더 존 리젠시 호텔 바이 더 씨 (The Zon Regency Hotel By The sea) - 조호르 바루

호텔의 위치는 좋았으나 (바로 쇼핑몰과 연결, 싱가포르와 연결되는 다리와 가깝다.) 호텔의 위생상태는 최악! 5층의 아침식당은 곰팡이 핀 벽과 금이 간 벽, 그리고 쾌쾌한 냄새가 나는 복도의 카페트.(물론 군데 군데 얼룩도 있었음) 저는 14층에 투숙했는데, 욕실의 샤워커튼 역시 곰팡이가 피어있었네요. 미니바는 없었고요, 물은 제공됩니다. 제일 압권은 5층 바에서 밤마다 열리는 공연. 5층부터 객실 끝까지가 원형으로 뚫린 형태라(복도식 룸 형태) 밤 11시반에도 공연 소리가 방까지 다 들립니다. 객실과 객실 사이의 방음 역시 잘 안되는 상태고요. 무선 인터넷은 무료로 로비에서 아이디와 패스워드가 담긴 카드를 달라고 하면 […] 됩니다. 더 보기

Hotel reception poor, requested 2 twin bed but only got one bed in room, requested extra blanket, took hours to arrive a broken blanket, hotel extremely noisy. Overall not happy with service of hotel.

wonderful view of the surrounding area. the pool is very old and lots of children playing and screaming, very family friendly but not for those seeking a romantic time. the view from the breakfast area is spectacular but the setting and ambience is something from the 80s, very dated and unappealing. the buffet spread was generous but quality is only […] fair. the staff are surly, when i asked for an omelette, the chef didn't even bother to ask what i want in it and ask me to take from an earlier one he made. Not impressed! there is the smell of smoke on my floor and worse in my room! the bin to butt out is just outside my door. i never understood why they still allow smoking indoors in this day and age! there is nothing really to shop in the mall next to the hotel. unless u r into alcohol or chocolates where they are plenty but nothing u cannot get from ur own local supermarket. i don't know if the prices are worth shouting about. there is however a very good massage place by a catholic lady. she offers very reasonable rate and the migraine i had was relieved after her massage therapy... well worth every cent. 더 보기

the place is not well maintained. breakfast is lousy. adjacent shopping centre is deserted. location not convenient for shoppers

Checked in & was attended in abt 5 mins as i was 3rd in line. Thats pretty fast. Asked for a seaview room & was told theres an extra charge of RM20. Thought its quite fair price to pay for seaview. Room was pretty neat, bed comfortable. Only gross was the toiletries provided had only 1 toothbrush when we are 2 checking in. Thought its quite standard […] to provide double toothbrushes. The reception called up after about 15 mins to check whether we are comfortable and alright with the room. Thought its a nice touch. When we wanted to surf the net thru the hotel wireless internet, called the reception & in just under 2 mins, a staff came up with a card that contains the necessary info for it., thats pretty quick service. Good plus point for this hotel is the duty free shopping centre is right with the hotel itself & theres lots of eating places in the hotel and others in close proximity. All in all, good service from the hotel staff and also its location scores points. Will definately go back again & recommend it to friends too. 더 보기

that's quite a good stay in Zon Regency. but the only problem i found was that the rooms are surrounding the live music hall. so u won't have a silent night before 11.00pm. other than that should be fine and highly recommended. cheers...

Night noise is extremely loud from the open centre hall. Overall is good, except for the strict restriction in 16th floor for breakfast that no kids allow though it is a weekend. 5th floor breakfast food quality is just average, shortage of cutlery, seating area is bad as it is far out to the lobby area. Food top up is slow during meal time.

I've waited almost 30 minutes standing in the queue just to get the receptionist to serve me. Moreover, the first impression the receptionist gave me was extremely bad. It was finally my turn and yet she just continue doing her own things and left me standing in front of her for 5 minutes until she finally wanted to serve me and gave me my room keys. […] This kind of service attitude is totally unacceptable. Room cleanliness is fairly acceptable although near the corner of the room, some popcorn was found unclean and the toilet basin was stained which unknown dirt. Next was the room service, I've ordered food as room service, it was yet another bad experience. I've waited an hour for my potato wedges but it didn't arrive yet. I called the operator again and was told that they was just about to cook the food i ordered. What kind of service is this? This is my last and only time I'm going stay in this hotel again. 더 보기

Perussiisti hotelli taksimatkan päässä kauppakeskuksesta.

Mycket bra hotell med alla faciliteter man kan önska. Hotellbyggnaden är fantastisk med en innegård innehållande både bar och scen. Nära till shopping och till genuina Malaysiska restauranger alldeles utanför hotellet. Utmärkt rum med mycket skön dubbelsäng. Rent och fräscht både i rummet och i hotellet för övrigt. Trevlig personal.

HOTEL内で毎日ショーがあり、大きな免税店もあり、部屋から海が見え、徒歩1分以内にレストラン街があったので、便利で退屈しませんでした。 朝のビュッフェも、種類が多く楽しめました。 ただ、部屋でインターネットが使えるとのことでしたが、結局使えなかった
