Hyatt Place San Antonio N Stone Oak - 샌안토니오

My family and I checked in to go to a recruiting trip for my son - room was very spacious and clean, facility was very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are very nice and so is the location.......but their breakfast menu is horrible. Bread and cereal is not breakfast. If you want eggs and waffles you have to pay. Really????

This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a good area. The staff was very friendly and so helpful with giving directions to local attractions. The only thing that needs improvement Is the complimentary breakfast didn't offer much for the price you pay for a night in this hotel.

My fiance and I states here for the weekend for our anniversary and every employee was the friendliest most helpful people u could come into contact with. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!"

Overall pleased, but not happy with lack of service during breakfast. No one around to assist with getting a la carte breakfast order. Waited 15 min and no one came. Also, poor security. A van of about 8 kids zoomed into hotel parking and all kids got off with personal towels and were let in to pool area at around 7 pm. The hotel was clean the first day we arrived. The next few days the room was clean but not throughly. Customer service was great and pool was very nice. Didnt get room that I reserve because I didnt the reservation thru hotels.com - I had gotten a two bed and when I arrive I got a king size bed in a handicap room...

The hotel was nice for the price paid. The pool was very small and too crowded. You have to go to the front desk to get extra towels and blankets, as well as order your food to eat in your room. No room service.

The oinly problem I had was check-in time was at 3pm instead of 2 pm as hotels.com recommended.

Brand new hotel, great location near highway access and restaurants. Clean, clean, clean...perfect for the price of a business trip to San Antonio (Hill Country).

We were very disappointed with the breakfast buffet. The selection wasn't what we expected. Most people are not on a diet and want bacon, sausage, pancakes, or waffles at the very least in the continental breakfast offering. Will not return.

Great location, nice modern look & feel. It was a comfortable room, with a great bed and shower. My only complaint was that the room had a slight smell that seemed to be B.O. I turned up the AC, went out to dinner, and when I came back I no longer noticed the scent.

The Hyatt Place is a great place to stay in San Antonio. I traveled alone with 3 small children and the staff were all so polite. The indoor heated pool was very nice and clean. The gym has nice equipment even though I was not able to utilize it on this trip. The breakfast was simple but perfect for us. Wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Stone Oak. Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and room was comfortable. We will stay again on our next trip to San Antonio.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. I have to say I wasn't expecting much -- thought it would be another cookie cutter place like a garden inn or a comfort suites, low budget but serviceable. As usual, the hotel was a clean and pleasant place to stay. The staff were very helpful. The room is spacious. I'll always look for Hyatt Place when traveling.

Exceptionally great service and hotel staff was courteous to a fault.

Room was very large and had had a nice sitting area. Bathroom. Was very small. Location was okay. Kinda far from downtown area.

This hotel is designed like a small apartment with a comfy king bed and a full sectional sofa. Plenty of drawers and space in bathroom. Beautiful flat screen TV that can be watched from living area or bed. The staff is friendly and seems to truly care about your needs and appreciates you as a hotel guest. Even though the hotel is near a major intersection it was very quiet and we had no trouble getting in and out of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff (all) were incredible. They bent over backwards to help in any situation. I would stay here again for sure.

this hotel is just wonderful, it is always clean with a convenient location if you intent to visit several places in San Antonio, really easy access to main routs and full of shopping options around, it is just simply the best

Very simple but nicely decorated (and convenient)

Loved this hotel! The furnishings were so modern, plenty of parking, right off the freeway to the airport, open cafe/bar. And the front counter attendant the morning of 07/27 was so helpful! Since it was 4am and dark, he watched from the front door as I went to grab something from my car to make sure no one bothered me. Then allowed us to park right […] by the front door as we loaded up to the airport. I could see other hotels throwing a fit about that. But since we weren't in the way, he said it was fine. Great location, comfortable rooms. Just wish the sink area was not carpeted.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a hotel with suite rooms to accomadate mutiple families. The staff was very friendly and informative. Our room had some sticky stuff on the carpet which was cleaned up right away. Best all suite room hotel for the price!

We arrived very late in the evening and the staff was just absolutley fabulous. They went out of their way to get me and my famility settled for the night. Great rooms, quite. If you are in San Antonio.....stay here!
