패밀리 인 사이공 호텔 (Family Inn Saigon) - 호치민 시티

호텔은 외관과 조식에 있어서 주위의 어떤 호텔보다 뛰어나다. 직원들 서비스도 주위의 어떤 호텔보다 뛰어나다. 하지만 사용하는 세면도구들은 너무 낡았고 청소상태는 그냥 그렇다 이호텔이 더 좋은 호텔로 발돋움 하려면 아니 주위의 모든 호텔들도 정신차려서 새벽 시간에 방문을 열고 음주 가무를 하는 행위, TV를 크게 들어놓은 행위, 콜걸을 부르는 행위등을 적정하게 통제하여야 좋은 호텔로 받돋움 할 것으로 보인다. 솔직히 가족들이 함께 이곳의 호텔을 이용하는것은 추천하지 않는다.

호텔은 편리한 위치에 있고 조식은 좋으나 웹상에서 묘사한 것은 어디에도 없었습니다. 에어콘은 작동하지 않았고 시내 전경도 볼 수 없도록 객실 창문이 전혀 없었습니다. 호텔 직원은 불만 사항에 대해 수용적이지도 않았습니다. 한 주 일찍 머물렀는데 업그레이드를 했으나 웹사이트 상의 업그레이드 룸 설명에도 전혀 가깝지 않았습니다. 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것이고 근처에 비슷한 가격에 더 좋은 시설을 가진 호텔이 있습니다.

새벽 2시에 도착하긴 했지만 체크인시 능률은 오전 9시에 기대되는 것과 똑같았습니다. 깨끗하고 환대하며 사치스럽지 않은 로비./리셉션이 잘 정돈된 라운지 바가 덧 붙혀 있습니다. 한가지 개선할 사항은 가능하다면 매우 느린 12층을 오르락 내리락 하나는 엘리베이터가 단 한개 있다는 것입니다. 아주 널찍하고, 깨끗하며, 에어콘이 잘 되고 아주 편리한 침대가 있고 널찍하게 잘 정렬된 커다란 화장실이 있으며 기본적이긴 하나 편안한 가구로 구비되어있습니다. 호텔 조식은 어느 곳 보다 좋으며 직원은 예의바르고 정중합니다. 모든 것이 구비되어 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 거의 택시로 2분 이며 10분 걸을 정도인데 꼭 이곳에 돌아 올 […] 것이고 평범한 여행객에게 추천합니다. 더 보기

We stayed several nights in 2 senior deluxe rooms. Rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was nice, although by the end of 2 weeks in Vietnam less fried foods would have been very welcome. NOTE: only one lift to service the whole building and it is very slow. So many times we walked/ran up/down 9 floors rather than put […] up with the interminable wait. Staff are friendly and helpful, but don't always truly understand what you are actually asking for. Due to a housekeeping blunder our laundry wasn't taken to be done and so once discovered we had to pay a 50% surcharge to have it done in an acceptable timeframe. While it isn't a lot of money in the scheme of things it was their fault and we were made to pay to fix it - having stayed in several hotels in Vietnam on this trip it's not the standard of service we had become accustomed to. 더 보기

The staff at the Hotel were amazing, always helpful and friendly. The travel agent and guide were excellent, efficient and a god send. For us, it was a short city stay whilst visiting the Chu Chi Tunnels and War Museum. Sure, overall great. I'm personally, and I realise that I'm the odd man out, at least semi-allergic to tipping but the bell boy was fairly demanding. Every other employee I came in contact with was absolutely wonderful.

friendly staffs and great locations. just a small thing is slow elevator, recomended!

We lost the charger to our tablet computer, and the staff were more than helpful, and called and drove around the city to get us a new one. And they did not ask for more than what the cable cost. The hotel is central in district one, and is worth the cost for a three star hotel.

My room had no window. The were not able to give me a 1.5 hour late checkout. They could only give me one key. They did have a nice breakfast room on the 12th floor, but it ends at 9.30 am.

Stayed here three times - twice as part of OAT trip and once on our own when we returned from Siem Reap. Room 902 was great but 905 was pretty small with no window. Its a long walk to downtown.Hotel was clean and breakfast in the pent house was very nice,

The Family Inn Saigon is a great place to stay with children. Convient location, big rooms with WIFI and very friendly staff. The breakfasts always had a good variety for everyone.

Came with a friend and we each had rooms back from the street so without windows but this is an advantage as it makes it much quieter. The rooms are comfortable and a reasonable size, the breakfast was very good with both Western and Vietnamese options and good coffee. The […] location is great there is a fantastic bar and restaurant a couple of doors down (MZ Cafe and another on the street back from the hotel. To the north in front of the park there is a great Vietnamese restaurant with the plastic chairs on the roadside with ridiculously cheap beers (Saigon, Heineken, San Miguel). Within easy walking distance is Ben Thanh market, the Presidential Palace, War Museum, Peoples Community Hall and more. 酒店的服务态度都很不错哦。最推荐的是它的屋顶餐厅。早餐可以在一个三面有窗的topfloor上享用，是一大享受，plus早餐也很丰富哦。房间的硬件设施也不错，卫生间很干净很舒服。Wifi很方便。

对酒店整体印象不错，早餐食品及服务质量有待改进，门童及前台服务不错。临街的房间真的很吵，建议更换双层隔音玻璃窗。

Sista natten i Vietnam efter 14 dagar på olika boende. Detta var sämst. Fick först rum utan fönster vilket vi lyckades byta till rum efter vissa påtryckningar. Upplevde hotellet som opersonligt och kommer definitivt leta annat boende vid nästa vistelse i Saigon.

飯店位置最令我讚賞的, 就是旁邊那個大公園, 一早就吸引我前往運動, 而且可以觀察到越南民族人文文化的一部份. 唯一美中不足的是, 這兩天碰到了電梯故障的糗事, 其中一次還得自底下爬樓梯到10樓. 其他早餐及服務都令人滿意, 下次我還是會選擇她, 作為我在胡志明市區休閒度假的住宿點.
