Hilton Garden Inn Rockville - 로크빌

뉴욕을 거쳐 워싱톤을 방문하느라 이 곳을 이용하였는데, 뉴욕 호텔에 비해 비용은 반값에 시설은 훨씬 고급스럽고 넓은 곳이었습니다. 새로 지은 호텔이어서 시설은 매우 좋았습니다. 주차장도 여유가 있구요. 아침 식사는 포함하지 않아서 따라 외부에서 해결했습니다. 뉴욕과는 다르게 일반교통은 원활하지 않은 곳이어서 차가 있어야 합니다. 차를 렌트해서 다닌다면 적극 추천할만한 호텔입니다.

The hotel is nice and clean. However, the air conditioning and heat unit is too noisy.

LOVED being near Fallsgrove shopping area. LOVED being near Shady Grove Metro station. The hotel's gardeners are doing an excellent job of making the grounds lovey.

Wonderful place! I would definitely stay there again!

I stayed at this Garden Inn 2 weekends in a row and the on each visit the staff and the service was excellent!

I rarely review a hotel but these Franchise owners followed all the corporate mandates and then made sure to have the highest quality choices for everything in your room. Then they are also clearly committed to service never seen so many managers floating around the lobby all well dressed with great attitudes. I stay at 5 Diamond hotels often and they […] may have white glove service but this hotel has every ammentity that they do at a quarter of the price. Would recommend only some improved food choices in the pantry for travelers. 더 보기

Disappointed w/ stay some. Stayed here last year and loved it. Staff last year was great which why we choose this hotel again. Disappointed this year as friday night bar closed early so unable to relax and have a drink. Staff also was not as friendly as used to be, but still nice. Overall, i was very pleased with this hotel, it was very nice and quite comfortable. The only complaint i have, however, is that the shuttle service to and from the nearby Metro station was very inconvenient. It only ran until 9 P.M, which meant that if you wanted to stay out later in the city you would need to take a taxi back, or drive yourself, which […] is what we did. loved the cute and so comfortable and so spacious, and lovely designed room, loved the service. perfect stay.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating, even upgrading us when Hotels.com got the room booking wrong. Great access to restaurants and even grocery shopping if necessary. Indoor pool could've been a little warmer but there is a nice spacious workout room. Breakfast was good, a little pricey, but you can eat as much as you want and the staff were ultra […] personable. Nice new hotel with great amenities ... close to everything. Very nice staff. Excellent fitness area with state of the art equipment and a nice indoor pool and hot tub, too. No free breakfast, but their buffet is awesome just the same.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, their are several good restaurant within walking distance.

It was great; I'm very happy with our decision to stay there while visiting family in Potomac. No complaints!

My trip was the second stay at this hotel. Very nice. Breakfast is NOT FREE, costs $11.99 per person. Good front-end people. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there in the future.

New hotel, nicer than other properties nearby. Comfy, somewhat stylish rooms, friendly service all around, good hotel restaurant. Not a 5-star hotel, but as nice as it gets in Rockville.

Great room, very nice staff.

Hotel was attractive and well run, and staff very friendly and helpful. My room, however, was on the first floor, adjacent to kitchen area, and consequently a bit noisy in the evening and again in the early morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again, but would be mindful of my room location.

This is Hilton Garden Inn is in the same building as a Homewood Suites, and they share a pool/workout space. Both hotels look great from the entrance/lobby and the staff were very friendly. Wifi was fast, and the rooms were very comfortable. There was plenty of parking, and there is a grocery store and a few chain restaurants within walking distance. The […] only downside I could mention is that they have a lifeguard on-duty when the pool/hot tub is open. It is a little weird to have a guy watching you swim the whole time, but maybe it keeps their insurance rates down or something. Regardless, great place, and I'd definitely stay there again. 더 보기

Would stay again!

Our stay was very comfortable and the room was very modern and clean. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for about $10 per person. The food was fresh and tasted good. Overall, I think we got a good deal for the money we spent on the room. I'd definitely recommend this facility to a friend.

Everything was amazing except for two vital things....the curtains(on our window facing the sun) were not made to be able to close all the way?!(privacy?). And then the windows let in every noise from the buys street down below through. Early morning rush hour was a blast. Room was clean bed was comfy. The end.

The service and room were outstanding. The employees were extremely nice and very caring. The free full breakfast was a real treat for the short time we were there. However, the first night in the bed was like sleeping on a rock. After inquiring, we found out that the mattress was adjustable, but even at its most soft setting, it was like a soft rock. […] My wife is a tea drinker, and it was never replenished (we didn't ask - it was too late in the evening). The bathroom was very clean and had a beautiful oversized mirror in it. Too bad the exhaust system couldn't keep up with the steamy shower - the mirror makes a nice frosted wall. The granite vanity is beautiful. Our room had a fridge and microwave which we used often. Skip the bar as all they offer are the usual VERY overpriced hotel drinks. The pool is fine for the occasional dip, but it is only about two hotel rooms in size and 3-5" deep. I felt bad for the full-time lifeguard they had stationed there. This hotel shares space with its sister hotel (Hilton Homewood Suites). If you can swing the extra, it looked much more inviting. 더 보기

The hotel is well designed and the room was well laid out and comfortable. However, (1) the air conditioner was noisy and cycled on and off frequently during the night, and (2) the room coffee was not of good quality. Great hotel. Desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. Free breakfast would have been great. Please consider that for your guest. Breakfast maybe too pricey. Overall, I would and will come back again. GREAT STAFF!!!!

The pool was cold, but otherwise a great place to stay! When we looked for other hotels in the DC area, we found they charged for parking, charged for shuttles, were in bad neighborhoods, or were just too expensive. This hotel offers free parking and a free shuttle to the metra station. We were able to jump on the red line leading straight to union […] station. The only problem we had is when we checked in they told me I could pay in cash, but when I went to pay the next day the told me it had already been charged to my credit card and they could do nothing about it. Breakfast was great, very good varie\ty

I stayed 2 nights and LOVED it. I wish I stayed longer. I wish this hotel was closer to the venue of our meeting so I could have stayed longer. I would have stayed longer despite not being close to conference but made plans to stay at a friends. The hotel is beautiful comfortable clean (loved all the diff lighting and furniture in lobby, bed was... […] so comfortable, room was clean ...in a safe nice beautiful neighborhood and close to shopping and the restaurant was good and the staff... kevin, keimani (spe?) rachel, mike.. you guys are totally awesome...
