I had problems with my reservation. when we arrived they said they did not have my reservation. I took 30 minutes for me to get the issue resolved.

The bathtub was dirty, phone had been pulled out of wall & gone, no remote control, door had been broke into & you could push from outside & door would open, reported & not fixed. Put in the very back away from activities of the weekend, Made reservations in Jan. People in room next door, very loud at 2 am.

Rather old ,walls pretty thin, time to renovate . Just a clean dive. Do like the location though

They claim to having wi-fi but when I couldn't get online and call the front desk I was told the building I was in didn't get it. The door didn't close tight, the curtains had black mold on them. The tub was stained. I was traveling with someone, as first they were b]putting us in different buildings, then when I asked we were at least in the same building […] but on different sides of the building. I would not stay here again and I don't usually say that. I am opened minded about alot, but this hotel has room for improvement. 더 보기

The hotel definitely needs some money spent on it for carpet, maintenance on the a/c, & there was a coffee maker w/o a coffee pot. The a/c worked decent but looked awful on the outside especially. With carpet, the rooms would have looked as good as you could get for the price.

hotel is in the middle of being updated had one new room one old one, everyone was very nice and helpful!

Family Inn of America East is definitley low budget operation. falling apart we didnt even know there was a pool until we left. leave your shoes on in your room because your feet stick to the carpet. The front desk worker was playing with the phone upon checking in which is probably why we had no idea that there was a pool.

The rooms are so old and we had to change rooms as soon as we got there because the commode would not flush. There was bugs in the room where we stayed. The pool was so nasty my kids did not want to get back in after they got out the first time. We did have access to the Dixie Stampede the first night we was there that was on the agenda so all we had […] to do was walk to it. Everything else we had to drive to. We only chose this one because of the price and they only had 1 left when I called and the said the room prices would be 4 times as what we paid. The floor was dirty and had not been vaccummed at all, there was a dead bug in the floor, there was no ice bucket for ice, the microwave was dirty, other than that it would have been allright.

This hotel that we stayed at was a very nice one. I loved the decor over all. The lodgy wilderness theme was a cute idea. The room did need a little more lighting. Be prepared, though, the beds are set somewhat high off the ground. Overall, I think that this would be one that I would keep going back to. Comfort Inn was full and recommended this Family Inn. This one was next to a popular place and it looked horrible on the outside. Luckily, we were able to get a room that was renovated to match the popular place beside it It was an alright room. The bathroom was desperately in need of an update and bug spray. My husband saw a couple of small bugs in […] the 2 night stay. It was not a good price a night and it should have been a lot less. I would not recommend the hotel until they really renovate the whole hotel including bathrooms. I loved the staff and cleaning crew. They were awesome. 더 보기

The hotel was ok but has aged. Some rooms appear remodeled but not all. No dead bolt on the door, which is not secure. Needs a new sign as the old has been blown out. A good upgrade and it will be just fine.

We loved the room, redone to give it that "cabin" feel. The ONLY complaint I have is that the beds were so hard, my back hurt each morning. Not comfortable. Otherwise, close to everything. We've stayed there before and will possibly stay there again.

The door of the room had been replaced with a hollow door and the secondary lock was not usable because it was broken loose from door. There was cracks at the top and bottom of the door (poor fit of door). There was lots of mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. The floor (blackened carpet and mildewed tile in bathroom).The pool was also mildewed/moldy […] and needed cleaned. There were a lot more places that looked cleaner and had advertised less expense rates throughout the same area. Cont. breakfast was mini honeybun. poor coffee(weak and poor quality) and watered down OJ that I poured out. Very poor overall upkeep of entire complex. 더 보기

excellent service

We thought this hotel is at good location on Parkway and paid a little more for it. Guess what we got instead? 1. Hotel at bad location (Need to drive everywhere) 2. Bad room 3. Practically no free breakfast 4. No internet

Made a great choice reserving early on 4th of July. Everyone was trying to get a room that night with no vacancies anywhere. I used to work for Family Inns back in 2003. They're still a little unorganized with their rooms but after a short call over the walkie they found me one just like I wanted. The front desk guy was friendly. Room seemed clean, […] air worked, tv worked, had a fridge and microwave even though I didn't request one. King size bed slept well and pool was great for a cheap motel. Was actually surprised by the sink counter top as it was granite or imitation granite and the tile in bathroom matched as well and made the room seem classy. I worked at different properties also owned by Family Inns but this is nicer than any I remember. Definitely recommended. 더 보기

The room was nice and clean, but what was annoying was the "free" breakfast coupons we received from the hotel to go to the Grand Inn Resort (think that's right). We waited in line forever for "free" biscuits/gravy OR pancakes with a purchase of a $5.95 drink, and if you just so happened to get anything more (which was all pretty crappy) it was like […] 8 or 9 bucks. Plus you wait 10 minutes to get the drink.. Skip it and go to the shoney's breakfast next door instead. Such a ripoff! Ok for a cheap hotel overall though. 더 보기

Well I got a really nice deal on this hotel and I wasn't expecting a whole lot. I was surprised at the price and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel room had a rustic cabin like look to it and it was in okay shape.
