Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Memphis - 멤피스

Very nicely appointed lobby with plenty of newspapers. Good location for Downtown, trolley only a block away.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms and a friendly staff. The stay for breakfast package was worth it. Front desk was very helpful with suggesting things to do.

The hotel is really nice and conveniently located, the rooms a very clean and comfortable but the customer service is not good. I had to wait almost an hour for towels after calling the front desk. Its very convenient that there is a bistro in the lobby but no one is ever available. Some of the valet staff is very helpful but not all. When I was checking […] out, it was just me and my 1 year old daughter, the guy who was working valet that day didn't even offter to help me with my bags. I was very suprised, I'd never seen a man not willing to help out a woman especially one with a small child. I always stay downtown, normally at the Westin or the Madison where the customer service is wonderful. I will not stay at this hotel again solely based on the customer service. 더 보기

Twenty minutes after checking out I realized I had left something important in the bathroom, a dental device necessary for chewing. I called from the taxi and gave them my fedex account number and asked them to send it to my home. Five days later it has not arrived (this is in Memphis, the home of Fedex!!). The hotel did not call to tell me anything […] about the status. Finally I called and they said it had just shipped. I asked why the delay and the answer was "I don't know". The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and excellent, and it was well located. I would stay here again!!

Nice new hotel property. Rooms clean and cool. Not a lot right around the hotel, however. Beale street a 15 minute walk away. May choose a closer location in the future.

I've stayed there twice now and it was gross both times. I didn't get new shampoo/lotion bottles, the old coffee filter didn't get thrown out, and my clothes were tossed on the floor. It's convenient for my work, but there are plenty of hotels that are just as close.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite. Recommend eating there, too. Good food (not too many choices though) and the ladies working there were really nice. New hotel. Clean. Great view from our balcony. Easy walking to anything.

I could not believe that the hotel did not have more luggage racks! Upon check out I tried to find one and was just told there were no more available. I felt as if the staff could/should have been more helpful with this. This was the only problem with my entire stay. The rest was very good.
