환불이 불가능한 조건으로 저렴한 가격에 이용했습니다. 전반적인 시설은 훌륭한 편이나 쿤타스트릿이나 비치와는 거리가 조금 있고 주변 거리가 어두워 외출때는 택시를 타야 했습니다.

도착시 주는 환영 음료는 좋았고 조식 선택은 아주 다양하고 풍부하며 수영장을 편리했습니다. 서비스는 훌륭했고 빨랐으나 호텔 이웃은 그렇게 유쾌하지 않았고 해변으로의 거리는 걷기에 가깝지는 않았습니다.

파트너와 나는 수영장 전망 스위트에 7일간 머물렀는데 아름다운 경험이었습니다. 직원은 친절하고 매우 호의적입니다. 조식은 보통이나 식당의 음식은 훌륭했으며 아주 좋아서 3일 식당에서 연속으로 먹었습니다. 안 좋은 점은 모페드를 타면 멀지 않아도 Kuta 광장과 해변에서 약간 걷기에는 멀다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔을 추천하는 바 입니다.

발리 방문은 처음입니다. 아는 사람에게 서로 다른 후기를 들었는데 인터넷 상에서 후기를 읽었습니다. 이 호텔을 선택한 주된 이유는 가격과 인터넷 상에서의 사진 때문입니다. (호텔 룸의 청결이 주된 요소) 성인 3명이던 우리는 Bali Kuta에 6일간 머물렀습니다. 호텔 체크인 시 약간 복잡함이 있었습니다. Superio 룸을 온라인으로 예약했는데 성인 3명 가격을 지불했습니다. 도착해서 체크인을 하려 할 때 접객 직원이 Superior 는 너무 작아 성인 3명을 위해 여분의 침대를 놓기가 어렵다고 했습니다. 차후에 부가 비용 없이 원 배드 스위트로 친절히 업그레이드 해 주었습니다.(성인 3명 가격을 완전히 지불 했기에 […] 숨겨진 요금이 있는지 없는 지를 알아내는 것이 아주 싫었습니다.) 객실은 아주 깨끗했고 현대적이며 필요한 시설이 제공되었습니다. WIFI 무료 사용이 객실에서 가능했고 아주 빨랐습니다.(덤으로 주어진 듯) 호텔 직원은 예의 바르고 세심하며 특별히 하우스키핑 직원이 그러했습니다.(우리가 지나 갈 때 항상 웃음으로 대하면서 하던 일을 멈추었습니다.) 호텔은 스파와 마사지 시설이 있는데 적극 추천합니다. 발리 다른 곳에서 지불해야 하는 것 이상이긴 해도 그럴 가치가 있습니다. 호텔 음식과 음료는 합리적인 가격에 수용할만한 품질이었습니다. 부정적 피드백이라면 아마도 위치에 대한 것 일 것입니다. 호텔은 주요 도로까지 걸어서 약5분 정도의 작은 거리에 있으나 호텔 인도는 관리가 잘 안되었습니다. 인도에는 깨진 배수구가 많았는데 인도를 이용하는 사람에게는 아주 해로웠고 밤에는 거리등이 충분하지 않았습니다. 호텔에 흠 잡을 것은 없지만 차후 사용자를 위해 지역 당국자에게 알려야 할 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 발리와 이 호텔 숙박을 즐겼습니다. 차후 이 호텔에 다시 머물면 좋을 것이라 생각하고 주저없이 결정할 것입니다. 더 보기

10 minute walk to central Kuta, 20 mins to Matarhari shopping centre, Great pool and 50% off happy hour. Good quality breakfast and wifi works well. Fantastic staff and good choice of movie channels. Taxis are easy to catch out front of Hotel.

