Our room was spotless, the beds were wonderful, and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We walked to the square every day, although buses and cabs were also an option. Would highly recommend this hotel. I travel frequently to Krakow, and this is by far the best hotel there.

I recommend this hotel highly. It was spotless, the staff was more than accomodating, friendly and helpful. We visited as tourists and desk staff had suggestions and maps and terrific advice about where to go, what to see, how to get there, how much to pay. The buffet breakfast is exceptional with anything you could imagine. We would fuel up in the […] morning and be able to keep going through a 6 hour sightseeing/walking marathon before needing a snack. Had dinner at the Globe Restaurant and were very satisfied. On a bus line, about nice 20 minute walk from the Main Square or the Jewish Quarter and a 5 minute bus ride to the Bonarka Mall the location was good, very quiet. The walk was nice as there are many shops and cafes and restaurants to explore. Our Junior Suite overlooked the Vistula River and Wawel Castle and had a lovely view. My only concern would be if you were visiting in the middle of winter it would be a cold, difficult walk to get to the Main Square or Wawel Castle for sightseeing. 더 보기

We arrived at the hotel around 5am that day and were greeted by a nice friendly staff at the reception. We were extremely thankful that we were allowed to check in early in the morning without extra charges! I especially like the service at the buffet breakfast. Seeing that my favourite brie cheese is no longer available, I asked one of the waitress […] about it. She asked the kitchen and ended up bringing me a whole brie cheese and wanted me to have it all! Great service! *thumbs up* Despite the location slightly away from the old town square, it is very close to Wawel Castle. This hotel was excellent - the buffet breakfast was lovely and the meal we had in the restauant was delicious. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We throughly enjoyed our stay and it wasn't far from the main square - there was lots to do and see in Krakow - we were very impressed.

Our family had such a great experience at this hotel. With the name like 'Hilton' it comes with high expectations and this hotel staff definitely met those expectations. Not only was it a wonderful and clean hotel, but also the staff was exceptional! The staff was genuinely nice to us. Having never traveled to Poland we were unsure what we would encounter and decided to take comfort in a known hotel chin with hotel.com but at an amazing rate. EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATIONS, THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE, THE ONLY SHORT COMING WAS THE 18 MINUTE WALK TO WAWEL CASTLE.

I stayed at this hotel in August for 3 nights and got a fantastic deal that included breakfast. The room was clean and had all the things you could need, including fantastic toiletries in the bathroom. I'd been doing a lot of travelling so the laundry facilities were very handy too. I rarely order room service but had arrived late and the meals were […] very reasonably priced. The hotel also has a little shop downstairs where you can get snacks, laundry powder etc, which is great and not expensive. It's about a 15 minute, straightforward, walk into the old town. It's also near plenty of trams and buses. All the staff were really lovely and helpful and spoke excellent English. There was a great selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast time. I got a taxi to the airport using the hotels recommended service and it was also a very good price. I would definitely stay here again. 더 보기

Best hotel i have stayed in for a very long time and at the price it is hard to beat.

The hotel was very good value for money and the staff were as helpful as possible. The walk into the centre is not 20 minutes but more like 35 minutes and the walk back seems longer? We have been coming to Ktrakow once a year since 1992 so we know all the hotels, new and old. This one is one of the best.Yes it is a bit far out but not if you like a […] wlak,Ask for a room high up and at the back of the hotal as lower down road noise will/may keep you awake. You should also try to eat out in the city or at the edge of the city. Be careful when borrowing the hotel umbrellas, we were given broken umbrellas and they tried to charge us for replacements. Take your own as it always rains.

