The good: - Very spacious villa ( 3 bedroom ) - Very friendly staff - Nice swimming pool The bad: - Very small choice for breakfast ( spaghetti, rice, bread, egg, fruit mostly covers it ) Same every day - Located in a remote area which means you will need to take a taxi all the time Only 1 taxi company opposite of the hotel so during rush hour you might […] not be able to get a taxi and you can go nowhere ( they only have about 5 cars available ) If you book at the reception they will charge you crazy prices, better to go across the street and negotiate by yourself - The restaurant does not belong to the hotel and is cash only That means you will need to bring cash every time you go there for lunch or dinner - Maintenance is friendly but solves nothing. During the entire stay the air-conditioning produced a terrible smell ( maintenance checked but smell remained ). Conclusion: Despite the nice villa and very friendly staff too many bads. 더 보기

Absolutely gorgeous ... the rooms are beautiful (we had a two bedroom, two storey apartment). The hotel has one awards for the designs and you can clearly see why they have won. The pool was the main attraction. It is just like a postcard picture! Large pool and not at all crowded. I booked my reservations for the next day which was Chinese New Year. In other words, almost every hotel/resort in Phuket was booked full. The resort far exceeded our expectations. First off, it's quiet-very quiet. The pool is huge. The resort upgraded us for free to a penthouse suite: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, a jacuzzi patio. The suite […] must have been about 1500 square feet. Simply beautiful. The resort is not on the beach, but we didn't care. You can walk 2 minutes to a pier and hire a long tale boat to take you to a couple of small islands about a 15 minute boat ride away. We hope to make Club Yamu an annual tradition. 酒店的服务非常好，餐厅的食物也很丰富，无论是联排公寓还是独栋别墅都都给人高档社区的感觉，室内装修非常现代，个人很喜欢。只是地理位置比较偏僻，离市区和海滩有一段距离，不过酒店有专车可以送到Surin海滩的Twinpalms酒店去享受那里的沙滩和阳光，总体感觉还是很不错的。

部屋は日本人には大きい感じがしますが、デザインを含めてよいと思います。 チェックインした部屋の空調が効かず、クレームを出して部屋を変えてほしいと訴えると、なかなか受け入れてもらえず。最終的に1時間ほど交渉してようやくOK。 フロントから一番遠い部屋でしたが、夜10時ごろアイスを頼むと、人が居ないから取りに来てほしいとのこと。 　結局、これ以上のトラブルは面倒だと思い取りに行きました。。。 ハードは立派ですが、ソフト面は今まで宿泊したホテルの中ではかなり悪いと思います。 　翌日フロントで対応してくれた女性は、かなり気の利く方でした。。。 　スタッフそれぞれの対応で、ホテルへの印象はかなり変わってしまいますね。
