La Sapiniere - 발 다비드

Enjoyed a one night stay. The hotel has very spacious rooms. Ample heat in the winter. Good clean and basic accomodation. Price is very reasonable. Rooms have been well maintained and updated. It's nestled off highway 117 in a picturesque area. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel reminded me of a lovely French Country Inn. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but sat in a very beautiful setting in the Laurentian mountains area, right on a small lake. It's a great place for a family or romantic getaway. The public area was large and spacious and beautifully decorated in a country style. There was also a spa (hot […] tub) available for guests, which we did not try. We also did not eat in the large dining room/restaurant. Our guest room was large and spacious and nicely decorated in a more homey kind of style than I have seen in many hotels. The windows opened, which was a plus. There was wifi but only in the public area, not in the guest rooms, which was a negative for us. Staff were friendly and helpful, and willing to speak English to American guests who knew little French! We just stayed over night here on our way to another destination, but I would come back here if ever in this area again, and I would recommend it to other travelers if within their budget. 더 보기

We enjoyed our short stay at La Sapiniere this October 2011. The hotel lounges are comfortable, especially the vintage one with fireplace, piano and log cabin style including a nice view onto the small lake. If you are looking for a place to just relax this will work for you . The staff is pleasant and the hotel is clean . But it is showing its age and does seem to attract Families an older crowd 60+ It is to far from the night life of the laurentians and a bit pricey that is why I probably will not return in the near future

Air conditioning "not working" while there, as well as pool heater "not working" ..Hotel obviousy trying to save a few bucks in electric bills. Staff courteous, dinner and breakfast overllooking man-made lake was nice. Very nice quality of meal and great wine list-wished the room would have been upgraded.

Everything about La Sapiniere was very nice. We were only there for the night. However, looks like great place for singles, couples and families alike. The only problem we had was when we arrived @ 9:30pm we were told we did not have a reservation. The clerk then stated it was because it was booked for 4/21 and not 5/21. The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff is knowledgeable. What makes this hotel is the sitting area. I suggest bring a book or your WIFI computer to these sitting rooms, it is comfortable and enjoyable. The town is spread out so a bike or car is necessary.

The hotel is in a calm mountain settiing on a lake, Near the village of Val-David easily reached on foot but remote enough to feel the calm and serenity of nature. Opened in 1936 it retains a touch of the past but it's comfort is modern.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre week-end à l'hotel La Sapiniere. Nous cherchions le calme et le repos et cet hôtel est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un temps d’arrêt.

très belle endroit de nature paisible et très tranquile. le personnelle très formidable.De retour à cette hôtel très bientôt. merci.

Notre séjour fut très court mais très agréable. La chambre était très propre, le lit très confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi, tout était calme et sans bruit.

Accueil agréable, chambre (dans pavillon externe) très spacieuse, tranquille et très propre. Emplacement superbe, idéal pour randonnées et nature. Prix honnêtes. Charme d'une époque qu'une clientèle plus jeune trouvera peut-être trop dépassée. Nous, c'est avec plaisir qu'on y retournera.

nous avons adoré notre séjour car nous allions à cet endroit pour nous reposer. Les employés ont été courtois et polis et les multiples chaises et sofas ont créé une sensation de salon. l'environnement extérieur était de toute beauté pour prendre des marches et se sentir à la campagne

Extra pour amener notre animal mais l'état et la finition de la chambre laisse à désirer... De plus, très peu occupé...nous nous sentions un peu seuls...

Le personnel était très courtois, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial, dans un beau petit village. Cependant les chambres (pour en avoir visiter deux) étaient décorées de très mauvais goût, absolument pas à jour... un vrai retour dans les années 1980 et son décor kitch. Ce fut assez décevant et même presque drôle de voir à quel point les chambres étaient […] laides, pour le prix quand même. Le côté rustique et chaleureux est très bien. Cependant la salle de bain est très petite et pas au goût du jour. Les robinets fuyaient tant dans la douche que le lavabo. Il est vrai qu'une odeur de vieux tapis nous monte au nez. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à mieux.

Très bien, mais il manque peut-être un peu de chaleur et un peu de "finition". Par exemple, la chambre était un peu froide à l'arrivée et il n'était pas tout de suite évident de savoir comment ajuster le chauffage. Wifi un peu aléatoire. Mais sinon très bien, bien situé, beau... Donc je recommande....

Très propre. Personnel courtois. Repas excellent. Seul bémol, il y avait une odeur un peu désagréable dans les chambres, c'est peut-être à cause des tapis. Les petits divans en cuir dans les salons de l'hôtel sont déchirés.

Environnement extraordinaire dans la nature, idéal pour décrocher du stress quotidien et aussi très chaleureux pour une soirée en couple!!!

très vieil hotel, bien entretenu. La propreté des chambres est Impeccable, lit confortable, souper et déjeuner exceptionnels. accès gratuit à moins de 2 minutes au parc municipal Dufresne pour raquette et ski de fonds.