We stayed there for 4 nights; two adults + 3yo. The hotel staff is very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was great (the cooks are very nice to kids), the room was comfortable and well furnished. The beds and bathroom were very comfortable. Excellent facilities and service, and good breakfast choice, but hotel location not very convenient - a bit of a trek into the centre of Krakow and not well-provided for by public transport

Excellent hotel, very nice in all respects. Stayed for four nights in April 2011 and loved it. The inclusive breakfast was really very good and had choices for all tastes including the british. The only downside is that it really is a 25min walk to the main town square, that said, there is a bus stop opposite the hotel which only takes about 5 - 10mins […] walk. to get to. Taxi's are available outside the main enterence of the hotel and the nearest tram stop is 5 - 10mins walk. All in all an excellent place to stay 더 보기

Ett förstklassigt hotell som ligger på promenad avstånd från centrum. En taxi kostar ca 24 kr till centrum. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell! Micke & Heléne

Hotel předčil naše očekávání - je nový, pečlivě udržovaný v naprosté čistotě, příjemný mladý perzonál. Pokoje odhlučněné, moderně a pohodlně zařízené, Wifi i kabel na internet zdarma(v přízemí i místnůstka se třemi počítači a možností tisku, zřejmě zdarma) a další vychytávky, jako konvice + pár sáčků čaje a kávy na pokoji, lednička bez minibaru - k […] zakoupení u recepce, výrobník ledu, péřový polštář a druhý polštář s dutým vláknem, klimatizace+topení velmi dobře funkční, čistič bot na patře, bezplatný parking venku (za poplatek v podzemní garáži), mapa a průvodce Krakowem od recepční.. Perfektní snídaně, aspoň 5 druhů naprosto čerstvého pečiva, když šunka tak od kosti, kuchař udělá i ometu či palačinku. Akorát hotel nemá bazén a mínusem poloha u čtyřproudé silnice..přesto dobré výchozí místo k poznávání památek, k Wavelu jen 15 minut a na náměstí 25 minut chůze (z toho úsek kolem silnice se dá jet i autobusem jednu zastávku), do židovské čtvrti taky 20 min na druhou stranu od hotelu, kolem Visly pěkná procházka. Hela resan blev succe. Snabb flygresa och transfer, välskött och fräscht hotell samt trevlig tjänstvillig personal.Frukosten var superbra. Resan blev ju inte sämre av att prisnivån är lägre än i Sverige

設備などについては申し分ない．またロケーションもOld Townからほどよく離れていて，騒がしさを避けることができる．ただ，次の2点の改善が必要 １）禁煙階，禁煙室にも係わらず，たばこに匂いが漂っている．これはエアコンダクトが喫煙室とつながっているためではないかと思われる．非喫煙者にとっては苦痛であり，早急な改善が必要 ２）エアコン調整のインストラクションが難しい．操作盤のサインが複雑で，エアコン設定がよく判らない．試行錯誤することになる．もっとシンプルな表示のエアコンが望ましい．

we had a very best time during the conference at this hotel. I recommend it to every tourist to choose it....

Hotellet var trevligt och fräscht. Frukostbuffén var jättebra och hade bra varor.

Riktigt bra hotell och den bästa personalen vi mötte under våra tre veckor i Europa. Strax utanför Krakow så inte för den late men tar bara 10min att promenera till Centrum och det är en mysig promenad så kommer alltid att bo här när jag är i Krakow! Grym frukost och bra att gym-alternativ fanns även om det var begränsat utbud. Glöm inte att besöka […] Auschwitz. 더 보기

Das einzige, was wirklich zu bemaengeln ist, ist die Lage des Hotels: an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse mit Ausblick auf eine Ruine. Bis in die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 20 min. zu Fuss. Ansonsten entspricht alles so ziemlich dem Niveau eines typischen 4 Sterne Hauses: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit extrem bequemen Betten, fantastisches […] Fruehstueck, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Wuerde auf jeden Fall wieder das Hilton Garden Inn waehlen und es auch anderen empfehlen. Abschliessend noch ein paar Saetze zu Krakau selbst: die historische Altstadt mit dem Wawel gehoert wohl zweifellos zu den schoensten Kulturleistungen in Europa und bleibt einem sicher lange im Gedaechtnis. Die restliche Innenstadt sollte allerdings dringend renoviert werden: Der Zustand mancher Gebaeude im Judenviertel Kazimierz und auch anderswo ist erschreckend und entspricht nicht mitteleuropaeischem Niveau. Polens Top Destination Nr. 1 sollte sich hier ein Beispiel an den anderen grossen Staedten (zB. Warschau, Posen, Breslau, Danzig) im Land machen, wo auch die Viertel ausserhalb der Altstadt einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen. 더 보기