Hotel very clean and service was great.King size bed was very comfortable, BUT not enough lighting in the bedroom. nice breakfast. but the surroundings are nothing. but with a motorbike will make things easier.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in junior suite for 9 days and the stay was very pleasant.Hotel very clean inside out and service was great.King size bed was very comfortable.Hotel is located in side street with lot of traffic but we hired a scooter and it was very easy to get around as everything is close.If you like to walk then everything is about 15-20 […] min away.The bad thing about the hotel was restaurant food at Pink pepper.Breakfast is not that good.maybe not my taste but very differnt than what western people are used to. not just the hotel everywhere in Bali.If u plan on drinking at the hotel is still cheap but you would be better off getting youn own bottle prior to coming there. room service is yum and fast.pool is also nice but buliding very tall so not always sunny. Im sorry to say we were not impressed. We booked this room last minute as we decided to arrive in bali a day earlier than planned. After a long trip from NZ we finally got to the hotel, only to be told that they did not have our booking..even though we had already paid! We were told that the hotel was fully booked but after an hour waiting in the hot […] lobby at 10.30pm, i had to request for a welcome drink. A room was eventually found for us although it was not the one that we had booked online. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was revolting! Served in a non air conditioned area. The rooms all faced towards each other which was awful since it was raining and the balcony was tiny. We were very glad to be leaving this hotel after our one night stay and were very happy at our new hotel for the rest our 8 night holiday. 더 보기

This was more like a really good 3star than a 4star hotel. We booked a standard room which was fully booked when we arrived but they kindly upgraded us to a junior suite which was really nice. The junior suite's decor was not really to my taste but thats personal. The bathroom smelt of urine and cigarettes and stayed during the whole duration of our […] stay. The room did not have a safe and when we requested one they said they were limited and offered the main reception one for our valuables. They said there is a security camera in reception but I still did not feel safe so we just locked our suitcase with our valuables in it every time we left our room. PROS: The breakfast was good quality. The pool is really nice. The staff were nice. The fact they upgraded us. CONS: More like 10-15 walk to the beach than the 5mins advertised. They do have a free shuttle service but it was inconvenient hours for late risers like us (8am, 10am and then 15pm). To get to the beach you have to turn right out of the hotel and the road is really badly paved with wobbly bricks which can be especially dangerous at night as only car lights light up the road. This of course is not the hotel's fault but we did not like walking down this road to and from the beach. DIRECTIONS TO BEACH: Turn right of hotel and at end of road turn right. Keep walking, walking...if you see lots of shops on either side you're going in the right direction..keep walking and you'll soon hit it. That road is probably 10mins long. I wouldn't recommend this hotel purely because I don't think its worth the price and the location is a bit far from the beach, but it really is a nice okay hotel. Quite a walk to Kuta. The food at the resort(if you can call it that) was not good. The pool was not very appealing with the green tiles. Customer Service did not seem very interested in us. I wouldn't stay there again.

Not enough lighting in the bedroom. There is no light provided at the writing table. Have to depend on the light emitted from the bathroom, bed lamps and wardrobe lighting. Service from the waiters/waittress at the Pink & Pepper restaurant is poor. Food range limited.

In first days the funny Karaoke of yours at the first floor made me mad! It was very funny that your colleagues put a loud noisy Karaoke which was bothering us in 5th floor! I had to ask it in 3 constant nights to reduce that noisy voice of the Karaoke. Furthermore, a miracle of them quite disappointed me. Just imagine that after a whole day swimming […] in ocean and an oily massage you come back to your room with very tired condition and suddenly you discovered that your room does not have hot water !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe that having hot water is the most basic service even in 1 star hotels!!! The funniest point is that, I spoke to the hotel manager and she said me that the hot water will be open in 1 hour!!!! I am wondering how I could ask my wife to wait hot water to be open for 1 hour in the bath room of a 4 star hotel !!! . Tiene muy buena ubicacion si busca estar en un lugar tranquilo pero a una distancia prudente ya sea para caminar o ir en taxi al centro de Kuta donde esta lleno de turistas (principalmente Australianos) La gente es muy amigable y el hotel muy limpio en general. 整体上还不错，但靠马路边的房间不安定，整晚都能听见摩托车驶过的声音。
