CARLTON OAKS COUNTRY CLUB - 샌티

Didn't sleep all night. The people above us had a riduculous party going till 4:15am. Called security at 2:15 am they basically did nothing. Called police at 4:15am and they came and shut it down. Need a better control at night.

I stayed at this hotel, because our high school reunion was held at Santee Lakes on August 20, 2011. This was the closest Hotel to stay at. I was disappointed because I was never asked if we wanted smoking or a non-smoking room. I do not smoke and the room smell wreaked of cigarette smoke.. We probably could of changed rooms, but did not have time as […] we had to leave to the Reunion. They should of asked me when I checked in. Another disappointment I had was in the bar. The bar back was very rude. Me and friends did not know he was not a bartender, so when we asked for drinks, he did not even respond to us, he just ignored us . All he had do say was the bartender will be right with you, but instead he ignored us and did not say a word. Very unprofessional!!!! 더 보기

I would like to first say that I am a single parent who enjoys traveling with my two young boys. They are seasoned travelers who pay close attention to detail at every location we stay as Customer Service is my business. My 8 year old proclaimed, "Mommy this is not the cleanest or fanciest place we have ever stayed, but I think they have the best customer […] service". The wait staff, specifically Brandon and Erin were extremely accommodating and while the nachos were soggy with processed cheese spread, they were very happy watching Sponge Bob on multiple Big Screen TV's. The carpets were wet and badly stained, the bed spreads were disgusting, there was no air conditioning. To spite all of that we had a great time, because we enjoy paying attention to how people treat us, not just on the asthetics of a campus. This place is an amazingly affordable hotel not far from San Diego, and overall not bad. Despite the fact that the room decor looks like a feeble attempt to liven up a prison cell block, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the building is so shoddily put together that what I presumed was normal walking by the guests above me literally […] rattled the windows in their panes in my room and made the whole building shudder. So if you stay on the first floor don't plan on sleeping much. 더 보기

Not very happy. for the cost of the rooms you would think there would be better beds and a larger TV instead of a 19 inch. Very loud neighbors and drinking woke us up at 3:30 in the morning.
