세련된 Room lay-out과 최상의 청결상태를 느끼게 한 가격대비 한 차원 높은 객실상태여서 아주 만족스러웠다. 단지 조그만 흠은 불필요하게 Deposit 개념으로 20불을 temporarily charge하는 시스템은 게스트에게 피곤함을 증가시켰다.

Great stay, However, had Marriotte reward card and they wouldn't help me get the points.....Not cool.......

The hotel room is very modern. I loved that I didn't get that old time dirty feeling from it. It was def clean. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood. There are a lot of restaurants and Walmart is very close. Ok now the negative- They advertise complimentary bottled water on their site, however we […] didn't have any in our room. I mentioned we didn't have any bottled water to front desk, and she said that they don't have complimentary water, but I could purchase some from the "Market". The drain in the tub drained extremely slow. When you take a shower, you are standing in a tub full of dirty water. After your shower it took about 5-6 minutes for the water to drain out the bathtub. It took almost an hour and 3 call backs to get an iron. The 1st housekeeper that originally asked did we need our room serviced looked surprised and upset that we said yes. I was kind of shocked by that because she clearly asked. The last negative with this hotel was that the breakfast buffet was not what was told to us. We were told that it consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, hash browns etc, but when breakfast was served there was no bacon, eggs, and the sausage was not pork sausage patties nor pork sausage links, but was chopped up smoked sausage. Overall the hotel was very clean and I would stay again just will make sure that the bathtub drained properly. 더 보기

Indoor pool could have been warmer but overall was an excellent hotel.

in and out no problems.. clean room, lots of places to eat within walking distance, wifi, breakfast, close to interstate ramp... all that I needed.

Everything about this hotel was awesome! It is being cleaned daily, staff is neat and courteous, the whole experience was awesome!

I was very impressed with this new hotel. I stayed In a executive king suite and it was amazingly spacious and had all the amenities to make an extended stay very comfortable. It was very clean, the breakfast was not your typical complimentary breakfast- there were a bunch of hot and cold options. I booked this hotel for me and my girlfriend and we both loved it. The room was very modern and very clean. The hotel had almost everything right around it so you didn't have to drive very far. We had a great time and we will most definitely be staying here again.

We recently stayed at the property for a quick overnight break in our trip - 2 adults and 1 child. New, appealing decor, very comfortable bed. Even the pull out sofa bed was okay - they're usually complete back breakers. Staff was helpful and checkin/checkout was quick. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pelham is clean,comfortable and looks fairly new. I would highly recommend it. My family I enjoyed everything about this hotel. I would certainly revisit this hotel and would recommend to others.

The hotel was exceptionally well maintained and very clean. The staff was wonderful in making sure of a quick check in and out process as well as making sure your room was good. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked and open until 10 am. Check out was not until noon which is great if you want to sleep in for a bit.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway this past weekend! The hotel was spotless and all of the staff members were extremely helpful. The room was immaculate and we had plenty of room to move around in and be comfortable. It was also convienent to several different shopping areas so while my husband went to work, I got to go play! It was perfect!

This hotel is really top notch. Great fitness room with weights which you seldom see anymore. Comprehensive continental breakfast and an awesome breakfast attendant. Stayed there with my twin three year olds, breakfast was more than ample for our needs. Nice pool, surrounding area is safe and easy. Visit Margarita Grill via parking lot, great food, easy access.

Easy access to I65, newer hotel, clean, great heated indoor pool, good breakfast. Recommend.

What else could you want? A clean, new room, a great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, free internet. We'd definitely stay again.

Check-in and out was great. We were called to see if we liked our room. The bathroom was big and clean. Great indoor pool and great continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

less than a year old, clean and neat. Staff all very professional and welcoming. Morning breakfast was above average. Just of I-65, with lots of places to eat, get gas etc

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. I definitely want to stay there again.

While traveling on HWY 65 we booked a room at this hotel. Very convenient location to highway, lots of restaurants close, beautiful hotel, new, very comfortable mattresses because this is a new hotel (less than 2 yrs. old).
