여행 중 묵었던 호텔 중 제일 마음에 들었어요 외부에서 호텔에 들어갈 때 계단을 이용해야하는데 짐은 호텔 보이들이 들어줍니다 객실은 작은 편이지만 불편한 점이 없었고, 욕실에 비치된 수건도 깨끗하고 향기가 좋았어요 아침 식사는 평범한데, 커피가 trung nguyen 거더라구요 베트남의 호텔들은 모두 저 커피를 먹는 건지는 모르겠지만 아무튼 좋았어요 호텔 위치도 좋아요 데탐거리, 벤탄시장과 가까워요 그러면서도 시끄럽지 않을만큼 떨어져 있어서 좋았습니다

위치나 시설은 어느 호텔보다 뛰어나 여기에 묵으며 멀리 여행을 떠날때 편리하다. 즉 접근성이 좋고 새로 지은 측에 들어가 깨끗한편 . 아쉬운 것은 와이파이등 무선인터넷 연결이 종종 되질 않는데도 고치질 못한다는 것. 가장 뛰어난점은 친절한 종업원들. 마침 밤중에 여권을 날치기 당했는데 다음날 직접 택시를 같이 타고 경찰서까지 가서 신고를 도와주고 한국영사관까지 안내.. 책상앞에서 알아서 일을 처리하라고 친절히(?) 안내하는 영사관보다 더 친절한 호텔

로비가 아주 좋습니다. 위치는 훌륭했고 주 관광지에서 그리 멀지 않았습니다. - 어디든 걸어 갈 수 있었습니다. 서비스 또한 아주 좋았으나 객실 전화는 아주 잘 안되어서 필요를 위해 항상 프론트에 내려가야만 했습니다.(우리는 상층에 머물렀습니다.) 할당된 방은 triple이었고 파손 상태였습니다.(벽은 누수 손상이 있고 웹사이트의 사진과는 전혀 다릅니다.) 객실 그 자체는 아주 좋은 크기이고 욕실은 매우 청결하며 괜찮은 크기입니다. 침대 벌레가 있었는데 직원이 매트리스를 바꾸겠다고 이야기했습니다. 침대 벌레가 있다는 것 자체가 숙박에 안 좋은 영향을 줬습니다. 호텔의 다른 거주자들은 좋아 보였고 숙박을 즐거워하는 듯 보였는데 […] 이 사건은 한 가지를 약점을 보여주었습니다. 벌레만 없었다면 솔직히 여기서 생활을 더 즐겼을 것입니다. 더 보기

호텔에 의해 제공된 서비스에 만족했습니다. 요금 부과없이 객실을 은혜스럽게 업그레이드 해 주었을 때 감동 받았습니다. 그것도 하루도 아니고 이틀을 말입니다. 직원은 친절하고 상냥했습니다.

We enjoyed our stay as the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a good area overlooking a park that always had something exciting going on in it and just far enough out of the main hub to take a break from it all. We book a family suite for 4 people, and registered only 3. When we arrived with 4 people, they tried to charge us an extra person, then they announced that they gave our suite to another client and "upgraded" us to a deluxe room with 3 beds. Stayed about week in Early April. First room received had 3 problems. 1. The bed was sagging due to misaligned wooden slats supporting the mattress. 2. the air conditioner started leaking excessive amounts of water due to a clog in the drainage system. Complained to the front desk after having had to deal with the air conditioning water leaks to change […] room. First room was on the first floor of a 9 floor setup. Second room provided was on the 2nd floor. The second room was an improvement over the first because the air con problem was resolved but then the safebox in the room was not operating properly. Complained again and problem solved. The final straw that broke the camel's back was the lack of consideration by other guests on my floor. The room was very noisy and uncomfortable. You could hear people speaking in the hallway. Neighbors seemed to enjoy the night life and frequently returned to their respective rooms around 3:00AM. They seemed to enjoy gathering in one room for about 1 hour after they returned and started hitting the wall and making excessive sounds/ laughing and screaming and shouting. Gave the front desk a notice to have them quiet down. It took more than 30 minutes to get some relief. It happened 2 days in a row towards the end of my stay! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Hotel did not even acknowledge the problem. Buyer beware! Perhaps the rowdy guests are given rooms on the first/second floors. It was very disconcerting to be waken up at 03:00 2 mornings in a row and not be able to go back until 4:00. 더 보기

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at the Asian Ruby 3 hotel, it is situated in a lively, but safe area of HCMC. It was our first visit to Vietnam and we will be going back. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are comfortable, the aircon and shower are good too. Breakfast was fine, with plenty of choice - great value.

No-frills but clean hotel in convenient location, across the park from the backpacking district area and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main markets. Good breakfast buffet.

nice hotel in good location. clean, reasonably sized rooms. people at the reception need to smile a little bit more often though. it's not a correctional center but hotel after all.

Hotel is small but overall it is good. The only major problem I had is because the toilet window of room 703, which I stayed for 4 nights, has no window screen and anyone interested in looking in could do so easily. It is an easy problem but do not know why hotel did not bother about it. This hotel was located in a central location but it's not convenient for food, you would have to take a taxi. I wouldn't consider this 3.5 stars in American standards. I booked this hotel for just 1 people by mistake and they asked me for 10 dollars for the extra person, even though there's only slight difference in charge when you book the hotel here. the receptionist was iperious, arrogant, and really annoying. you can find more decent hotel near ngyuen hue at almost the same price.

