이 원목나무라 더 깔끔하고 주방시설 등도 있어서 좋았습니다. 아침조식도 종류가 많지는 않으나 정갈하고 맛있었습니다. 적극 추천하고 싶네요.

서비스 좋고, 친절하고. 객실도 타 레지던스에 비해 이쁘고 안락하고요. 정말 잘 이용하다가 가는 것 같아요. 작년에도 이용했는데, 올해도 어김없이 이용하게 되었네요. ^^

택시운전수가 잘 모르는 호텔이여서 잘 모르는 사람은 가기 어려웠어요. 예약하고나서 침대두개로 변경이 안되서 ,예약할때 조심해야겠어요..

청결하고,가격도 저렴하고,교통도 편한곳에 있어 좋아요.하지만,가끔 방에서 담배냄새(smoking ordor)가 나거나,방음이 잘안되서 시끄러웠어요.침대도 좀 딱딱한 편이라,적응이 안되더군요.하지만,인터넷도 공짜(internet free)이고,가격도 저렴하니,괜찮다 할수 있겠네요.비즈니스 호텔로 괜찮아요,.

8월19-21의 2박을 611호에서 했는데, 화장실, 샤워부스가 일체형으루 됐는데 웃기는 정도로 작았어요.

이 호텔에 대한 전반적인 느낌은 정말 실용적이라는 점이다. 음식을 해먹을 수 있고 빨래도 건조기능까지 사용 가능했다. 객실 디자인도 좋았고... 그러나 식기들의 세척 상태는 수준 이하였고, 더욱이 화장실 비데 노즐의 상태는 끔직할 정도였다. 이 글을 호텔관계자가 본다면 시급히 확인하고 시정하기 바란다.

호텔규모가 작아서인지 그의 모든 택시가사가 모르드라구요.그래서 호텔까지 찾아가기가 많이 힘들었어요.그리고 외부에서 카운터에 전화해도 연결이 잘 되지 않았어요.아침9시전에는 전화받는사람도 없어 좀 많이 불편했습니다.침대가 생각보다 작긴했지만 그외의 모든것이 좋아 편안한 4박5일을 지날수있었어요.

일단 강남 이래서 좋았고 생각보다는 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 좀 비싼게 흠 그 전에 미리 예매하고 끊으면 저렴할 텐데....

강남 아르누보 시티 정말 좋네요 레지던스 시설도 너무 깔끔하고 좋고 전자렌지 전기밥솥, 가습기 드럼세탁기 다 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 제가 좋은 방에 머무른 시간이 짧아서 아쉬웠지 좋았어요. 단지 강남역 안쪽에 있어서 밤 늦게 찾긴 좀 어려웠지만 알고나니 위치도 괜찮았고요. 암튼 굉장히 만족스럽습니다.

Booked two nights at Artnouveau City. Due to travel issues, I showed up a day late. They had cancelled my reservation and unfortunately they did not have a room available for me. The front desk staff at Gangnam Artnouveau City not only found a room for me, they arranged and paid for a taxi to take me to the other hotel. Our stay in this hotel was very comfortable. The kitchen, washing machine was very convenient. The room was quite clean, the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We had no complaints and would gladly stay there again.

This place is amazing! It's essentially a luxury apartment that you can rent out on a short-term basis. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. There's a small kitchen, sitting room and even a washing machine! The surrounding area are more apartments, don't know the rates in these since I did not check. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Rooms were large and immaculate. Staff were helpfull and friendly. Breafast was great. Only suggestion I have is that if you are going to take a Taxi there, print off the address in Korean to show to taxi driver. It was difficult for some to find.

I stayed this hotel for 5 nights during my business trip to Seoul. The best thing for this hotel is the location. It takes 5 minutes to the Gwangnam subway station and 10-15 minutes to the Yangjae subway station. And, there are lots of restaurants, cafes around this hotel. This hotel was recommended to me by the persons that we were going to visit and found the place to be great, especially if you are going to be there fore some time as each room has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, etc.. but nicely concealed.

The hotel is very good and it is conveniently near Gangnam Station with a lot going on in that neighborhood. The price is very reasonable, and the location is very good. I love everything about this hotel, except the toilet is a bit too small.

Overall, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with separate sitting areas. The bathroom was a bit small in comparison though. There was an apparent lack of attention to detail with respect to the cleaning and up keep of the rooms. A lack of hotel facilities was a downside, and room service was not available. When we checked in, my room smelled of cigarettes. the smell was so strong, my wife was getting headaches so we had to request a different room which also smelled of cigarettes. we were told that despite of the non smoking policy, some people smoke in the room. beside this problem, I liked everything about this hotel. good location, good service, clean […] room, and good breakfast as well. 더 보기

For travellers like me, it was a great convenience to stay here in a serviced residense. It has everything you need, mini kichenette, washer/dryer, microwave, etc. Having a free access to the internet via ethernet cable was great also. However, the breakfast was not worth the money. I stayed at this hotel for over a week and purchase the a package […] with breakfast. The menu was exactly same. Rubbery breakfast sausage that was not edible, dried up hot foods not that there were many choices(scrambled egg & potatoes) and coffee that was more like coffee colored hot water! After the third day of this breakfast, we went out to get breakfast and coffee. There are tons of coffee cafes including Starbucks within couple miniute walking distance. But beware, the coffee in Seoul is very expensive. Grande Americano is about 4100won which is equivalent to $4. All in all, nice facility. The front desk could be more friendlier. I've passed the front at least 3 or 4 times everyday, and they always failed to acknowelge or say any greetings. They were always busy looking at the computer screen doing something. I have stayed at Yeoksam Artnouveau city last year and Gangnam is quieter. Yeoksam has a night club on one of the floors and there were flood of young local young people in the elevator drunk and loud. So I would recommend staying at Gangnam, instead. Its hard to find at first since it is hidden in a remote street but once you find the place, it is coveniently close to the Gangnam subway about 10min walking distance. Make sure you have the map and the address to show to the driver since many taxi drivers probably don't know this place! 더 보기
