I've found Holiday Inn Express motels to be a great place to stay with my family in the past and the one in Plainville is no exception. The location is a bit out of the way, but was well worth the few minutes extra drive. Plus we had a great dinner just down the road at a local spot called "The Tavern". I was very happy with my stay. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and very spacious. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again.

The only reason the cleanness rating was lower than the rest of the ratings was due to the bed skirting looked dirty and stained. The rest of our stay at the Holiday Inn was great.

Recently redecorated. The hotel was clean and the young lady at the check-in desk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast area was a bit awkward where the food was offered, but a very nice assortment. Great value.

Hotel was not to far from boston. a complete new hotel. room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 1 baby with pack and play bed.

Really nice hotel, very clean and really nicely decorated - still has the "new" smell to the rooms. Very friendly staff and very helpful in getting directions etc. Only item detracted from the overall stay - the noise from the traffic outside was quite loud. I would recommend a room facing the back o fthe hotel.

First of all, hotel shades do not close, they are stapled in place. The view out the window is of a run down trailer park. You can hear your neighbors thru the walls. We were woke up at about 5 am with people above up jumping off the beds and running around. Doors slamming and people talking very loud in the hotel at very early hours. The walls looked […] like a basketball court after team with black soled shoes were done running on them, I don't know how you even manage these marks. There were holes in the doors from previous things they may have had hung up and they didn't bother patching. There's just no general upkeep after they did their renovations. Overall, I would rather pay to stay at a motel closer to Gillette than travel the extra miles and stay a little further away. 더 보기

The staff were great too! The parking lot was pretty packed because the hotel was booked up due to the October snowstorm, so the front desk clerk went out and moved her car to make room for guests! Outstanding!

This was a nice hotel - fairly new so that's always good. It was upgraded and had a vast television channel selection which was great! It was like the entire basic package you would have at home plus movie channels. The only cons were that there wasn't a microwave and/or refrigerator in the room and no hotel pantry to buy snacks, etc... Great location- a few minutes from the Premium Outlet. Clean and very new hotel. Rooms are spacious. Concierge was very helpful.

Brand new hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were amazing and helped wherever possible. Must have a car if you go to this hotel as there are no amenities in walking distance. Great hotel to stop at for Patriot games as it is very close to Gillette Stadium.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's comfort and cleanliness. The room was very comfortable, reasonably priced and even though it had been built a year and a half ago it seemed brand new. Nice, clean hotel. Very close to Six Flags and the Baseball / Football stadiums. Several nice restaurants close by too. Would stay again but need a car to get anywhere.

Hotel was nice for overnight work. not too much to do around there unless you are a Patriot fan!

We were staying for a Patriots Pre-season game at Foxboro and were delighted with the ease and brand new condition of the hotel. Front desk was helpful and courteous! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

A high standrad hotel but the surrondings not so nice!

We chose this hotel when we were attending an event at the Gillette Stadium and it ended up being an excellent choice - only 5 miles from the Stadium. Front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing advice regarding local restaurants and directions.

My daughter and I booked this hotel for a one night stay. We were going to a concert at the Comcast Center. Personnel were very courteous, hotel was in "as new" condition, rooms were comfortable and clean. Internet access was quick and easy. Stayed here with my mother and sister after attending a concert at Gillette Stadium. The stadium is just down the road (about 10 minutes without traffic - with event traffic it took us 1 hr and 15 minutes from parked car to hotel room). Very clean and updated hotel and seems like new. They have a shuttle to the stadium for events but it was booked by […] the time we found out about it. Had gone to a show at the Comcast Center that night and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very pleasent, even at our terribly late check in! The room was very clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable! Continental breakfast the next morning was adequate. Wonderful stay and a great deal too! I will gladly stay again!

This is a great choice if you need to be in the Providence/Boston area and don't mind a 30 minute or so drive. It was worth it for a nice, clean modern hotel that was very affordable for the region. Staff were extremely pleasant. Highly recommend!

This hotel worked great for us. We were traveling south but needed a place to stay that was close to shopping. Being a few minutes from the outlet mall made it ideal. The room was nice and modern and even though it was on the small size, it fit 2 adults and 2 kids, in 2 queen beds. My only complaint was that our room looked out onto a trailer park. The […] free breakfast had lots of choices. Everything was just OK - about what you'd expect for a free, hotel breakfast. With the hot breakfast buffet (which wasn't bad) and the comfortable beds and cleanliness, this was a great buy for the money. Unless you're going to Gillette Stadium or have other business in the area to attend to, though, the area is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Dinner in the bar at Lafayette's was excellent. We stayed in this hotel as it was close to the Wretham outlet. Very convenient and also close to some other shops. The hotel is new and quite nice but they already need maintenance as the bathtub faucet was loose. It did not affect our use so I did not formally complain.