We checked in this hotel because it is near the market. Location was good, but I found the receptionist was not so honest. When we checked out, we paid with cash but receptionist did not give us back the balance. We waited at the counter and she was pretending doing other things. The Hotel needs focus more in the Bathroom such as shower, toillet, sink and walls. Receptionists need more smile and friendly

We moved to the Asia Ruby 3 after a few days out of the city center at a five star hotel. Not only was the Asia Ruby equally comfortable it was centrally located and one forth of the price. We got the family suite which is very suitable. At first my impression of the hotel was not great, but after staying at a couple other 3.5 star hotels, Asian Ruby 3 is better than the others. The hotel is very small and the hallways is tight and not very clean, but the rooms are decent and clean. They had hot water and good air conditioning. The location […] is right across from the local park and close to all shops and eatery...very busy streets. If you're looking for a quiet location, this is not the location for you. No matter what hotel you stay in the central of Ho Chi Minh City, you can't get away from the honking noise. You'll get used to it :) For westerners that want something comparable to the hotels in the U.S., I recommend at least 4 stars. 더 보기

It's a new and clean hotel, very warm attitude and also help us change room when the first one is noisy due to a local celebration in the park in front of the hotel window, The best breakfast that I had in Vietnam, good taste!

The rooms are very simple, but almost clean. The good thing is that the hotel is located very centrally, so you can reach everything you need and you want to visit by walking distance. The Hotel was not 31/2 Star. It was not clean and mosquitoes were everywhere.

On my trip, I split time between District 1 and District 3. If you want to hang out like a local, D3 is not bad, but for a few bucks more, you can't beat the proximity to restaurants and shopping in D1. The Asian Ruby 3 is maybe not as close to say the financial district as Asian Ruby 1, but it is only a couple blocks from the backpacker area. The rooms are a bit small and noisy, especially if you are facing the street - but then any 3-star hotel in HCMC will be that way with few exceptions. We initially booked a standard room for 2 nights, not aware that there's a construction site in progress beside, so we had no sleep the 1st night. Fortunately, the good staff upgraded us to a superior deluxe room the very next day, which is at the farthest end and where the noise was barely noticeable. I was staying for 3 nights in September, I was amased by the interior design of the room, I love the wallpaper,just as stunning as the pictures they posted online，clean and really comfy room. staff are friendly, they are only people we saw in Viet Nam had smile on the face all the time. This was a disappointing final stay in Vietnam, especially considering all our other experiences were so good. The staff barely spoke to us, even when we checked they asked for our passports disappeared and when they came back they handed us the room key without even looking at us and we found our own way to our room. We did get the premier delux room overlooking the park which was gorgeous at night & just viewing the communal games etc The location's good and the staff helpful with limited English.

Very close to all the sights, and right across from the park, which offers great people watching in the morning. Very nice to have a window. All the amenities were clean and replenished each day. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of Vietnamese dishes. The staff were helpful and friendly with no problems with communication. The location is awesome, very close to a lot of the great sites to see. Across the park from the backpacker district (tons of great bars & places to eat) and it's a 7 minute walk up to Ben Thanh market. It's also a mid-range walk from the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum. While it's a much longer walk to get to Dong Koi and some of the […] more upscale restaurants, shops and things, it's only a short $3 cab ride (if not less!) from that area. The room was clean, though small. But the hotel itself isn't large either. I was on vacation..I'm using my room for about 10 hours a day, so the size wasn't an issue. I did however have a bit of an issue with noise -- the walls are paper thin, and there were some people in a room near mine that were incredibly loud late into the night. I only had a problem with them 2 out of my 5 nights, but it was enough to keep me up for a little while. Otherwise it was fine. I had no problem with street noise as my room was off to the side of the building, but even though it didn't bother me I could still hear bikes and horns and things like that. The staff was plenty friendly, I had little interaction with them though. Check in & out were painless and quick, and they even had my room ready for early check-in (my flight landed at 9am.) Had a good 3 night stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and able to understand our requests. Would definately stay there again should i head back to HCMC.

The location is quite good, closed to the Backpacker area as well as the Sinh Tourist (the famous local tour operator), with about 3-5 mins walk only; it's about 15 mins walk to the Bus Station. We had 3 nights here during low season in May, and it was a perfect place to stay, across the park, and close to markets and river. We thoroughly enjoyed all the exercises in the park each morning very early, and this was a perfect way to start the day in hectic HCMC. I booked the suite for 3 days in April 2011. The room is clean. It has 2 double queen beds. The room is not very big but is manageable. Except on Sat night where the activity opp the hotel is noisy, the rest of the night is rather peaceful. I would come back again for this hotel with window facing. The breakfast is Ok.

For a 3.5 star hotel I was very impressed. Great family rooms and the location was prefect. For the price and what you get, you won't be disappointed as of April 2011. One more thing the beds are a bit hard.

The Asian Ruby 3 Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful, though reserved. The hotel did, however, make it very easy to take tours of Saigon and the Mekong Delta at reasonable rates ($20-25US per day). My only reservation was that I noticed everyday that my handtowels/washcloths were always damp despite being 'rolled-up' as housekeeping often does […] to indicate clean handtowels. I am actually wondering if they just reuse the handtowels from previous guests....I know, I'd rather not think that was the case as all else was acceptable! 더 보기

Can't really fault this hotel for anything. Very happy with the quality of service and comfort of our room. Breakfast was average. We will return to this hotel next year.
