We stayed at Marionettas for 9 nights and found it to be a real bargain and a pleasurable and accommodating environment. The staff was outstanding and very helpful and the owner was charming. While small, everything was very pretty from the central courtyard, pool and gardens to the large and well tended rooms. We met visitors from all over the world […] and really enjoyed making so many new friends. The location is within easy walking distance of the Central Square and Passeo Montejo and we recommend it to anyone going to Merida. 더 보기

This Hotel was Great! The Staff was very helpful and made us feel at Home. Helped with Cab to Airport at 5;00 IN THE MORNING. The Breakfast was fantastic. Would go back again. Also recommend it to my Friends.

The lobby as well as the rooms of the hotel are charming and extremely clean. The beautifully landscaped courtyard contains the serving area and adjacent kitchen which are quiet and pleasant, a welcome refuge from the busy surrounding area. The pool is rather small but very clean and nice. The staff are friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. They […] patiently helped me with problems I had making outgoing calls, and when asked to recommend a good restaurant nearby, sent us to the "chaya maya", within walking distance and by far our favorite restaurant not only in Merida, but in all of Mexico. Merida is a truly wonderful city in the heart of the Yucatan and Hotel Marionetas is a gem. The rooms are large, well-appointed and very comfortable. Decorated nicely but without a lot of clutter. The service is lovely and the breakfast/garden area is a wonderful way to start your day.

We stayed 4 nights and we were very pleased with this little oasis in the middle of Merida. It was very calm, beautiful and they had such a friendly staff. The hotel is located at 5 minutes walk from the center plaza.

Acceuil très sympatique, il y a toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil pour vous donner de bons conseils. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll, sauber und gepflegt, in einer guten Lage. Es gibt einen zum Hotel gehörenden bewachten Parkplatz. Der Innenhof ist sehr hübsch. Es gibt einen Pool mit mehreren Liegen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und liebevoll zubereitet.

ホテル自体は値段相応なのですが、細かいところに配慮が行き届いたルームセッティングでとても快適に滞在することができました。 朝ごはん、フルーツ山盛りでてきたのが嬉しかったです。

Genial hotel en cuanto a su aspecto. Habitaciones espaciosas y muy bonitas. El único pero a ponerle es que no hay puerta en el lavabo y resta intimidad si se comparte la habitación con otra persona... Un poco más de presión en el agua de la ducha tampoco estaría mal.

a las 3 de la manana mi hija se enfermo y nos ayudaron, mandaron llamar a un excelente doctor. al otro dia se nos poncho la llanta y nos auxiliaron.

Para los que buscan quietud y armonía con atención de primera.

La psicina no funcionaba y eso fue un mega downer, pero lo demás fue excelente. En especial el servicio y el desayuno.

Nous sommes repartis enchantés de notre séjour de Mérida et notamment grâce à l'hôtel Marionetas. Si on peut regretter l'emplacement légèrement excentré, le reste est au point. La chambre que nous avons eu était très propre et bien équipé, l'hôtel est bien entretenu le petit déjeuner était à la fois bon et bien proportionné, et le tout pour un prix […] tout à fait raisonnable. Typical and charming hotel...so pretty!!! Lovable fusion of Mexican and Maroccain style/furniture. Nice swimming pool and very friendly staff. I definetly recommend it!

The hotel is very nice. Property is small and well-kept. Very appreciated the internal pool. Everything is clean and the breakfast is tasty though not abundant. Unfortunately several rooms in the hotel are next to a very noisy hydraulic pump, which makes quite difficult to relax and sleep at night.
